‘No Shrieking’: Watch Obama Adviser David Axelrod Shave His Mustache on Live TV

President Barack Obama strategist David Axelrod shaved his signature mustache live on MSNBC Friday after raising more than $1 million for his epilepsy charity.

Axelrod first wagered his whiskers on “Morning Joe” if Obama lost Minnesota, Michigan or Pennsylvania on Election Day. After Obama carried all three, Axelrod vowed instead to bare his upper lip if supporters raised the money. His daughter, Lauren, has epilepsy — something he referenced during the 2012 election when discussing the health care law.

“No shrieking,” Axelrod said as it got buzzed away.

This guy is a genius. He got a Socialist, Kenyan, Muslim, Black guy elected as President of USA – two times. Now he raising money for epilepsy. WOW!!

Hopefully the Republicans will find a genius like Axelrod soon.

  Totally Agree. Axelrod knew how to use human weakness as his winning factors. Example, he knew men have a weakness for young pretty girls – boom – Obama 38D Girl video makes boys want to vote and girls thought O is cool.
  
  Fast forward to 2012. Axelrod knows his voting base: not serious news readers, young people who are still into “me, me, all about me. and Sex.” and people who need gov. check to live. Short attention span, no problem, free cell phones and tweets to remind each of them. “You want something”, no problem, we will promise you everything you need (deliver later or not, hey, not my problem). Not a news reader? no problem, we will reach you through trashy TV shows, magazines, and movie stars.
  
  Axelrod just need their votes that day; he did not have to educate them about politics. Boom, just use less than 5 sentence sound bites, slogans, pre-print signs, T-shirts …. yet, they don’t know the serious trouble our country is in.

Some say imitation reflects admiration. Anybody else think Axelrod looked like Hitler with that mustache, and the **** combed that way? I got creeped out every time I saw him. Now I’ll get creeped out only when I hear him… which I avoid as often as possible.

To bad every Congressman and Senator doesn’t put as much effort into working together and raise enough money to payoff the national debt. Now that would be something to talk about! They got us in this mess, we ought to make them get us out of it!! The great pay they give themselves would go first.. then their retirement.. their healthcare.. etc etc etc!!

Hmm, Axelrod had said before the election he would shave his mustache if he lost some of the key swing states. He must of looked at the actual election raw vote totals before they corrupted them. This must be his subtle subconscious way of communicating the truth: just flipping a single bit in the computer program of every 20th voter changes 5% of the vote. No one will investigate. No bipartisan commission of programmers will look at the software. No changes will be made. Nothing to see here. Move along now sheeple…
