As Heard on Beck Radio: Wait Until You Read that Poem By One of Those Punished for Benghazi Lapses
Bank of America Allegedly Freezes Gun Manufacturer’s Account: ‘You Should Not Be Selling Guns and Parts on the Internet’
Bank of America allegedly froze the account of gun manufacturer American Spirit Arms, saying the company “should not be selling guns on the Internet,” the company’s owner, Joe Sirochman, alleges.
“My name is Joe Sirochman owner of American Spirit Arms…our Web site orders have jumped 500% causing our Web site e-commerce processing larger deposits to Bank of America. So they decided to hold the deposits for further review,” Sirochman wrote on American Spirit Arms’ official Facebook page on Dec. 29, 2012.
“…as you could imagine this made me furious…After countless hours on the phone with Bank of America I finally got a Manager in the right department that told me the reason that the deposits were on hold for further review,” the post read. “Her exact words were…”We Believe you should not be selling guns and parts on the internet.”
After initially flipping the “f**k out,” Sirochman said he told Bank of America they have no right to make up their own rules and regulations regarding the online sales of firearms.
“[W]e are a firearms Manufacturer with all the proper licensing FFL (Federal Firearm license ), SOT and that we follow all Federal and All States’ rules and regulations on shipping Firearms and parts ..and that we are also Audited by ATF and Homeland Security on a regular basis,” he wrote.
So far, Sirochman says just one-third of the companies Internet sales over a two week period have been released to the company. Needless to say, American Spirit Arms is looking for a new bank.
As CNSNews.com points out, “this isn’t the first time Bank of America has targeted a customer involved in the firearms industry.”
“McMillan Group International was reportedly told that its business was no longer welcome after the company started manufacturing firearms – even after 12 years of doing business with the bank,” the report adds.

As long as Americans have guns, the Banksters can enslave us economically, but they can not enslave us physically.
That is what they want.
“When the Federal Reserve Act was passed, the people of these United States did not perceive that a world banking system was being set up here. A super-state controlled by international bankers and international industrialists acting together to ENSLAVE the world for their own pleasure. Every effort has been made by the Fed (Reserve) to conceal its powers but the truth is — the Fed has usurped the government!”
– Congressman Louis McFadden, Chairman of House Comm. on Banking and Currency from 1920 to 1931
After a few unsuccessful attempts, Louis T. McFadden was eventually poisoned to death.
The International Banksters Own our Government, The United Nations, 90% of our Media and most of the Banks.
Did you know that America’s First Central bank was called the BANK of NORTH AMERICA?
The Federal Reserve is America’s third Privately-owned Central Bank.

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 7:18pmSo….this licensed and approved gun company “Shouldn’t” be selling guns over the internet, and they have unilaterally decided to hold his money.
By that reasoning Bank of America should be completely out of business. Their incompetent business practices resulted in the American People bailing them out to the tune of BILLIONS! of dollars.
Their mortgage lending helped result in the collapse of the mortgage industry, they have currently reached a deal with the Federal Government to pay billions in restitution.
AND YET…they have the gall! to condemn an honest business. This is like Charles Manson accusing a hunter for being violent in shooting and skinning a deer.

They asked why and I told them if they can arbitrarily manipulate gun companies I could not support an oppressive bank. This gun manufacture was not violating laws they just made the decision to drop them. Good luck in the future BOA hope your bank guards can find their weapon.

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 9:23pmBanks are capitalistic companies. They are in the business of making money. This is a not political thing. It almost never is with capitalism. Bank Of America evidently has decided not to risk their reputation supporting this guy and people like him (and let’s face it, BOA hasn’t given their side – maybe the guy’s books were funny). But anyway, what’s the problem? He can go get another bank if he doesn’t like BOA. Big deal. What’s your complaint?
The understanding of capitalism is abysmally poor here, mostly, I imagine, because you confuse business practices with politics. And partly of course, because just a bit paranoid.
Quite a few TV personalities have been taken off the air for the same reason, such as Hank Williams and Ted Nugent as well as, you know, a few others. Sorry, it’s nothing personal, it’s not political, it’s just bidness. This is all about profits and the associated concept of company image.
Chill guys, and love capitalism! What’s wrong with you?
Nothing personal folks. This is what capitalism is all about! Stop taking it so personally!

Now I’m preparing to leave M&T bank because of the strong-armed way they have recently been treating me. I’ve talked to four layers of “customer service” who all have quoted me from the same “response sheet” of talking points. They could care less about the individual. Their only concern is the money they can weasel out of us. They did something a little less than considerate with my funds, and refuse to apologize. No worry, there are other banks out there that are honest

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 10:20pmWhy anyone would have an account with Bank of America or any other Juden controlled bank is beyond me. A credit union is the way to go. The members are also the owners instead of stock holders. In fact, the credit union business model is so “uncompetitive” with banks, that they have to back off so banks have a chance to compete with them. Same with insurance companies. A mutual insurance company is better than some stock holding Wall Street crap. Again, the policy holders are also members. I would never use a bank. Credit unions and mutual insurance companies are the way to go.

Kindly remember this was the bank that was going to issue credit cards to illegal aliens.
They also decided to charge ATM customers $5.00 a month simply for use of the card. That went over so well that they are now offering cash back to customers when heir card is used.
BoA was and is heavily involved in the mortgage problems that hit in 2008.
There have been several accounts where they attempted to foreclose on properties that had no mortgage on them.
The list could go on, but I would STRONGLY encourage readers of this blog to divest themselves of any BoA business.

That was back when they were still Pittsburgh National Bank. I will never do business with BoA. I heard too many bad stories about them before any of the recent things. Posted on January 8, 2013 at 1:49pmHas BOA frozen or “Reviewed” accounts of bars and nightclubs (More people die because of alchol related accidents than die from guns)? Has BOA frozen or “Reviewed” payments to pronography purveyors, even though the purchaser may be underage using a card belonging to a nother family member (The viewing of pornography has caused sexual excitement in deranged individuals and caused them to act out fantasies by raping or killing someone. This also is more common than gun deaths.)? Has the use of BOA credit cards by “Doctor Shoppers” for the purpose of obtaining multiple prescriptions from numerous pharmicies, while shopping for addictive drugs to sell on the black market (Drug overdoses kill far more each year than do guns)?
I cancelled both of my BOA credit cards and cut them up and sent the remains to the President and CEO of the bank. If you wish to do the same, cancel the account by phone then cut up the card and send the remains to:
Brian Moynihan, President and CEO

Flood his office with cut up cards along with a letter explaining why you are taking the action. It will cost only 45 cents to mail the remains back to them. Hopefully it will make a small impression of the BOA establishment.

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 6:35pmBarry must be having a ball with this because the semi private sector banks, they’re really controlled by government, are dictating to a private company how it should conduct business. I would say to change banks but they’re controlled by government and this has the fingerprint of the Marxist regime,I’m sure the board of directors received their orders from the Marxist POS of this I have no doubt. Can I prove it? Of course not but I know how he operates, make it look like the private sector is doing this to a private company when in reality the government is the author of the dirty deed.

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 6:34pmThe Second Amendment itself is plain and simple. One sentence. No mention of Hunting or sporting. The last 4 words are unequivocal. Words are extremely important. It doesnt say “may not” or “must not” or “can not”. It very purposely states SHALL NOT.
US Bill Of Rights – Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep
and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 6:48pmBag that’s correct government can’t create a law to infringe on that right but BOA has the facade of a private company so on the surface it looks okay,a semi private company not wanting to do business with a private company. Here’s where the insidiousness of it all comes into play,BOA like all US banks are controlled by government and I have no doubt Barry ordered BOA to take this stance,he’s an evil Marxist POS.

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 7:41pmBodyBag, not one gun law on the books is Constitutional. The war is on and like a good little dictator, Obama is stripping our rights not thru congress…….he’ll go thru all his crony pals. He know’s he’ll only get so far through congress. Trillions of our dollars have been spent to buy many powerful people and organizations. The endgame is coming

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 6:32pmWe closed All our Banko de America accounts . Got some spare time? Go into your local BOA and speak to them about opening multiple accounts, . Then realize that they pulled this stunt and explain why NO accounts will be opened. Nicely.

Posted on January 7, 2013 at 6:27pmBoC has broken so many laws, have become so corrupt that they think they can get away with anything. Therefore they continue to act as though they are responsible to no one. If Spirit Arms can prove what is alleged, they should sue until the cows come home, especially in California

Posted on January 8, 2013 at 3:39pmBoA has been a PITA for 40 years or more.
Way back in the early 70′s, I was stationed at NTC San Diego. The only bank on base was BoA, so that’s where I opened my account so I could get direct deposit. When I was transferred to NTC Great Lakes, I got a letter from BoA saying they’d frozen my accounts because thy didn’t have my current address.
But, they’d sent it to my then current address!
I later found out there did this to about half the people who had accounts o got transferred off the base. I’ve often wondered how much money they saved on Interest Payments while those accounts were ‘held’.
