Posted on January 1, 2013 at 2:36pmI have to disagree. While life continues, as you suggest, Washington battles over insignificant ‘cuts’ and who gets better press (I just wonder whom that could be). The policies left in place, and those due to end put 2013 on course for a very bad ending. I think you may look back at 2012 as the good ole days.

Posted on January 1, 2013 at 12:18pmHappy New Year to all my brothers and sisters!
My sincerest wish for prosperity and good will to all my fellow AMERICANS – the rest of you self-haters can go to h3!!…
I’m watching the Rose Parade from the warmth of my living room, even though Pasadena is a stone’s throw away. Watched some high school band from Market or Marquette, dressed in uniforms with Gaybama-like logos. Just watched Stanford make complete fools of themselves, dressed and performing as though they were in the Doo-Daa Parade. Right behind them the first Korean participants to the Rose Parade; kids from 4th to 12 grade – average GPA +4.0.
Suck on that, Stanford.
