A competitive eater, who goes by the nickname “The Bear,” somehow plowed through the Denny’s entire The Hobbit-inspired menu in less than 20 minutes. At an unbelievable 8,610 calories, that’s about 430 calories a minute.
Jamie “The Bear” McDonald, 36, later uploaded the video of his impressive feat on YouTube. The video shows McDonald behind a Denny’s booth, an entire table’s worth of food in front of him. The Hobbit menu features 11 high-calorie choices, including Gandalf Gobble Melt, Frodo’s Pot Roast and The Ring Burger.
In less than 20 minutes, McDonald was able to devour all 11 dishes
“In total, McDonald consumed whopping 8, 610 calories, 426 grams of fat, 775 carbohydrates and 2,530 milligram of heart-stopping cholesterol,” according to The Daily Mail.
