Suspected Burglar Jonathan Wise Breaks Into Boxers Home, Gets Beat Up

A suspected burglar got more than he could handle when he attempted to break into an Oklahoma City home, which ended up being inhabited by a boxing and kickboxing trainer — and apparently a good one.

Jonathan Wise, 19, was arrested earlier this month with two black and bloodshot eyes and in need of stitches for other injuries. He reportedly tried to rob the home of Norm Houston, according to police.

“I heard a thumbing noise on my garage door,” Houston told KFOR. “I swung open my back door and somebody was standing there.”

Wise, the suspected burglar, probably could have escaped injury and fled but he instead took a swing at Houston. It turned out to be a big mistake as this mugshot shows:

“You know I ain’t the toughest, but I can hold my own,” Houston said.

Houston reportedly held the robber on the ground until the police arrived. Wise was later charged with burglary and taken to jail — after he went to the hospital for treatment of course.

It’s too bad that burglar didn’t die. I love it when burglars die. I got robbed once, and I took hockey stick and beat him almost to death. He came back with some friends, but when had to face an SKS with a 30 round clip, his friends and him never came back. Let’s just say he wasn’t robbing anyone’s house in my neighborhood anymore.

Years down the road, I saw the same guy on Cops when it was filmed in my city…. some people never learn.

everyone here we know agrees, any criminal breaks in around out here, trespassing behind hundreds of acres of locked gates and fences, it’s simple. they feed the hogs. hey, is that a shoe? maybe they must have fell in while trespassing and being A CRIMINAL. period. no 911 necessary. no jail costs or court costs to a struggling county necessary. no 2 years of trial delays, or loony deals, or walking for ‘lack of evidence’. period. in a world where police cannot respond within lifesaving minutes anymore, if the criminals get caught redhanded, they are NOT an “ALLEGED” criminal. no excuses, no delays.   I have a hundred bucks says this dumb ass will do it again when he gets out… If you can look past the swelling, you can see he has no common sense, no education, and obviously no humility… I can see at the jail: “what are you in here for?” For being stupid!!! Why on earth would you break into someones home in Oklahoma? They have guns there and will use them!!!
  
  Wise should go over to Mr. Houston’s house (after he gets out of the big house and divorced from bubba) and thank him for the **** whippin… Mr. Houston could have retrieved his gun, but instead decided to give wise some advanced training… Yes sir, nothing better than free advertising!!! A friend of. Mine in Jersey division 1 wrestler came home drunk to find a 160 lb. Druggy rummaging through his dresser. He beat the kid until unconsciousness. Then proceeded to break both arms and legs by resting them perpendicular. To the stairs and jumped on them.2 arm 2 legs broken. Still asleep. He proceeded to break the man fingers with a hammer. Still out he began to tap out the burglars teeth with the help of a hammer. Then he finished him off by punching him in the nose so much it became flush with his cheeckbones. Cops eventually get there with paramedics no charges are filed against my friend and the cops later found a 380. Auto in the back of his underwear. Situations don’t always work in the favor of the homeowner but this time it did for about twenty minutes. This guy should think before robbing a 240lb jacked. Div 1 wrestler and who is a lunatic. He just let my friend experiment on him for some time. Some Friday nights turn out better than others.

burgular really shouldn’t have chose the home of a division 1 college wrestler about 240 lbs hacked and nuts to boot.
