10-Year-Old’s Incredible Talent With a Washing Machine Will Leave You Amazed
If you’re a drummer like me, you will most definitely be left amazed and in awe at what you’re about to see. But even if you have no music ability whatsoever, what you’re about to watch will still likely make your jaw drop.
The following video was posted in September, but it’s just now starting to go viral. It’s titled “‘Whirled Beat’ 10-year-old boy drumming washing machine.” Yes, it’s a young boy using a washing machine as a drum. And yes, it is incredible:
It’s unclear who the kid is, but once he’s tracked down you can be sure a couple national TV appearances are in order.
There could be clue, however: The YouTube channel boasting the original video is named “dancarollo” and features videos of a man by that name performing Irish folk music. A Facebook page belonging to a musician of the same name specializing in Celtic-style music says the man lives in Seattle.

Posted on December 27, 2012 at 11:13amIt’s not incredible, it’s normal. When a person practices something alot they get quite good at it. Kind of like how TheBlaze reporters practice over-hyping non-stories alot. They’re quite good at it. Obviously this kid’s parents are the liberal “worldbeat” type who probably sit in a drum circle for breakfast every morning and think they’re “elightened” because they enjoy African voodoo drumming and have passed it down to their children.

Anything metal and hollow will do as well. This video is just a diversion for the Beck sycophants and mindless lackeys to keep them occupied while Glenn is counting his money. He’s making SSOOOO much money from you idiots and you think you’re getting something in return. All you are getting is a double barrel load of FEAR. Posted on December 28, 2012 at 8:18amThat was a fun video! But wow – so much anger here over a simple video of a boy drumming on a household appliance. @ R-Paulson and others like you – why not go play in your own schoolyard? If you hate Beck so much why do you bother? I hate liberals and I hate Obama just as much as you hate Beck but I’ll be darned if I am going to spend my free time on a pro-Obama website or some liberal blog. I’m going to hang with like-inded people instead. What is your point? You aren’t going to “convert” any of us. Instead you just further confirm why we loathe people of your ilk. Posted on December 28, 2012 at 10:39am@Beachmastermax – Ha, the kid is good and very entertaining, nice to see these days in spite of all the creativity stifling gadgets.
Shoot, back at that age they would have put me if not all my friends on Ritalin for being a normal boy. I used to do that in my boyhood days especially after a parade, start playing the stove. Never got as creative as this kid, probably because my dad’s limit was breached and sent me outside. We didn’t have video games by then, creativity was a good asset for kids. Today, my drums are the graduation instruments from the appliances, seems like this kid well be doing the same.
Nice article/video to display during Christmas time, we all need something on the lighter side.

Not to take anything away from the kid but something is very fishy with how fantastic it sounds.
Have we become so taken these days by fraud that as long as it sounds great that’s all we need sounds like how Obama got elected all show and no reality to back it up man have we become gullible as a people

Posted on December 27, 2012 at 9:39amTiming and pitch are the 2 things that can’t be taught. As a musician and worship pastor I can see great talent and potential in this young man. In a society where most children his age want to play video games that mimic musical instruments, this young man has the vision/ear to hear the different pitches on these surfaces and keep time with them. So the cynical small-minds turn out in drives to send him back to the video screen? Keep playing, young man. You have a God-given talent, so go and use it. God bless you!

You are wrong on both counts.
“It would be better for you, had you never been born.”
And why, pray tell, would you state that? What would be better? How could something be better for a person if they were never born, as they would not exist at that point thus there could be no better nor worse. I’ll await your educated explanation.
