After School Shooting, Anti-Gun Advocates Want NRA President, Members to Be Shot

Following the horrific act of violence that occurred in Newtown, Conn. on Friday, some anti-gun advocates are calling for NRA president David Keene and all other members of the NRA to be shot. To be clear, these people are calling for violence to solve what they think is the cause of many acts of violence — guns.

Some have since deleted their tweets, but we still have the screen shots.

Anti Gun Advocates Want NRA President David Keene, Members to Be Shot After Sandy Hook Shooting

(Twitter)

As Twitchy points out, “@BayAreaHouston is not just any random Twitter user. He is John Cobarruvias, a Democratic Party precinct chair in Houston, according to Houston blog Big Jolly Politics. (Update: He is also member of the State Democratic Executive committee.)”

The obvious point here is, violence can never be solved with more violence.

On Friday, shooter Adam Lanza shot and killed his mother before driving to Sandy Hook Elementary and killing 20 children and six adults before taking his own life.

The NRA has been quiet in the aftermath of Friday’s elementary school shooting, shutting down their Facebook page and not registering any posts on Twitter since Friday morning, CBS Washington reports.

The gun rights group has still received criticism for its silence following the shooting. However, if the NRA spoke out in favor of guns so close to the shooting, they would surely be ridiculed by those same critics for “politicizing” a tragedy. So while it seems like a lose-lose situation for them, the NRA is sticking with respectful silence for now.

This is a perfectly potty example on why a person should never, ever surrender his rights or his weaponry. These people are the braying herd of their intellectual masters, and their bloodthirst is stirred against the enemy of the masters when the need arises. If any free man disarms, he’ll have no way to resist these violent monsters.

Never surrender your rights. Never surrender your weapons. Never surrender your liberty.

Never comply. Your life depends on it.

Intellectual, moral, (and likely) physical cowards such as these do not posses the ability or conviction to shoot anyone. They instead curse and screech their petty evil, and nonsense. These are the same grade school bullies that would mock and laugh until they met the slightest resistance, the slightest courage, and then they would practically pi** themselves in fear.

It wasn’t a hunter, wasn’t a father that wants to protect his family, or the president of the NRA that shot those precious children. It was a mentally ill young man whose mother taught him to shoot even when she knew he had violent tendencies. Disarm the decent people and the gangs and thugs that steal and hide their guns will rule the cities and suburbs. Can’t these people think logically? Don’t they have common sense? Ban assault rifles, hunters don’t even need them. That makes sense. If someone is ill and a danger to others, put them in the hospital and protect others from harm.

It is time to arm teachers. That is the only way any of this is prevented in the future. How many times have you heard of some crazy person going into a police station and trying something like this? I am a little concerned that the gun control petition on the white house web site has nearly 200,000 votes and the one to allow districts to arm their teachers only has 28. Please take time to sign it and pass it on if you agree. We are lost if more people think gun control rather than arming teachers will fix the problem. The link is http://wh.gov/RJ5d

Sounds like the lefty loons are advocating murder and mayhem to people that were not involved in the situation in Conn. Apparently the left can get away with threats of murder towards others. No one else could though, the FBI would show up at their door. I doubt that will happen in this case. That man killed his Mother and stole her legal weapons. He was mentally ill and was under age and could NOT purchase any guns. You have to be age 21 to purchase a firearm.

Typical Blaze bologna. In the entire social network and blogosphere they find four outrageous tweets, and say those comments are representative of people who would like to ban (again) assault rifles with large clips, weapons that serve no purpose other than kill a lot of people very quickly. Don’t ya imagine that you could find four similarly outrageous tweets about Michael Moore or President Obama if you cared to look?

Nobody is advocating “taking your guns away.” Even Republicans are coming around to the idea that maybe we ought to at least try to limit access to military style guns to crazy people and terrorists. When the Founders said “the right f the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” they didn’t mean nuclear arms, or surface to air missiles. They were talking about Muskets.

Please, let the adults have the conversation and keep your paranoid fantasies about holding out against a horde of Government Agents to yourself. Those military weapons you hold so dear are protecting no one, except in their fantasies. They are only being used to kill lots of innocent people really fast.

I hate to be the one to break it to ya, but the World isn’t coming to an end, the US isn’t about to become a Caliphate dictatorship, and the economy is improving. Keep your guns, but try getting a grasp on reality.

NHWINTER…9 out of 10 times I agree with you, this time you are way off the mark.
First of all, what is an “assault rifle”? If you are talking about what the MEDIA calls an assault rifle, then you are advocating banning regular old one trigger squeeze = one bullet…just like EVERY OTHER SEMI AUTO.

However, no matter WHAT you think an “assault rifle” is, you are wrong about the 2nd amendment. We are meant to have ANYTHING that would be used to protect us from the government. Obviously that would exclude things like nukes or subs, but I fully believe that they would expect us to be able (IF someone had the money and could satisfy the needed clearances/back ground checks) to personally own tanks, apaches, full auto…

obviously the burden would fall on the government to make sure their uses were regulated so as to not pose a threat, but if the government actually ran the way it was supposed to then this would be a small task. Not to mention if national guards carried 80% of our forces with their FIRST loyalty to their state (LIKE IT WAS MEANT TO BE!) then it wouldn’t be hard at all to have state by state requirements and keep it all straight.

The point is that this tyrannical mess we live in is so far away from what was intended most people can even wrap their head around what freedom looks like. NEVER give up a SINGLE INCH of your second amendment. Trust me when I say that when the government is your enemy you will need every weapon they have to win

The answer is very simple, the best way to prevent crime is to take out the criminals. An armed, trained, law abiding citizen is the best answer for the prevention of crime. Note the story here on The Blaze about the armed off duty Sheriff’s Deputy preventing a theatre Massacre.

Well to start with if you want to shoot all NRA Members you will have to do what I did and “legally” purchase a firearm. You will have to produce identification and have a background check. This went faster for me because I have a concealed carry permit that to get I went to gun safety training, a 2 day class and had to qualify my shooting capabilities. Ok…now you “legally” have your firearm and you want to shoot me. Question: Where do you want to shoot me? Your concealed carry permit does not allow you to carry in certain places such as banks, schools, government buildings and bars. Answer: I recommend a large open field so no one else can get hurt. Question: Why do you want us in a circle to shoot us? Answer: This will take multiple shooters if you want to maximize the amount of NRA Members you want to kill. If you surround us and shoot you will likely shoot yourselves also so I recommend lining us up like a good old fashioned firing squad..remember, safety first. You will also need to have pre-dug graves as we will start stinking to the high heavens if not put in the ground quickly..oh and one thing I forgot…we will all most probably be armed so the likelihood of you actually pulling this off is about as good as hitting all 6 Powerball numbers. Good luck and good shooting and always remember safety first so wear eye and ear protection. I also recommend you join the NRA as they have great gun safety programs.

      @SENDTHEMETEORS

You’re argument is reductio ad absurdum. Nobody is seeking “nuclear arms, or surface to air missiles” and to suggest that anybody is, is utterly absurd. Your argument was rendered invalid at that statement.

Also, I would be very interested in seeing where in the second amendment it references “muskets.” I appreciate your willingness to quote the second amendment, but you forgot some of it. The whole second amendment states “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

      Note: “A well regulated militia”.
The militia was made up of ordinary citizens performing military actions in an effort to help us win our independence in the Revolutionary war and they used the same firearms that the military of the time used.

“…being necessary to the security of a free state”.
In other words, the second amendment was written to give us the ability to defend ourselves from tyranny in the exact way the framers of the Constitution had JUST done.

So you see, the second amendment was not written to give American citizens the right to a hobby of collecting relics. It was written to give American citizens the ability to defend the freedom won by the blood of the very citizens it was written about.

Where in the 2nd Amendment does it say the word “muskets”?

“Military style” is nonsensical. Semi-automatic firearms work the same regardless of the furniture you wrap around them. A nice polished walnut stock with fine engraving is exactly the same, functionality wise, as a scary black metal semi-automatic.

This is what we ALWAYS see from the party of “tolerance”. They are not nice, kind, tolerant or reasonable. Want to know what the world would be like with the tolerant people in charge? Look at the Occupy protests. Murders, rape, armed robberies, violent assaults on police, property destruction. They claim the Tea Party protests were full of murderers, violent people who want to kill all the poor. I think a pretty good depiction of what it is like when the people are “liberated” by radical liberalism is the Dark Knight rises movie. Socialism and Communism can only be enforced by committed fascism through violence. Not once, not ever, has a socialist revolution occurred without murder, bombings, violence and hunting down and killing those considered to be enemies to the “peace”. This is what we have to look forward to, not utopia. These people would love nothing more than to remove guns from the hands of those who would stand in their way. The Founding Fathers knew this. Now that we have entered this time of “crisis”, watch for Obama to call for the emergency suspension of constitutional rights through the 2nd Amendment. These people are contemptible and perfect examples of liberalism at its finest…violent, hateful, dangerous.

Maybe its time for the NRA to get back to what it was Originally funded to do. After the Civil War the precursor to the NRA began on Long Island New York to teach fire arms knowledge to boys and men that did not have access to guns or did not own guns. It was started by an Army General to prepare these potential Army Recruits to fire and maintain a weapon. Because of the fact that many of the men in the Union and Confederate Armies could not shoot straight and wasted ammo was a large problem during the war.
So the “American Rifle Association” was born. It was not until the 1930′s that they became political advocates for the 2nd Amendment because until WWII gun confiscation was never considered by politicians. But then came the Japanese/German internment camps and the fears of being gunned down by an enemy spy or NAZI Party member since there was a large contingent of Nazi members in and around New Jersey Mid Atlantic coast area. They held a rally in the Madison Square Garden Auditorium before we entered the war even. And that is when the NRA changed its focus from teaching to politics…

I have a cousin that recently went through United Stares Marine boot camp. We live in a mountainous region of PA and were born in raised using guns. When he arrived home he was telling me how many in his class had never shot a gun before boot camp and had no clue how to use them responsibly. Oh and my cousin finished top in his class in shooting.

      @WOLF

EncinoMoron is one of those progressive hypocrits who wants to credit the NRA for shooting poor innocent kids with a gun, though we had nothing to do with it. Once the NRA is out of the way, he wants the glory all for himself. Plus he wants to make sure the kids he has killed can’t make a run for it. His choice of weapon is a coat hanger, or some surgical instrument that crushes the skull then sucks the brains out of the child. He probably doesn’t have the guts to actively participate, so he has some surrogate do his bidding for him under the pretense of Women’s rights. E is a lib and an abortion activist. E claims the NRA is a outlaw organization. Since when? E suffers from what psychologists call ‘God Complex!” A person who thinks he is all knowing and omnipotent. One of those nut jobs that makes up things as he goes along to justify his thinking and actions. Since he’s nuts you can’t reason with him. The sooner he’s put out of his missery by a huge fly swatter the better off this world will be.

As far as the article. Those nuts have just made the case for gun ownership. They are an angry linch mob hell bent on their mindless and obvious misassignment of blame in order to demonize then go after the NRA and its members. These are the people who should be profiled then disarmed of their firearms and all other potential weapons. They are just like the nut case who murdered all those kids. They all belong in a mental institution.

I’ll be joining the NRA as soon as i’m done posting this. I have no need of what is currently classified as an assault rifle but find it interesting that people that support gun ownership would actually find this acceptable. Who determines what makes an “assault rifle”? Lets look at it, semi automatic-covers a wide range of guns, lightweight-not my cup of tea but alot like their firearms light, scope-I don’t know if they consider this assault worthy but the point is they could, bayonet mount- my mosin nagant has one of these not what i’d call an assault rifle, high capacity magazines-how high is high capacity 5,10,15. My point is who determines what constitutes an assault rifle and chances are they will err on the side of being too regulatory and we’ll all be sitting around with single shot black powder firearms or bows and arrows. I have been given the right to keep and bear arms, which has saved many lives people don’t think about. The japanese were asked after world war 2 why they never invaded the mainland of the united states after the war was over and the response was…there would be a gun behind every tree. Our right to bear arms I believe has saved us from more deaths than people remember.

But let’s face it, I didn’t buy this weapon because I want to hunt four-legged animals or target practice on paper. I bought it because I EXPECT that I’ll need it for the inevitable indecent reality of SHTF. I bought it to put down a human should the need arise.

TIME, I missed the first issue, but still have the second along with many that followed it packed away somewhere. Today’s issues are more informative when it comes to military and police operations through out the world than any other news source. Like I said above though, just can’t wait for some idiot troll to try and tell me that the magazine is ‘really’ something else.
