‘You’re Going to Do This to Her?’: Wheelchair-Bound Child Sobs as TSA Detains Her for Nearly 1 Hour — Then Released With No Explanation
“It was frightening. I kinda got mad.”
That’s how 12-year-old Shelbi Walser explains her experience going through a TSA checkpoint at the Dallas DFW airport on Sunday. Shelbi, who is wheelchair-bound, was held for nearly an hour after an agent said she tested positive for bomb residue. The young girl was on her way to Florida for a rare medical treatment because she lives with a genetic bone disorder.
“I said, ‘What do you mean? What did you test her for?’ ‘Oh she tested positive for explosive residue.’ Okay… at that point you would think they would test her wheelchair, but they did nothing. Everything just seemed to spiral out,” Shelbie’s mom, Tammy, told KDFW-TV.
The orderal lasted about 45 minutes, and Tammie eventually got out her phone to record what was going on. That’s when she captured Shelbie crying.
“I want to go to Florida,” Shelbie can be heard saying. Tammie was kept away from close contact with her daughter, and the young girl was screened in plain view. One official can be heard speaking gently and trying to calm her.
Tammie explains how it all ended:
The mother and daughter said a bomb specialist showed up and several agents began talking on their cellphones all while other passengers were speaking up in support of the girl.
“There were people saying, ‘Really? You’re going to do this to her? Y’all have to take her somewhere private where she’s not out in the public and everyone can see her,’” Shelbi said.
Daniels said the agents then suddenly told them they were free to go and offered no explanation about it being a false alarm or anything.
“It was a little much. I don’t know what to learn from this one. Somebody, they need to go back to the drawing board on this one,” she said.
TSA responded to KDFW by saying it takes security seriously and encouraging “feedback” from passengers who are “not satisfied with their screening experience.”

ONLY until there’s a significant number of people who decide they no longer want their freedoms infringed upon an realize they ARE being treate like prisoners will something be done. When the airlines see a signigicant drop in revenue, they will demand the government change their security proceedures. As long as the companies are not hurt financially, your freedoms will be.

Stand next to my child and when they tell me to back up, tell them to go to hell and that if they touch me or my child I would put them in the ground. Then start screaming as loud as I could for police saying “child abuse”, “unlawful search and seizure”, “violation of due process”, “innocent until proven guilty”….
force the police to come and then demand that the TSA agents …all of them present…be arrest and DEMAND that the police write out a report and submit it to the DA for prosecution…

Names and a picture if possible.
Make up “Wanted”-style posters, warning other locals to shun these people. Post them all over. Do not serve them in restaurants, refuse their business at convenience stores and gas stations, anywhere and everywhere possible, refuse to do business with them and embarrass and shame them publicly at every opportunity.
Shun these people. Make their lives h311. Screw that “just doing a job” BS.
We’ve got to start treating these people in ways that make working for the TSA too uncomfortable. Make them into pariahs in the community. Have your children tell their children in school that their TSA-agent daddy is a bad man and that they aren’t allowed to play with them.
They target us, we target them. They’ve gotta live somewhere. Make it too painful and difficult, for them and their families, for them to keep working for the TSA. Treat them like KKK or Nazis, which isn’t far from the truth. Create scenes whenever/wherever they’re spotted out in public. Loudly protest outside their homes. Shun them and their families in church. Refuse to rent them apartments or homes and/or evict them if you’re a landlord. If you’re a doctor, drop them as patients.
Their identities must be outted and published for all to see.

-Theodore Roosevelt
Very interesting. Now here is mention of this again:
“This [Federal Reserve Act] establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When the President Wilson signs this bill, the INVISIBLE GOVERNMENT of the monetary power will be legalized….the worst legislative crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency bill. From now on, depressions will be scientifically created.”

There is mention of the “Invisible Gov’t” again.
Check this:
“The real truth of the matter is that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government since the days of Andrew Jackson.”
– Franklin D. Roosevelt
Financial Element.
Check this:
“The Federal Reserve is one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever seen. There is not a man within the sound of my voice who does not know that this Nation is run by the international bankers.”

The same conclusion can be had about the war on water bottles. They are convinced your water bottle is dangerous, so they make you throw it out in a garbage can in the middle of hundreds of people. If they really thought it was a bomb, they would make you dispose of it in a chute that routes it to a bomb-proof bunker.
They know your water bottle is fine, it’s about control and power. This little girl is being used to display the power that a group of unemployable society rejects can inflict on the citizens.

Posted on December 14, 2012 at 12:36pmJFK warned us about the Patriot Act:
“The very word “‘secrecy’” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is a very GRAVE DANGER that an announced need for INCREASED SECURITY will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know.”

Posted on December 14, 2012 at 6:59pmHey Einstein:
Although I am not aware of the official story, if the TSA agent received a reading of a bomb
threat eithe on the child’s person or on the child’s wheelchair, then I would have called in the bomb
squad, and NOT moved the child or the wheelchair out of public view in case the wheelchair was
wired with a bomb. I am quite aware that perhaps the TSA agents are not of the highest caliber,
but I believe that not disturbing the scene and waiting for the bomb squad to arrive, was the best
scenario. I have read stories that citizens rant when old ladies and young children are searched,
which I believe is a good thing. If I was a TSA agent and I had an agenda to follow, regardless of
a passenger’s gender or age, they would be scrutinized in accordance with TSA policies. Permit
TSA agents to perform what they have been supposedly trained for. Quit complaining. Americans
have a bad habit to complain about everything, not observed in other countries. I reside in Germany
I have flown in civilian aircraft, and not once have I heard anyone complain as I have heard the rants
of American travelers in the U.S. I am retired from the military and often fly Space-A, and do you
think I that prefer taking my shoes off, belt off, and emptying my pockets? Do I complain? What do
you think? Americans are just too spoiled, that is why the entire country is in the shity state of
affairs that it is currently in, if you follow.

Although they were in full uniform with travel orders, they were detained until they missed their connecting flights. Example of high caliber TSA officers, two were fired from a private security company, one for sleeping in her car while an assault and ourse snatch occured in the oarking lot she was supposed to be patroling. Store manager callwd main office and a supervisor came out and found her asleep with no clue as what had happened. The other was caught by a store manager smoking a blunt with a couple of his employees behind the store. Both are proud TSA officers now. Cut back on the deficit, eliminate DHS and keep only the offshoots that actually work, Coast Guard and Border Patrol.

Posted on December 14, 2012 at 8:21amHow much more can the citizens stand. 12 year old kid abused mentally in front of the world by a government group, for no reason other than a heartless ‘union-I think’ tsa thug wanted to.
What did they find – bet nothing.

Posted on December 14, 2012 at 8:16amI hate to tell her this, she will be checked again on her return trip. My nephew got stopped once because his suitcase tested positive, the only thing they could think of was that he had a box of shotgun shells sitting on the suitcase in his closet. The first stop was bad, but on the return trip, they got pulled right out of line and the first thing they did was an explosive test. Sorry little lady, you are no on the list

Posted on December 14, 2012 at 8:16amThe family thinks it’s nuts that I’d rather drive 17 hours to see them for the holidays or drive 35 to go skiing.
Incidents like this is why I refuse to fly. Last time I flew commercial was 2009. The airlines will not be getting any more of money until they throw these bums out of the airports.

Posted on December 14, 2012 at 8:12amThe girl was the wrong color and not wearing the traditional Arab Garb for women that was the problem. If she would have been wearing a full Burka, the TSA Agents would not only have not searched her but they would have all tripped over themselves to be the ones to push the girls wheelchair to her waiting plane.

Posted on December 14, 2012 at 3:00pmHave you been to DFW? It is full of people that are wearing Hajab and working in the line. I think this is their way to pay us back for being good to them. This government is at war with white folks. I do not see these types of stories on people of other colors. I am sorry to say, I have gone from rooting for people of color to what I feel now.
