Share Your Christmas Spirit With Pictures Using Our New Community Photo Tool

In the spirit of sharing that comes with the holidays this time of year, TheBlaze is rolling out some new features to help our community connect with each other through pictures.

If you feel inspired to share your Christmas photos, please try out the new photo uploading tool we’re testing out.

First, click on “Choose File” to find a photo on your computer that you want to share. After selecting the image, write a short description of the photo and then click upload.

Description:

Approved photos will appear in this new gallery tool below (we’ll be reviewing photos before they are posted to make sure they are appropriate and in keeping with the spirit of the holidays).

Images will automatically scroll, but you can also click on the image to scroll at your own speed.

If you’d like to share your thoughts along with your photos, feel free to leave a comment below.

We hope this will be a fun and useful addition to your experience.

Merry Christmas,

TheBlaze

Why anyone would want to share their personal photos on the web whether here or anywhere else is beyond me!

Are you sure you want to do this?

Anyways, I had a pic of my cat dressed up in a Christmas Outfit among other things that are fun. You get the idea. This is an awesome idea of photo sharing. I hope you fix this…. and thanks for thinking of us!

Tried on Firefox and got “Are you sure you want to do this?” page with no way to give an indication of my answer.

Yes, I am trying on Internet Explorer and Firefox, same results. They are working on fixing it, I think.

Sorry folks – It’s working for some and not for others. We’ve got some debugging to do.

Thanks for working with us and please forgive the tech glitches.

      Hi Glenn Hall,

Let me know if I can be of any assistance from the outside with debugging things. You can ask Mark or Scott for my contact info.

Some issues have been reported with Safari and Chrome – but it seems to be working fine in Firefox and IE.

Sorry for the hiccups – this is a test version that we rushed out in time for Christmas and apparently we still have a few kinks to work out.

I tried it also, on both IE and FF, and got to the “Are you sure” question without a button. That message is in the code at the end that seems to be for errors:

Are you sure you want to do this?

Well, tried all 3……. Safari, Chrome and Firefox on a mac with no luck.
NO biggie, just thought you would want to know.

I don’t see a “Choose File” here. Tried with Firefox and Internet Explorer.
