White House Petition Calls for…Deporting Piers Morgan Over Anti-Gun Views

White House Petition Calls for Deporting CNN Host Piers Morgan Over Anti Gun Views

AP

A new online White House petition is calling for CNN’s Piers Morgan to be deported for “attacking the Second Amendment” following the Connecticut elementary school massacre.

“British Citizen and CNN television host Piers Morgan is engaged in a hostile attack against the U.S. Constitution by targeting the Second Amendment,” the petition states. “We demand that Mr. Morgan be deported immediately for his effort to undermine the Bill of Rights and for exploiting his position as a national network television host to stage attacks against the rights of American citizens.”

Morgan has battled pro-gun advocates several times on “Piers Morgan Tonight” in the wake of the Newtown shooting, even calling one gun lobby director a “dangerous man” who brings “shame” on his country.

“How many more kids have to die before you guys say, ‘we want less guns, not more’?'” Morgan asked Gun Owners of America head Larry Pratt earlier this week.

White House Petition Calls for Deporting CNN Host Piers Morgan Over Anti Gun ViewsMore than 7,000 people had signed the petition as of Saturday afternoon. It would require 25,000 signatures by Jan. 20 to garner an official White House response.

The petition was apparently created by Kurt Nimmo of the website infowars.com.

Morgan acknowledged the petition on Twitter Saturday, tweeting at one point: “6,600 Americans have currently signed the petition to deport me – meaning 311,993,400 clearly want me to stay. Thank you.”

In another tweet he said it was ironic that the petition-signers would have him deported for using the First Amendment to express his views.

“Ironic U.S. gun rights campaign to deport me for ‘attacking 2nd Amendment rights’ – is my opinion not protected under 1st Amendment rights?” Morgan wrote.

His speech is recognized by the First Amendment, like our firearms are protected by the Second Amendment. The problem we have now is our politicians in government, the ones who have sworn to defend the Constitution are, at this time it’s worst enemies.

This jerk, Morgan, is NOT even an American citizen. He’s a foreigner in a foreign land. He should go back to Britain where no one can own a gun and are all victims of crimes from petty theft to 1st degree murder because they have no way to defend themselves. Without a doubt he supports the gun ban in Britain. That’s no doubt why he’s in America. Let him get the he|| out of our country and go back to face the rampant increases in all types of crimes in his own country – in other words, Morgan, pi$$ off! And shut the chuck up!

Relax people. Nobody watches his program anyways. If it were not for the blaze and other media outlets reporting on what he said nobody would even know he said anything at all. CNN is getting a new boss and he’ll be on his way out anyway with his horrible ratings.

I watched Morgan’s gun “debate” segment on CNN. He had a panel of lefties on to agree with him while he shouted down the only pro-NRA guest in the audience, calling him a “liar.” Morgan is obsessed, like all foreign media implants to America, who’ve been brought up to mirror the European anti-gun culture. I’m sure he gets a lot of hate mail because he’s so irresponsibly closed-minded and stupid in his refusal to understand most American gun owners.

The Left’s brown trash base commits most of the gun violence in America and we White, NRA supporting, Red State Americans take the blame for it…

The same is true for Republicans being blamed for our pathetic international academic rankings and quality of life statistics in general. Whites and East Asians are doing fine. It’s the “hispanics” and blacks who are dragging down our averages – because they have low-IQs.

As to gun murder rates, the most imporant factor is racial demographics – not gun laws. We see evidence for that again and again with U.S. cities like Chicago and Washington D.C. having extremely high gun murder rates despite extremely strict gun regulations – because those cities are full of brown people. In comparison, uber-WHite U.S. states like Vermont have virtually no gun murders despite having practically zero gun laws.

We see the same thing in racially diverse “hispanic” Brazil where they have insanly high gun violence rates despite strict gun regulations.

And when people point to Europe, the UK, Australia, Japan, etc, to prove that gun bans are just common sense; what they fail to realize is that these countries already had extremely low gun violence rates before they passed gun bans.

And gun laws aren’t universal across these countries. Some European countries have very strict gun laws and barely anyone owns firearms. While other European countries have less gun restrictions and tons of people own guns. Yet gun murders are extremely low in all of these countries regardless of gun laws and rates of gun ownership. And in fact, gun murders actually increased in the UK after they banned most firearms.

And in America, we’ve seen an explosion in popularity with firearms – especially with the evaaaaal AR-15s and concealed carry pistols. Yet gun violence has actually been steadily decreasing in America. And mass shootings have actually nearly halved since the 1970s and 1980s. “Assault rifles” comprise about 0.3% of gun murders in America. And mass shootings at schools still occurred during the last “assault rifle” ban.

So, it’s actually you “diversity is strength” ******** who are to blame for gun violence in America – not we NRA supporting “Tea Baggers”…

Two or three young crazies commit mass murders in one year in a country of over 300 million and all hell breaks out in liberal-dum. Obama & Holder & Hillary fail to run guns responsibly at our borders or protect our citizens in Benghazi — resulting in mass killings — and it’s only the American gun supporters who are always vilified. This is all happening under Obama’s watch, however, so they can’t blame Bush and the GOP outright.

A British export such as Piers has no place in trying to criticize OUR Constitution in my opinion. The way I see it, anyone criticizing our Constitution and calling for it to be perverted should be deported. If you do not like the way this country was built and maintained, you are obviously in the wrong country. Go back to England, where your wonderful socialist ideas flourish. Seriously, Piers, there are other countries that are far more to your liking, wtf are you doing here? Or is it that their ideas (and yours) are turning the country inside out from the anus up that it’s foolish to even live there?

I was not aware this guy had a show with CNN–much less with anyone else. Where do I sign?
Seriously–don’t know much about this little piss ant other than he apparently came to our country because of our freedoms–so I guess I am confused? Is it possible this is just another celebrity who wishes to enjoy our freedoms so long as they don’t conflict with their personal views. He is not a US citizen so as far as I am concerned he can leave ASAP!

211 children were killed last year by drunk drivers. mabe we need to do manditory background checks and if some one has had two DUI convictions dont sell him alcohol. Also lets only sell one shot bottles. Would take longer to get drunk with one shot bottles. We could limit the number of bottles of beer and liquor a individual could buy.I dont drink so all this sounds great to me, This makes just as much sence as banning my semi automatic rifel
