George H.W. Bush Hospitalized Since Last Week Due to ‘Chronic Cough’
Former President George H.W. Bush has been hospitalized for nearly a full week due to a persistent cough, CNN and the Houston Chronicle reported.
The 88-year-old Bush has been suffering from bronchitis but his condition is not considered life-threatening, his chief of staff Jean Becker told the Chronicle.
Bush was admitted to Houston’s Methodist Hospital the day after Thanksgiving. Becker said the news was kept quiet “out of respect for him.” Bush has been in and out of the hospital in recent weeks.
“His big problem is a chronic cough, he can’t get rid of so he’s back at Methodist,” Becker said. “This is not a life-threatening illness.”
Former President George W. Bush and wife Laura visited his father on Sunday, the Chronicle reported.
Becker said Bush is expected to be released this weekend.

Posted on November 29, 2012 at 8:57pmSorry but I do not feel one bit sorry for GHB. This is the jerk who signed our Republic’s death warrant when he sign the agreement in 1990 tying us to the United Nations “New World Order.” Just think of all the heart ache this one sorry assed individual has brought to america citizens. He and his kid are never to be forgiven and may God help us, there is another Bush in the wings.

Posted on November 29, 2012 at 5:09pmProbably TB or Whooping Cough due to all the illegals he let in… just saying. We wiped out Whooping Cough in the US until a few years ago. I got it and my doctors here in Houston couldn’t figure it out…duh, illegals everywhere in Sanctuary City and not one of them has had the vaccines.
Get all your immunizations updated, most of the old schedules were based on a fairly clean population, that isn’t the case any longer.

Posted on November 29, 2012 at 3:25pmGod Bless you and keep you safe, Mr. Bush. Our prayers are with you in hopes for a speedy recovery.
Unlike some people on this site, we care about your well being. You’ve always been a congeneal, kind, and humble human being. Thank God you were not another Obama, or Harry Reid.
We weren’t in such dyer shape or such horrible debt when you ran the country. Pelosi, Reid, and “O” are leading us into their own hell. But that’s right…. They have billions of dollars and are not worried about their safety, or our debts..

Posted on November 29, 2012 at 1:10pmThat racist part threw me off. If Racial injustice were the case then the great white chief justice of the Supreme Court would have not declare OBAMA CARE the law of the land…I think it’s more of a health issue than a race issue like preventing being a woman as a preexisting condition… Or helping old folks in need like the 1 termer Senior Bush.

Posted on November 29, 2012 at 12:28pmNormally, I’d agree with you. HOWEVER, Bush Sr. unabashedly denounced Ronald Reagan (though his coattails were fine and dandy for getting GHWB elected) AND was the first PROGRESSIVE Republican to use the phrase “One-World Order.” This was the man who welcomed Agenda 21 to the mainstream.

Posted on November 29, 2012 at 11:50amGeorg HW Bush is the man who warned us about the media elite, and no one listened. He was pounded by the left for it. The media elite are largely responsible for decline of the values that made us the greatest country in history. I hope he recovers quickly and lives many more years.
