It seems there’s no lowest point to the depravity of those murdering the innocent in Syria, and that includes atrocities carried out by those whom the West has decided to support. With each new atrocity, one can’t help thinking “It couldn’t be worse.” Well, it just got worse.

A leading nun in Syria is reporting that a young Christian man in Syria was beheaded by jihadi rebels who then fed his mutilated body to dogs.

Speaking to Britain’s Sunday Times, Agnes-Mariam de la Croix – who is mother superior of the Monastery of St James the Mutilated located between Damascus and Homs – said of the incident which occurred in early December: “They beheaded him, cut him into pieces and fed him to the dogs.”

She says 38-year-old Andrei Arbashe was a newlywed whose wife was about to give birth.

Those who killed him apparently acted after Arbashe’s brother was overheard complaining the rebels were “behaving like bandits.”

The Sunday Times reports:

Sister Agnes-Mariam, who has been keeping a macabre scorecard of such atrocities, believes that his fault, in the eyes of his killers, was his Christian faith.

“The uprising has been hijacked by Islamist mercenaries who are more interested in fighting a holy war than in changing the government,” she told The Sunday Times on a recent visit to Paris. “It’s turned into a sectarian conflict,” she added. “One in which Christians are paying a high price.”

A highly educated Carmelite nun of Palestinian and Lebanese descent, Sister Agnes-Mariam fled Syria over the summer after being warned that she was on the rebels’ “blacklist” for abduction.

She has been on an international tour since then to warn the world about the uprising’s “extremist” drift as the conflict turns into a magnet for Islamist mercenaries from all over the world, including Britain.

No video or still photographs have emerged to document the atrocity, and TheBlaze cannot verify the nun’s account.

Just last month, a Syrian opposition group posted a graphic video which showed a child helping rebels behead a man with a machete.

President Bashar Assad – even while ruling with an iron fist – for the most part protected Syria’s minorities including Christians and Alawites of which Assad himself is a member.

As the bloodletting continues and the Sunni rebel forces have been hijacked by al-Qaeda supporting extremists, Christians fear they won’t be safe in a post-Assad era. They are also worried that if Al Qaeda-inspired Islamist rebels take control, they could establish Sharia law as the law of the land as occurred in Egypt.

The Associated Press reported last week that Syrian Christians were keeping a low profile, afraid to even put up Christmas trees in their homes lest they draw the attention of the jihadis.

“Christians, who make up about 10 percent of Syria’s population of more than 22 million, say they are particularly vulnerable to the violence that has been sweeping the country since March 2011. They are fearful that Syria will become another Iraq, with Christians caught in the crossfire between rival Islamic groups,” wrote the AP.

Since Saddam Hussein was ousted from power in 2003, hundreds of thousands of Christians fled Iraq as Islamic militants targeted them.

Sister Agnes-Mariam characterizes the Syrian Christians’ predicament as being caught between Assad’s Alawites – an offshoot of Shiite Islam – and the opposition Sunnis, like “filling in a sandwich.”

She is sharply critical of western nations for supporting the rebels even though the extremists among them are violating basic human rights. She tells the Sunday Times:

“They want to impose sharia,” said Agnes-Mariam, 60. “It’s a scandal that the free and democratic world is supporting extremists,” she added in a reference to western backing for the coalition.

Some have accused her of being a propagandist for the dictator Assad: her claim that rebel forces were responsible for the Houla massacre in which more than 100 civilians died, half of them children, has been challenged by a United Nations commission of inquiry, which blamed the regime.

The Daily Mail quoted the nun saying that militants wearing Al Qaeda black bandanas recently placed a two-day siege on her monastery to try to prevent Christians from celebrating the Christmas holiday.

She estimates that 300,000 Christians have been displaced since the conflict began in March 2011, including 80,000 forced out of the Homs region.

A new study released on Christmas Eve reported Christianity is in serious danger of being wiped out in the Middle East because of Islamic oppression. The report titled “Christianophobia” said Christians are suffering more persecution around the world than any other religious group mainly due to “Islamic oppression.”

I love how they are called “Muslim radicals” they are not radicals they are the fully endorsed execution squad of the Islamic political regime! When is American going to smarten up and realize that Islam is not a religion, but a truly Marxist world dominating political agenda wrapped up in a fake religion to make the helpless and hopeless believe that it has the ability to save them!

October 1, 1976: “And it did pass that John the Baptist did come forth and be betrayed, and be beheaded and his head thrown unto the dogs. And it did come to pass that Jesus of Nazareth did come forth upon the Earth, and he was betrayed by Judas.
Yet the greatest sin of all lie within those who should prepare the way, for instead of staying to the jobs that they had before them, each sought to glorify himself and herself. And they did condemn the one known as Jesus because he did not allow the stoning of Mary Magdalene. Yet Mary Magdalene, on her own, did bring forth the Christian movement, as you would call it….
Yet we say unto you, it is a greater gift to forgive than it is to criticize. It is a greater gift by far to fall down and rise than it is to have never fallen at all….
Look within, into that hidden place within your mind, the hidden place that we can see, and the Lord, God, can see. And then, for those who have not broken the Ten Commandments, let them cast the first stone. Our Father has many mansions. Each is great to behold. But let one religion cast a stone against another, and they have sinned against our Father.” http://www.angelfire.com/in4/aup_messiah/1976October01.audio.html

UNIVERSALPHILOS… please understand that I’m not ridiculing you, but cautioning you that you are being misled… God does not take a soul from it’s body so “angelic spiritual messengers” (“Aka”) can posses it to give messages. ["Aka is here." ~ “Good evening, Aka. Where is Ray?” ~ "Soul Ray stands with God."]
God works with all of His Prophets through their free will, never possessing the human body (as this ‘medium’ states happens to him, i.e., his soul is ‘transported’ through the Universe into the full light of God so the “angelic spiritual messengers” can possess his body to communicate).

Taken from the site you linked to….

“Yet Mary Magdalene, on her own, did bring forth the Christian movement, as you would call it….”

The New Testament and Acts show this to be a flat, out and out lie.

“There are those of you who would say that the one known as Jesus and God are the same. We say unto you, what foolish children you have been. And Jesus of Nazareth would say unto you, “What foolish children you have been.” And the Lord, in His usual way, would but chuckle. For the Lord, God, is God, and Jesus of Nazareth was His first begotten son, from Adam unto Jesus, from lifetime unto lifetime.”

Now to be sure, “Aka” has twisted the theology of the nature of the Trinity. Jesus never stated that He and the Father are the “same”, but that They are One. “Aka” betrays Jesus’ own words in Scripture, “The Father and I are one.” (John 10:30), and again, “Jesus said to them, “Very truly, I tell you, before Abraham was, I am.” (John 8:58); not to mention the prologue of John, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through him, and without him not one thing came into being.” (John 1:1-4)

“Thank you, Aka. [9-10-74-001] who is here tonight asks, ‘Aka, where did love become perfectly manifested as an individual for the first time?’ ~ ”In the heavens beyond heavens, where God the Father and God the Mother did come into union, and all glory stood still, [for] faith and hope, for the many galaxies and the universes were born.”… “And from the birth of the Almighty God, and from the bosom of the mighty God Mother.”

The answer to “where did love become perfectly manifested as an individual for the first time?” is once again John1:1-5. It is also the Holy Spirit, which is made manifested from, in and by the relationship of God the Father and the Son, that Love ‘becomes’ perfectly personified. That “Aka” not only creates a new personhood of God (God the Mother) but also states God is “birth[ed]” says a lot as to where this “angelic spiritual messengers” comes from. From a theological stand point, God is the “Prime Mover” (i.e. nothing existed before Him nor “caused” Him into being). The understanding of ‘birthed’ means there is ‘something’ existing before God which He is ‘born’ from.

This should be enough of a caution to you. You are being misled by “Aka”.

Beware American Christians. The persecution of Christians in this country has started with Obama’s health care plan which forces Catholic’s to go against their religious beliefs. However, Muslims are exempt from Obamacare because they don’t believe in insurance.

May God bless this man, and give him the rest and eternal life that the followers of Christ are promised. The Muslims or followers of Satan cannot condemn us to eternal torment by killing us; only God has that power.

The Bible says that Christians will be persecuted and killed for their beliefs, and so it continues. As Christians we can use pschological warfare if the Muslims continue these atrocites. We can tell them that the bullets in our firearms and edges of our blade weapons are dipped in pig blood or grease. Not that we would; but if the enemy BELIEVES it, they might possibly think better of their attempts.

I heard that a battle between British and Muslim soldiers, back in the 1800s, was won by default when the British informed their opponents that British bullets were dipped in pig blood, and the Muslims abandoned the field.

It seems the hardcore Muslim fears death in an unclean state, while Christians should have no such fear. Having faith in Christs sacrifice and resurrection is more than enough to cleanse any sin.

Syria had nothing wrong with it, in the perfect administration, we would be there helping stamp down the uprising by the by these rebels. This isn’t a peaceful uprising. We would been over there in Egypt also. I know that the Egyptians would not like it but look, now they are hating what is in power there now. They were fools. Same with over in Syria. Instead we have a president, and notice I will not even give him the respect with capitalizing the p ( he doesn’t deserve it ), helping these murderers and evil people in power. Like this is going to stop the uptick in hate they have for us. This idiot is making them stronger and amassing numbers that will allow them to become a formidable foe. People we need to rise up like the others do. I guess the president likes uprisings and supports them. I wonder if he how he would deal with one knocking on his own door. Brings to mind verses from 1 Peter 4: (KJV)
Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

But seriously. . . . Radical Islam is most definitely an extremely dangerous belief system. There have been many. And should Islam fade away, as well as communistic regimes, maybe the world will be better prepared for more peace. If we can keep “a LOT of power” out of the ruling class, where the people have a say, the world won’t be entirely safe, but it will be far better than it is now. And “mad men on a mission from god” has to be one of the most insidious actions of humanity.

I’m not mad at you for supporting who you supported in the election. Don’t like you because you are so narrow minded you can see thru a keyhole with both eyes at the same time & EXTREAMLY STUPID. How does the human mind regress to the point yours has?

Christ said that if someone did not have a sword they should sell their cloak and buy one. you cannot love your enemys to death. when you pray you should ask God for the courage to do what is necessary to defeat your enemy.

Yes he did support them only in his words but had no power to actually do anything. Who is the current president and was the president when all this started? Thats what really matters not some snarky take about what Romney would or not have actually done.

@Dissentnow – News for you, Romney was never in position to do anything about the Syrian crisis. By the way, he lost the election to the man that stood by and watched as the Arab spring took over North Africa.

      @Chief
There is NOTHING snarky about stating a fact. Romney said that if he was president, he would arm the Syrian rebels. That was part of the platform that he ran on and that YOU voted for. It doesn’t matter if he wasn’t president. The fact is that he said that he WOULD arm them if he was. How can you get mad at Obama for supporting the rebels when Romney supported them, as well.

Romney said that if he was president he would arm the Syrian rebels. I take him at his word. I have no doubt that if Romney was president, he would be arming them and supporting them, as we speak.
That was part of his platform. If you voted for Romney then you voted to arm the Syrian rebels.

You can judge people by the company they keep: the left protects every deviant and pornographer and embraces Isalm and Sharia – cultural jihad is being waged on us – there is an enemy in our midst working to take America down from within and its a very old enemy with new evil alliances.

Ha ha ha. RP is an apologist for America and an Islam butt kisser, just like Hussein.

Yeah Romney said he supported the rebels. I don’t know if like Bush he stupidly believes Islam is a “religion of peace,” or if he said it to beat Hussein and his gotcha media at their own game, by saying he supported the rebels who were pro-democracy. I lean towards the latter, but if not, the military would have set him straight. Romney deeply respects the military and often said he would follow the recommendations of his top military men.

I’m sry but you may as well have not even voted, especially if you’re always such a sore loser. idk if you noticed, but romney was the ONLY ONE that could’ve beaten barry. Sure he wasn’t THE guy or anything, but there aint a damn thing you can say that can change the fact that he would’ve done better than barry FISCALLY. Our economy wouldn’t be booming or anything, but at least we wouldn’t be running up debt at WARP speed. Look i wanted RP too, plz just let it go already. Blame the two-party system, not people who cast a vote that could’ve actually made a difference.

I don’t care who you or anyone else voted for. I just want you to own it; own who you voted for and own what he stands for and stop making excuses for him. In short, you can’t trash Obama for supporting the Syrian rebels when Romney supports the rebels and part of the platform that he ran on included arming and supporting the rebels; a platform that you, and every other Romney supporter, endorsed when you cast your vote for him. Again, i don’t care who you voted for. Just own it. Don’t trash Obama for doing what Romney promised to do if he was elected. That’s all i’m saying. If you trash Obama for supporting the rebels, that makes you a hypocrite.

What a blessings it is to be martyred for your faith. It’s only a matter of time before real Christians are labeled insane in America and lose their 2nd amendment rights. The spirit of the antichrist is strong in America. Perhaps one day we will get to worship God through martyrdom in America.

dissentnow: Did anyone read this story? The Mother Superior said the rebellion is being hijacked by Islamist mercenaries. I would be all in favor of arming the rebels if there was a way of keeping them from making it into the arms of the Islamist radicals. But since this administration can’t keep guns out of the hands of drug cartels I guess that could never be a guarantee.

Can you sleep at night knowing you voted for a racist and Jew-hater? Maybe it doesn’t bother you. You don’t have a problem with all the STUPID EXCUSES and shenanigans a la Obama, i.e., “I wasn’t aware,” RP used to explain his magazine, his truther meetings, his pork and on and on.

Instead, you attack Romney for saying he supported the rebels. You KNOW Romney would not support al-Qaeda. If as PRESIDENT he received info from his top brass that that was the case, would he still support the rebels? The answer is a resounding no. In fact, if Repubs had had uncontested proof that that was the case DURING the campaign, Hussein would have had to withdraw his support as well, but since he is not transparent **we had no clear proof**. Romney could NOT say he did not support the rebels without clear proof that they were al-Qaeda, get it, dodo or is that too hard for your brainwashed mind to grasp? Show some intellectual honesty, dude.

Stop being hypocrites. We conservatives have a domestic enemy. If you are not with us, go it alone. All this harping on Romney is like a woman who doesn’t love you. but doesn’t want to let go. That’s sick. Enough already.

“Can you sleep at night knowing you voted for a racist and Jew-hater?”

Not supporting Israel unconditionaly does NOT make someone a “Jew hater”. That is a disgusting Alinksy tactic you just pulled. Shame on you. Also, I don’t find the newsletters to be racist at all. They might be politically incorrect, but not racist. They’re actually pretty tame compared to what some of the people here on the Blaze post about race, which doesn’t bother me either. I guess i’m just not a crybaby.
Al Sharpton would be proud of your use of the race card.
The fact that Paul didn’t own up to the newsletters does bother me, as i have previously stated on the Blaze. I’ve owned that. I don’t make excuses.

“You don’t have a problem with all the STUPID EXCUSES and shenanigans a la Obama”

I am one of Obama’s biggest critics on the blaze. I have attacked him on race, foreign policy, abortion, domestic policy, the war on drugs, ect.

      .”his truther meetings”

What’s wrong with questioning the government and its motives? You’ve heard of false flags, haven’t you?
You might take the government at face-value, but i don’t. There were people on the Blaze who said that Obama blew up the gulf oil rig. Did you call them out, as well? Actually, there is about as much proof that 9/11 was an inside job as there is proof that Obama was actually born in Kenya. That sure doesn’t stop the “birthers”, of which there are LOTS here on the Blaze.

I know, right? Because our government would NEVER arm and support violent and dangerous rebels….
      ….cough cough…..contras…….cough cough…….mujahideen……cough cough…….Bin Laden….cough cough…..the Mexican drug cartels.

“In fact, if Repubs had had uncontested proof that that was the case DURING the campaign, Hussein would have had to withdraw his support as well, but since he is not transparent **we had no clear proof**. There were news reports all throughout the campaign about the al-Qaeda influence amongst the rebels. Of course the state controlled media didn’t cover it because they were protecting Obama and the Blaze didn’t cover it because they were protecting Romney. Doing a 2 minute google search, i found well over a dozen stories. I can link them if you’d like.
