White House Says ‘There Are No Unanswered Questions About Ambassador Rice’s Appearance on Sunday Shows’

Despite Republican senators saying they have even more concerns following their meeting with UN Ambassador Susan Rice, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney on Tuesday said “there are no unanswered questions about Ambassador Rice’s appearance on Sunday shows.”

“Those questions have been answered,” he said. “The questions that remain to be answered and that the president insists are answered have to do with what happened in Benghazi, who was responsible for the deaths of four Americans, including our ambassador, and what steps we need to take to ensure something like that doesn’t happen again.”

Rice met privately with Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz.), Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire on Tuesday to discuss her misleading statements on the Benghazi attack in the days following the deadly terrorist act. Rice infamously blamed the attack on an anti-Muslim YouTube video even though intelligence almost immediately pointed to the involvement of a terrorist group.

“We are significantly troubled by many of the answers that we got and some that we didn’t get concerning evidence that was leading up to the attack on the consulate, and the tragic death of four brave Americans and whether Ambassador Rice was prepared, or informed sufficiently, to give the American people the correct depiction of the events that took place,” McCain told reporters after the meeting.

“Bottom line– I’m more disturbed now than I was before that 16 September explanation,” Graham said of the meeting.

“I’m more troubled today,” Ayotte agreed.

Which version is true or are all lies?? And real kicker is the administration and the MSM shows no concern or care that American soil was attacked and USA citizen that were to be protected by the country they were in or by US Forces where murdered!!!!   I read this differently. There are not “three stories”, but a current story at three different points in time. I remember the day President Reagan was shot. We were told he was dead, later that Brady was dead, then that there were multiple shooters. Within a day or two, the physical situation was understood. Within a week, the background story (motivation, intent). Years later we have reenactments and computer generated videos.
  
  We don’t say there are “three stories”, “which one should we believe”, and Who’s lying now? We understand that information started out smeared, then messy, and gained clarity.
  
  Now think of the attack on OBL. Information immediately came out very clearly, but details were tried to be limited. When details were released, there were calls to impeach the president, saying that “lives would be lost” by the “release of classified information”.
  
  So now we want Rice to “release classified information” for what the Canadian Free Press tells us is a HUGE foreign CIA operation, expect that her information be perfectly clear during the first few days of total confusion, and “go rogue” and give information different than what she is provided by her bosses?
  
  We should be opposing her only if she did any of these crazy things, the things she DIDN’T do.

Okay…..all of my questions can be answered with the truth about what happened in Benghazi. Susan Rice is a puppet, an incompetent, lying puppet. All this lying about who changed the talking points is a diversion from the real issue. We need to hold the puppet master Obama accountable. He lied about that damn video over and over for a longer time period and is hoping we forget why 4 people died. We will not forget. What were the Ambassador and CIA doing in Benghazi President Obama and why did you let them die?

Benghazi was the main CIA operations location for arms support of Libyan weapons to Syrian rebels. That’s why it was treated the way it was. This place was not an embassy, nor a consulate. This was a quasi covert operation with major implications. When the attack occurred I am sure everyone involved was in total freakout mode. But the truth is the truth, and the NoBama administration lied, and still currently lies, to the American public.

Yeah, we know – Rice was told to LIE by obama, she knew she was LYING, and she continues to LIE. There are no unanswered questions about Rice’s LIES.

HOWEVER, there are still MANY unanswered questions about why obama allowed the Benghazi attack to happen in the first place, even though he knew it was imminent – and why he gave the “STAND DOWN” order (as he watched the attack unfold, LIVE in the situation room), which led to the slaughter of four Americans. Questions also remain about exactly when, and to what extent, obama will be held responsible for the death of these four Americans, and his acts of TREASON relating to the Benghazi massacre.

  This whole Rice controversy is a tempest in a teapot. It is clear she lied .. so what?
  The much bigger question is why the Benghazi disaster happened at all. No one seems particularly troubled that for the first time in 30+ years we lost a US Ambassador on the ground. This is a huge black eye on the Administration by itself. The fact the Ambassador begged for security in the days leading up to 9/11. The fact the compound had been bombed during the summer. the fact that they pulled out a security force for no apparent reason. The fact it was 9/11. The fact they sat on their hands and did nothing while American were clearly dying ..Leads one to believe that there has been incompetence at a criminal level at work in this Administration …Rice is a side show.. no doubt she is as much a boob as her bosses including Obama ,, but she is not the main issue.. the handling of the Benghazi incident is.
