‘Dancing With the Stars’ Cracks ‘Birther’ Joke During Season Finale

During Tuesday night’s live finale of “Dancing With The Stars,” ESPN’s Kenny Mayne and legendary NFL wide receiver Jerry Rice appeared in a segment called “DanceCenter,” a play on ESPN’s Emmy award-winning show SportsCenter. And yes, they even slipped in a “birther” joke about one of the finalists.

“She’s the youngest winner of Dancing With the Stars at age 17. This year, she claims to be 20. We checked into her past and we can’t find a birth certificate of her from Hawaii. No proof she was even born there,” Mayne said about finalist and Olympic gold-medalist Shawn Johnson.

“That’s because she was born in Des Moines,” Rice replied.

DWTS is borderline porn, but still is more entertaining with higher moral values than most of the other MSM shows, especially the pseudo news and talk shows anchored almost exclusively by Obama pimps. FOX news is leaning toward the MSM liberal bias as well though they are more subtle about it.

I actually watched all 10 weeks of DWTS with my wife and daughter. As with any competition the physical and mental requirements are great for the contestants. But, last night when this assinine DanceCenter came on, I watched it for about 20 seconds and fast forwarded through this (I had DVR’d it). I loved Jerry Rice as a football player but he should be embarrised to be involved with this Dance Center garbage when he acted light on his feet and Kenny Mayne was horrible. It was painful to watch, pointless and not funny at all. Who this junk is aimed at is not clear, but Kenny Mayne needs to look in the mirror and realize he was the **** of the joke. They ruined a good show with this garbage.

We birthers are actually getting the last laugh albeit bittersweet concerning this issue. Those who scorned us for whatever reasons are now suffering (as is the country and subsequently the world) the consequences of a second soetoro presidential usurpation.

Call us what you will but realize that when the economy collapses and chaos reigns in the world, you pi_ssed away your chance at stopping it.

until we get a hold of the media, social society entertainment and education system, it’s only going to get worse. how long will it be before nudity and hard core porn are on tv like in socialist Europe? at this rate …. not long

With all the actual, credible ways to tear down Obama, I find it mind-boggling that people are still on the birther idea. Because, y’know, continuing PATRIOT, or forcing Obamacare, or allowing warrant-less wiretapping wasn’t a good enough revocation of your civil liberties to vote against the guy? Nah, we need to find the most mind-numbingly idiotic front to fight upon.

Ugh. The only people I detest more than birthers are Democrats. Because only birthers undermine the conservative cause more than Democrats.

  If God, ‘unalienable’ rights and our Constitution matter, then how does Glenn justify extolling religious and patriotic principles, while hypocritically condoning the moral relativism of ignoring the Constitution?

  You are mistaken, sir. Under the laws of our great nation anyone who is born here enjoys the status of a natural born citizen and may one day run for the office of President. There was some dispute over this issue in the first century after the passage of our Constitution, but the Supreme Court finally examined the issue in 1898. They found that it was the policy under the laws of England at the time of our founding, with which the founding fathers would surely have been familiar, that natural birth was dependent only upon place of birth, not upon parentage. Since our founders nowhere in the Constitution or anywhere else wrote any article or statute changing this standard, they concluded that it remained in effect under the Constitution and up to the present day.
