Here’s Why You Should Never Illegally Park Your Car in Russia: It Could Get Crushed and Towed by a Crane

Many people have a beef with tow trucks. They growl when they seem them trolling around at night looking for offenders who have tried to sneak into permitted parking areas or those parked in the expecting mother’s slot who aren’t quite showing a baby bump.

Some people may have actively witnessed and cried out as their vehicle was loaded up onto the truck after they ran, pleaded and tried to bribe the operator out of taking it. But when all is said and done, the inconvenience and “paid at the owner’s expense” fine are nothing compared to what would happen to your vehicle upon making a parking infringement in Russia.

Instead of slipping your car onto a truck-bed, in Russia a crane might act as a more aggressive tow truck. It’s claw grabs hold, crushing through the window glass as it lifts the vehicle and drops it into the back of a dump truck.

Now, we admit, it’s unclear if these vehicles are legitimately being towed or were scheduled for pickup to be taken to the car graveyard, but the descriptions in the videos say things like “illegally parked.” Perhaps this is the fate of illegally parked cars left in the spot for a long period of time.

Either way, it’s a bit shocking to see how they’re treated like useless scrap metal.

In Holland in the 70′s if a cop could push a punch through rust on a car, that car was towed and crushed…. the owner was billed. Considered unsafe for the roads.

  For over 50yrs, ENGLAND has a yearly-demanded-test of all vehicle-FRAMES!! If y’o car/truck frame is too-rusted…y’o car gets crushed if y’o dinna tow it to a shop for a new frame!! Otherwise It WILL BE CRUSHED AND Y’O'LL GIT DA BILL!! Also…ALL VEHICALS IN ENGLAND HAVE-TO HAVE FRAMES! NO UNIBODIES ALLOWED!!

  These videos epitomize socialism… when Godless socialists gain complete power, they do whatever they want with no accountability whatsoever. You want to see the future of America, now that a majority of parasites have tipped the balance at the polls? Go to your local DMV, wait in line for 3 hours, ask where you file a complaint for the lousy service and then watch them laugh in your face.

This is the new , more democratic Russia. In the old days under Brezhev…..if you had a car….they would rig it with explosives…knock on your office door and tell you to get to your car and move it. When you got in your car and started it…….’BOOM’.

From the looks of the newer cars, its looks like one is set at a Mazda plant for scrap. All the cars in the video are Mazda and the people are sporting Mazda jackets.

Reminds of the infamous photo of the BMW parked in front of the fire hydrant, and the 6″ hose going through both windows……….I spent 25 years on the New Orleans fire Dept. and can tell you first hand that this happens often. In the french quarter where the streets are very narrow and people are stupid enough to park in front of a plug…we would go though both windows and once though both front wind shield and rear windshield….And if that wasn’t bad enough, if you showed up and gave us hell for doing that..we’d have the cops tow your car away..

  53k original – creme ext – red interior – rag top – 501cc Cast Iron Block – 4bbl Holley – 2 door – 6800lb dry wt with a 27.5gal fuel tank topped off adds another 200lbs of weight.

  Not communist there just doing what we should be doing here and that is showing people that breaking the law has consequences i bet these car owners never illegally park again. By the way imagine if we actually shot people for crossing our border illegally do you really think we would have 20 million of these rodents living here mooching off of us.
