‘Vulgar’: Kathy Griffin Kisses Anderson Cooper’s Crotch During Live NYE Show

Comedian Kathy Griffin is known for spawning both hilarity and controversy. During CNN’s live New Year’s Eve show, there was no shortage of the latter. In a move that some have called “vulgar,” Griffin made sexual jokes directed at co-host Anderson Cooper and then proceeded to kiss his crotch after midnight.
Griffin first raised eyebrows during the show by telling Cooper, “I’m going to tickle your sack.” Then, as the CNN host attempted to sway the conversation away from controversy, the back-and-forth intensified. Newsbusters recaps the dialogue:
An obviously nervous Cooper responded, “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I have no sack of gifts here.”
Griffin then suggested the camera pan lower so the audience can see her “naughty gestures.”
When Cooper continued to try and clean it up by referring to a sack of Christmas presents, Griffin asked, “You’re calling your privates your Christmas presents?”
When Cooper said, “No,” Griffin said, “That’s typical hot guy. ‘Let’s open up the Christmas presents.’”
But that wasn’t the end of the bizarre antics. A more intense and inappropriate discussion proceeded after midnight, when Griffin kissed Cooper’s crotch area.
“Did you drop something?,” Cooper asked.
“No, I was kissing your sardine,” she replied.
“Thank you. I got it,” Cooper responded.

I personally thought when she arrived on the scene years ago, she had an interesting comedy routine and potential. On her way up, like so many other liberals, she became full of herself and went off the cliff. Until reading this article I didn’t know she appeared on CNN. If I had known I wouldn’t have watched. As it turns out, I don’t watch CNN anyway, so it doesn’t matter if she’s on it or not. CNN and Kathy are made for one another: A looser news program with a looser comedian. Sounds like a loosing combo to me.
One thing’s for sure, that Peter Paul candy commercial definitely applies to Kathy: “Some times you feel like a nut, sometimes you don’t ….” She apparently likes her nuts rancid and still attached to the vine.

I do watch Red Eye on fox(Not always an appropriate show). Kathy would be an awesome addition to that show.

Thank God I don’t watch CNN anymore. They drove me away in 2008 with Keith Obermann and their Republican Convention Coverage. And I am not planning on returning since they remove Greta van Sustern, Glenn Beck along with other dissenting opinions of the Obama Presidency before it was elected. I don’t always agree with these people but at least they were a contravening opinion on a liberal station. When they left all morality left with them.

CNN is a highly respected news channel by it’s 2 or 3 brain dead viewers. CNN knows this. They also know that kids are to smart to watch their crappy programming. The execs. at CNN figured that if anyone was watching New Years eve they’d probably be drunk and not notice Griffin. What’s more Kathy probably did her segment for next to nothing. She’s all they could afford, plus they needed someone who’s less known then Anderson and who would make him seem stellar, They couldn’t have picked a better person. The only way anyone, except for Cooper, Griffin and the cameraman, to knows what happened is from this article and the accompanying video. It seems to me that everyone knows Kathey is a looser, judging from the responses here.
