BEIRUT (AP) — The family of an American journalist says he went missing in Syria more than one month ago while covering the civil war there.

A statement released online Wednesday by the family of James Foley said he was kidnapped in northwest Syria by unknown gunmen on Thanksgiving day.

The statement appealed to those holding Foley to contact the family “so we can work together toward his release.”

Foley, 39, has worked in a number of conflict zones around the Middle East, including Syria, Libya and Iraq.

He was contributing videos to Agence France-Press while in Syria.

The news agency quoted its chairman, Emmanuel Hoog, as saying it was doing all it could to secure Foley’s release.

“He is a professional journalist who is absolutely neutral in this conflict,” Hoog said.

So here we go again. And we have treasonous traitors in the White House who are arming these Islamist terrorist-slayers through their NATO enforcer and Turkey. These are the thugs who are going to take over Syria. Another Islamic thug Sharia State courtesy of the 7-war+drones Thief-in-Chief.

Next up? Jordan. If they have any natural resources for the globalist criminals to exploit, that is.

So here is the gist of the matter, Obama will seek to have him released if he can get a political gain out of it, or if the family of the man pays a high enough ransom for his freedom.

I pray to God that whomever has him will just let him go.

We used to call this consequence for a poor decision. But, since society has killed personal responsibility, we now see this as tragic. Get out. Stay out. Nothing good comes out of this place. Israel is not worth the pain and suffering. Why should we be paying for their strategic plan written in 1996?

He must have been involved in unregulated capitalism. Thank the Pope that Syrian gunmen were there to stop him.

Yeah. Right. Like we haven’t got a whole $#!t-load of “professional journalists” who are “absolutely neutral” right here in the good ol’ US of A, eh CNN? MSNBC? ABC, CBS?

Good luck getting help…from your French employer.

In some countries they kidnap for ransom. No so in Syria….I’m afraid he’s.
I’m sure it takes a lot of nerve to go into that many war zones and come out alive.
Pray for him, if alive he’s in hell, if he’s no longer on earth rip.

These guys don’t realize the reporters are your friend–so long as you’re on the right side of things! And, if you’re on the wrong side of things, you’re eventually going to lose, with or without freelance news coverage! Clean up your act! Kidnapping reporters is a sure way to lose the information war for your cause!
