Crazy Video Captures 14 Illegal Immigrants Piling Out of Single SUV During Traffic Stop

When Sgt. Cody Palmer of the Canadian County, Ok., Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday pulled over a Chevrolet Trailblazer for tailgating, he got a little more than he bargained for.

“I’m driving eastbound on I-40,” Sgt. Palmer told Fox 25, explaining why he pulled over the tailgating SUV. “He’s so close, he’s less than a car-length’s distance.”

“I go up and start talking to him, ask him for his license, insurance, everything,” Sgt. Palmer added. “He tells me he does not have an American license and he doesn’t have his passport.”

The driver, Jose Mascarena-Ayala, told Sgt. Palmer that he and his passengers had just finished a roofing job and that they were on their way back to Alabama. However, as noted by the police officer, there were no tools in the vehicle.

“They just appeared to be … terrified,” the office recalls.

It wasn’t until he ordered everyone to step out of the vehicle for a mandatory search that he realized how many occupants were squeezed in there.

“There was no luggage. There were bottles of urine in the back where literally they just go to the bathroom in these big jugs and they just keep driving down the road,” said Sgt. Palmer.

Once the search was finished, the officer ordered everyone back into the vehicle because, he says, it was unsafe for that many people to mill about the side of the highway. Once they were all re-loaded, Sgt. Palmer took Mascarena-Ayala back to his squad car to fill out some paperwork while they waited for immigration services to arrive.

That’s when the 13 passengers decided to head for the hills. Literally.

“They just scattered. 13 people running across the Interstate in front of cars (that were going) 70 — 80-miles-an-hour,” said Sgt. Palmer. “The driver takes off running from me. He gets out of my car and takes off running.”

Authorities eventually tracked down and apprehended 13 of the fleeing occupants, each one in the U.S. illegally, including Mascarena-Ayala. One passenger is still at large.

“People picture the U.S. — Mexico border as being this big, secure fence … and truly, it’s not,” said Sgt. Palmer. “It is literally in our backyard and it’s happening right here in Oklahoma. We’re going to start seeing a lot more of this.”

As it turns out, Jose Mascarena-Ayala has been banned from the U.S. for — you guessed it — human trafficking. This latest episode adds another 13 counts to his already sizable record.

    Every single thing that any Mexican does involves doing it illegally, period. They ALL screwed up their own country so bad that they can’t even get tourists there anymore, so they jump the fence and screw up ours. When I go to inspect damage for insurance on their vehicles, not ONE “speaks English”…UNTIL I say “total loss money settlement”. Then all the sudden it’s Rosetta Stone baby. I wasn’t so critical until after years of being an appraiser. And EVERY TIME that Mexican wants me to “include that prior cracked windshield” and I say no, EVERY ONE comes at me with “oh you’re a Racisss” (notice how I spell it – because they can’t even say that right). I’m sick of everyone having to bend backwards for these people. I’m SICK of my having to pay $1,200.00 for dental work and they only have to pay $50.00. I’m SICK of me having to walk on glass when they don’t even respect my job and are trying to commit insurance fraud, yet I’M the “Racisss”. I’m SICK of the Africans, Asians, Indians, and ALL others having to step to the back of the line because the Mexicans are the “magic race”! I see just in NE, IA, and SD, how the people hale the Mexican race (in fear), and the same day SPIT on the Sioux Indians! THAT my friends – is truly offensive. America, get your ideals figured out. To me when you crap on the Sioux Tribe at the same time you give and give to the ILLEGAL Mexicans, shows we have a war on our hands.

      The “progressives” are very big on science. Well…science this:

      “Invasive species” means an alien species whose introduction does or is likely to cause economic or environmental harm or harm to human health.

      “Alien species” means, with respect to a particular ecosystem, any species, including its seeds, eggs, spores, or other biological material capable of propagating that species, that is not native to that ecosystem.

    I am thinking that I WILL live to see this mess melt down. My grandfather used to say we were going to have hard times some day (and that was in the late 1960′s and early 1970′s) and he probably wouldn’t live to see it but it was coming. We used to just write it off as a rant. I think he was more right than he would have ever known. The sad part for us is that we don’t have any of the people left who would have known how to survive the kind of catastrophe. Our borders are being over ran by people who are uneducated who will bring families along who will see our welfare system as a trip to life fantastic. We will soon see the fork in the road and face the decision.

      Hey” MARYJUST:” First, Romney won the state of Arizona, not Obama. Second, Mexican-Americans vote under the same rules every one else in Arizona votes–by registering legally and appearing on the voter registration roles. In-person voter fraud is very unusual. Voter suppression is common. Mexicans are not destroying your democracy. If it’s at risk it’s because of ignorance (such as your own) and fear.

      As I was sitting there thinking SOB the doors of the car that I hit opened and 2 guys ran like a couple of impalas. Needles to say I got to drive away with my damage and no issues. Thank god for outstanding warrents. LOL

      Hey SURF…

      This old dog of mine is something else. He got a bunch of tumors about six years ago. The vet told me it would cost more than i had to have them tested or removed and he probably only had six months or so to go. 2nd vet told me the same thing…

      My solution?… stop taking him to the vet. Haven’t brought him since and he’s still chugging along. he can barely hear or see but he’s always happy & never seems to be in pain of any sort so i’m just letting him live his life out….

    So, we Americans get huge fines, and jail time, for not wearing a seat belt, having no driver’s license, improper plates, fleeing a scene, not following police orders, trespassing, jay walking, causing public disorder, disrupting the peace, ETC. but these guys get a free ticket to go back home? WTH? Put them in hard labor for breaking our laws, and then send them home. Same goes for the rest of the useless idle idiots in jail. See how many of them will say, we’re just here to work. Fine, then work. And if you don’t want to do the time, then don’t do the crime. Law EnFORCEment used to mean something in America. Once you cross into the US, you’re under US jurisdiction. You want to come here and take advantage of our benefits, our services, our blessings, our privelages, our resources, our jobs, our economy, our roads, our schools, our hospitals, our courts, our constitution, without permision? Hell no!

    We have too many pansy judges, we should send them abroad too, that is, those judges that want to serve illegal aliens or felons over the best interests of law abiding US citizens.

    The Constitution reads, “We the PEOPLE of the UNITED STATES… secure the blessings of Liberty to OURSELVES and OUR POSTERITY.” It’s pretty clear to me,where every judge’s, officer’s and politician’s allegiance must lie.

      Amen! I see countless PO’s in my small town just itching to write speeding tickets or any other piddly infraction they can get. Checkpoints with Game wardens harrasing hunters about their harvest. Seriously sick of them picking on the ones who are in the right.
      I have always thought that prisons take it way to easy on the inmates. I would be a bitchy warden. One meal a day, no outside time. No socialization, No entertainment. Its supposed to be miserable.

    Everything about this incident just points out that we have truly lost our country. These 14 illega…er…immigrants will be given everything that we as Americans have taken for granted because we don’t care enough to find out about what’s truly happening to our Country. The will have food, housing and healthcare that they haven’t had to contribute to with 40 years of a working life to pay into a system that is being egregiously plundered by a totalitarian government. How many illegals will be here to vote in the 2014 Congressional Elections when the Commi…er…Democrats take back the House, gain in the Senate and prepare for Obama’s 3rd term. Its being planned right now. they are demonizing the right as the most vile entity on earth. Too bad young people aren’t educated enough to seek out the truth. Two years isn’t enough time to change hearts and minds. All we can do at this point is pray for the soul of America as we see our once truly free nation become the victim of another tin pot dictator..

    I just kind of shake my head when I read about someone from an “inner state” (non-border state) complaining about how many illegals there are. I also shake my head when people from these inner states complain about all the transplanted REAL citizens moving to their state (especially Coloradans complaining about Californians).

    For 30 years these “inner state” people didn’t give a damn about illegal immigration while the border states were suffocating with them. Many reasonable LEGAL citizens are fleeing the border states because they’re burdened with those illegals that nobody else cared about. Now that we have 30 million illegals everywhere, it’s too late for those inner states to complain about it. The time to deal with it was 20 to 30 years ago when it was “somebody else’s problem”.

    So, belly up to the bar and enjoy the mess YOU helped created through indifference.

      You are correct. I’m now retired, two years now, but I worked at a Federal Prison in Colorado with 1200 inmates and about 400 could not speak English. Go figure, were doomed!!!!

      I once knew a guy, from CO, who was arrested for fighting Mexican gangs in the 60′s. The judge gave him the option of jail or Vietnam. He chose Vietnam. He lived to tell the tale, but the Mexicans won that time, too.

    Well why wouldn’t they come across they get free healthcare, food, wont be asked for ID, and they get amnesty if under the age 30. I live in Tucson and I was in traffic this morning and was looking at a sign in front of an elementary school and the entire thing was in Spanish. We had a local politician protesting because she was not able to pass the English proficiency test and could not run for office and said she was being discriminated against. AZ is full of these people.

    I have a dream that 30 million illegal aliens will be fully legalized, even though they already have immunity from prosecution and more rights than legal Americans, because I just want America to be and look more like Mexico. I like NAFTA because it allowed America to import everything Mexican, from its 30 million criminals, to its drugs, to its cheap hookers and its diseases. I also like that American jobs are moved there. yes I have a dream that is soon to be law.

    The government (if you can call it one) is doing nothing to stem the tide of Mexicans because democrats use them and have a system to indoctrinate them as soon as they arrive through LaRaza and other organizations tied to the democrap party. The democrap party will destroy this great country to increase their party. People further north think this great influx does not bother them but these people do not stay in the southern border states. They move up to the large northern cities and drain their coffers. What Mexico is doing and promoting amounts to war. We do nothing because the demos think they are going to gain voters. This nation is gaining trouble and evenutally a war.

      HI MONK, I’ve had this happen a couple of times. No sooner did I get my cruiser in park every van door on one occasion, and the other was a pick up with a cap over the bed with both doors and tailgate flying open. Both instances looked like circus clown cars only the clowns did not run into the rings and jump on unicycles and such. While by myself all back up could do was laugh by the time they arrived. That was less than a minute for us back then too.

    There was a house in my town where 25 Mexicans were living in it. 3 bedroom, regular house.

      @EXIDOR – Only 25? When I was in Southern California, there were many houses with 10+ to each room. (all rooms) No furniture… just sleeping bags every where.

      One house we lived in had a “staging” house next door. Mini vans would come in every 2 or 3 weeks with a load of fresh ones. (usually 15 – 20 at a time) We always assumed they came there first to get their ID’s and papers and then they would just disappear and a new bunch would come in like clock work. There was no cleaning or anything in between, just a smooth running human factory.

      The house was like a merry-go-round with constant la cucaracha music blasting, the occasional goat or rooster in the backyard and the police just ignore it or won’t do anything about it if when you do complain.

      I have never been happier, than when I was moving out of Cali for good.
