‘Fiscal Cliff’ Bill Signed Into Law by President Obama’s…Autopen

HONOLULU (TheBlaze/AP) — President Barack Obama has signed a bill that boosts taxes on the wealthiest Americans and provides about $76 billion in special interest tax credits, while preserving Bush-era tax cuts for most American households.

Obama, who is vacationing in Hawaii, signed the bill using an autopen, a mechanical device that copies his signature.

The bill, which averts the so-called “fiscal cliff” that reportedly threatened to plunge the nation back into recession, also extends expiring jobless benefits, prevents cuts in Medicare reimbursements to doctors and delays for two months billions of dollars in across-the-board spending cuts in defense and domestic programs.

The GOP-run House approved the measure by a 257-167 vote late Tuesday, nearly 24 hours after the Democratic-led Senate passed it 89-8.

  An Autopen? REALLY? This arrogant, egotistical idiot couldn’t even remain at his post until the bill passed, the paperwork done and then sign it personally BEFORE jetting back to a luxurious resort that about 90% of americans could never affore to visit? Obama is the very living definition of hypocracy!!
  
  A black AMERICAN and conservative author, Mychael Massey, penned an Op-Ed piece a couple of years ago comapring the Obamas to, ” Sharecroppers who just hit the lottery”. Man did he ever hit the nail on the head. The Obamas spend money like it is water, and the largest percentage of it, taxpayer money. Just look at the costs of Security, Secret Service, Communications logistics, Air Force One times 2, Another plane for Michelle and the kids, Helicpoters, Staff and aides, all paid for by us, the American taxpayers.
  
  It is really surprising that the majority average black Americans, especially those living in the inner city, “Government Plantations” are not incensed at the excesses of their vacations and other travels. I can’t believe that they don’t feel that he money blown by the Obamas could be better spent helping their neighborhoods.
  
  I guess that is what you get when observing the feeling of imperialism that surrounds this president. The wishes of the annointed one come before any and all other needs of the country. No other president, to my knowledge, has taken as many vacations to exotic venues.

  The White House version of voting “present.” What else did we expect? America voted* and decided we needed this empty suit, a man who has managed not so much as a paper route or a lemonade stand his entire life, to sit in the chair of the most demanding CEO position in the world for four more years.

And we were expecting so much from his second term. As it turned we were expecting simply TOO much from a person like Obama. He got his Presidential Chair the second time and doing God knows what. With decisions like this one, United States of America is not going to last that long. And yet we wonder why we have such a big national debt. Ask Obama, he knows why. I guess we will wait and see what is going to be changed and what direction: housing market with its rising prices, personal finances with its payday loans ( http://paydayloansat.com/ )and business loans that are difficult to obtain, gas prices, medical care reforms and so on and so far. Bright future, what can I say!

Of course he took the time and effort to sign the executive order for his and all other federal workers pay raises in person. Wouldn’t want that being contested in a court of law as to if a President’s signature that isn’t his signature is really binding. Then a bunch of congressmen got embarrassed by the Fiscal cliff and Sandy relief and had the decency to strike down the executive order and nullify the raise he so diligently and strenuously did not deserve or work for.

Our elected “leaders” are nothing more than crooked lawyers, gaming us like suckers. The Rules for Radicals agenda is halfway complete. We are being sold down river. This entire election and ensuing debate resulted in enough revenue to run the spendaholic government black hole for 8 days. No spending cuts.

That’s curious. After a strenuous battle for the oh-so-necessary tax increase, about a quarter of the gain is given away in tax credits.

One might be forgiven for asking Mr Obama if he needs the money or not.

  It cost the taxpayers $7,000,000 for the flight yesterday. Or should I say photo op because the deal was brokered by Joe Biden. I think it was within an hour of the house vote he was on the seven million dollar return flight to Hawaii. Guess he wanted to see the golf tournament. Not hard to we where the magnificent big O’$ priorities are. Spending big and living high on the peasants tax money.
