Mich. Judge Who Once Sent Naked Pics of Himself Allegedly Impregnates Witness, Begs Her to Get Abortion

A Michigan judge who was once censured by the state supreme court for sending nude pictures of himself to a female bailiff is once again at the center of controversy. This time he’s accused o carrying on an elaborate affair with a witness who says it included sex in his judge’s chambers, impregnating her, and then begging the woman to have an abortion once it came to light.

“I met him as a litigant, a complaining witness in his courtroom, and he stayed around after the case was over and that’s when the second half of the flirting started and we went from there and our relationship picked up,” Geniene La’Shay Mott told MyFoxDetroit.com regarding her apparent fling with Third Circuit Court Judge Wade McCree.

“It went from being a summer fling and just something to do to falling in love, promises of marriage, me getting pregnant, us buying a house together, name it.”

That’s not all. Mott has droves of text messages detailing the relationship and even showing McCree consulted with Mott on the punishment for the defendant in her case.

“My Judicial Tenure Commission has me nervous, as you might expect.  I have to be real careful until this matter is put to rest…  you are the complaining witness on a case that is before me,” one reads.  “Naturally if it got out that we were seeing each other before your B.D.’s (baby daddy) case closed, everybody could be in deep (expletive).  Why you want to spend time with a man like me remains a mystery, but if you’ll have me… then as Bill Withers said, ‘use me up!’  SMOOCHES.”

The reporter called the number listed with the messages and did, in fact, get McCree’s voicemail.

Fox 2 News Headlines

And after the defendant in Mott’s case was sent to jail, she says the two did some celebrating:

“The day of, we then go to his chambers, as usual… but in chambers all of the time,” she said.

Sex, I asked.

“Yes. We have sex in his chambers very often.”

On his desk, I further questioned.

“On his desk, in the chair, the couch, you name it.”

Eventually, McCree vowed to divorce his wife — but once she found out that McCree had allegedly impregnated Mott, the story goes she refused to sign the papers unless Mott got an abortion. That’s according to one text message from McCree begging her to get it done and guaranteeing she would be compensated for it:

McCree: “YEAH LET’S TALK!!! I WANT (AND SO DOES LAVERNE) THIS TERMINATION.  U’LL GET WHATEVER U WANT 4 IT!  I’VE BEEN CLEAR ON IT FROM THE GET GO!!! WHATEVER U WANT, YOU SHALL HAVE!!!”

Mott: “O NO… U ACT LIKE I’M HOLDING THIS OVER U… YOU ASKED ME 2 GET THE ABORTION 2 HELP YOU IN YOUR DIVORCE CASE.”

And in a final twist — and the reason the public is hearing about the story — is that McCree eventually accused Mott of stalking and extoring him. He went to the prosecutor’s office; she went to the media. The prosecutor’s office told MyFoxDetroit.com that Mott will not be charged. McCree, however, is currently under investigation.

She also plans on keeping the baby.

” I never wanted to have the abortion in the first place.”

As a michigander, Id like to take this moment to clarify. The east side of the state is a cesspool of public universities and corrupt racist communist losers (lansing, ann arbor, detroit).
The west side of the state is very conservative, very affluent, and very upset with the outcome of the election

Be involved in court action and discover that many Judges, counselors, detectives, and other participants in that system are for sale or trade. To them, litigants are teats to be milked. This isn’t theory. This story illustrates it pretty well, in one case.

The principals in this story are despicable people. The judge is especially. This guy needs to be removed from the bench by his peers. What he did was not only immoral, but a severe miscarriage of Justice that HE should go to prison for.

This judge may feel he is above the law and need not answer to the citizenry at large, not strive for the goal of decent behavior. When all is said and done, however, the judge WILL answer to God Almighty for his misdeeds… and he’d better hope he has a darn good argument prepared to explain his goat-like behavior.

There is a wikipedia entry for a Judge McCree. I believe that was his father. I am sure his father taught him well. It is hard to be sure. I don;t think his father taught him well enough. When you father is prominent it is hard for many people to not think they are all that & a bag of chips too.” Point is if your poor , you have to teach your children not be jealous and if you are rich you have to teach your children not to be prideful.

How do you know what lesson doesn’t take unless you quiz your kids about morality. and after all that your kids could still choose to be bad.

McCree SR had a daughter that wasn’t allowed to attend a school because of her race in 1965 (wiki). It doesn’t say he sued. It says that he founded a new school to remedy the situation. You have to appreciate his actions. Jr is not made of the same stuff.

BTW there was a white mayor of NYC in the last 50 years (married of course), who was found dead of heart attack on top of his secretary. He was a big man & she had to be rescued by the fire department.

This about power going to one’s head not race.

If we didn’t have so many reporters, tape recorders, DNA testing & state of the art health care, the same thing would happen again to a a white former President.

This makes me so angry I should probably not comment. Incidents like this just continue to show that we no longer have a system of justice but rather a mere legaly system. That is largely in the hands of sophists and unjust men. This man is clearly not worthy of the title Judge, much less “Your honor.” I suspect he has no sense of shame either. If corporal punishement is called for anywhere, it is in a case like this. He should be stripped of the robes of justice in the public square and horse-whipped, Not for his illicit relationship, but for bringing dishonor on his office and besmearching justice.

Of course not. The woman is the one who has to carry the baby to term and give birth, so she deserves the deciding vote in a tie, which means she gets the only vote and it quite properly does not matter what the father wants.

Disagree, It depends on whether the pregnant woman is married & the expectation of the marriage. At the very least if a couple got married with an agreement to start a family & the woman gets an abortion, the the husband would have every right to seeks a divorce where the woman would be at fault.

On the flip side if a woman gets knocked up by a guy & they are not married, she could abort or keep the baby as she chooses. Given liberal logic I am not sure the that the biological father would have to pay child support, since Uncle Slam is the provider for all single women now (Life of Julia). Additionally, since woman have free access to the morning before pill, the morning of pill & the morning after pill, it as the woman’s fault for being so irresponsible.

Parties seeking a divorce no longer have to make a showing of fault. If you want a divorce, you get a divorce. The law doesn’t care what your reason is. The law also doesn’t care about your reason for seeking an abortion, or whether you’re married or not when you get it.

It does make a difference in a divorce. Just because the laws are the way they are today does not mean that they will remain so, that they are better today than they were yesterday, or that laws always only get better.

If the wife gets an abortion after committing to a marriage where having a family is part of the package, then they have wasted your time. Time is money. HeII yes you want it to be anything but a no fault divorce.
