Did You See Alex Jones’ Wild, Conspiracy-Laced YouTube Rant After Last Night’s Piers Morgan Debacle?

Alex Jones’ appearance on CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight” has gone viral. Video of the fiery interaction continues to spread on social media, while also spawning discussion on TheBlaze.com. But Jones wasn’t done making his voice heard following his CNN interview. In fact, just one hour after last night’s on-air debacle unfolded, the radio host put out a conspiracy-laden YouTube clip, documenting his experience at CNN and expressing fears that the mafia or the New York Police Department (NYPD) would harm him.

Throughout the video, Jones made it sound as though authorities were very literally stalking him. When he arrived in New York City, he alleged that a “big, mean Bloomberg detective” approached him and pretended to be a “big fan.” Jones didn’t believe for a second, though, that the individual was an admirer and he described him, among others, as an undercover or off-duty cop who had “pure violence in the eyes.”

“We’ve got undercover cops all over us who look like they’re from ‘Good Fellas,’” he continued, later saying that he believed publishing the conspiratorial YouTube clip would protect him from any negative retribution from Mayor Michael Bloomberg or the police.

“If you don’t know that Bloomberg is total mafia, you’re on another planet. They’re thugs. I know what they are,” he added.

Jones told his loyal fans that if anything happens to him or his associate while he’s in New York — even if they’re “killed by crackheads” — that it was the NYPD or the mafia that should be held responsible.

Watch the bizarre video, below:

As previously reported, on Monday night, Jones went ballistic in his dialogue with CNN host Piers Morgan. And there was no shortage of conspiracy peppered throughout the exchange. At one point, the radio host claimed that the U.S. government is giving citizens “suicide mass murder pills” — and, at other points, he simply hammered down his views on the Second Amendment.

“Britain took the guns…Hitler took the guns, Stalin took the guns, Mao took the guns, Fidel Castro took the guns, Hugo Chavez took the guns,” he said, losing his cool with Morgan. “And I’m here to tell you. 1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms…We will not relinquish them. Do you understand?”

I have mixed feelings about Alex Jones. As Beck stated, he is right on some things, but on the things he is wrong, he is WAY off. I know this post will likely set off the link dropping trolls out to convince us that the WTC, 9/11 attacks were government ruses to facilitate FEMA camp ramp ups, and the only reason more of us dont realize it is because jet airliners are dusting the nation with brainwashing aerosol based drugs. If Alex was correct about all the things he purports to believe, he would’ve been dead 3 years ago. The Bilderbergers/CIA military industrial complex would’ve made him have a convenient accident long before now. Now here’s the thing…it’s proper to be vigilant, to be on guard against encroaching govt, but Alex is behaving like he’s in East Berlin on the run from the Stasi. News flash: If it were true, he wouldnt have a national radio show and be a guest on television. Could this country eventually end up looking like 1950′s East Berlin? Yeah, if things keep progressing. But as bad as things are now, they aint nowhere like that now. I think Alex is using this whole trip as a way to enhance his profile. The TSA incident, the ranting on Piers’s show, the video response. And if so, then The Blaze is playing its role in his script perfectly.

The average American doesn’t know much if anything about either Piers Morgan or Alex Jones and this is why I think Piers Morgan came out on top last night. Alex Jones went off on an angry rant which made him look like the bad guy. Piers Morgan acted like a voice of reason telling Jones to calm down. The uninformed viewer is probably going to side with the guy who comes across as the most reasonable and this is why Alex Jones lost.

The realy story should be about how the wildly popular Alex Jones fears for his life in NYC..

Not that he’s crazy. But interesting that Glenn Beck and crew helps with that narrative.

No I don’t necessarily agree with all that Alex says but I do believe he was fearing for his life… and of course knowing Bloomberg and who he is and what a diabolical pos these people are I can’t blame him..

Bottom line people we are under an occupation and it’s about time to fight.

Interesting image of Jones used. Am I a “conspiracy theorist,” if I suggest propaganda? One of the more AWKWARD, transparent manipulated stories by FAKE-conservative/libertarian Beck/Blaze. Reminds me of months ago, and all of the Ron Paul poorly-lit images and headlines INTENTIONALLY MADE to FALSELY characterize him as a crank or ghoulish or crazy. Well… that is… when the Blaze WASN’T blacking him out, like the rest of the REPUBLICAN media.

Smith, speaking of ‘alinsky-style’ smearing. This goes back a while, both attack each on their respective shows. Jones accuses Glenn Beck of a CIA plant spreading disinformation. Glenn beck accuses Jones of being a leftist hack acting like he’s the typical white-conservative gun loving male… Both accuse the other of essentially being ‘entertainers’ trying to increase their popularity and profits!

They are pretty much two peas out of the same pod… Perhaps both share a certain level of hypocricy…

If you ever listen to Michael Savage he’s the same way, and attacks all his competition in a “alinsky-style’ way…

To be fair smear campaigns predate Alinksy since like forever…

Have you ever listened to the attacks on character between Jefferson and Adams elections?

      Rational Man: Joshua Boston
      Irrational Man: Alex Jones

Boston’s letter and interviews were very calm, composed, rational, without any threats of war. He said “whatever happens will happen” if he were ordered to register his firearms. Alex Jones showed that he is irrational, unhinged, threatened violence, and, frankly, is a narcissist.

I have always thought one has to be very careful about Alex Jones. He presents some good info, but there is a lot of extreme material mixed in. His loyal followers ignore the extremes and don’t hold him accountable. Here is one example, from Alex’s site, in 2009 (http://www.infowars.com/glenn-becks-a-libertarian-now/):
“Glenn Beck is not a libertarian. He is an operative working for the Pentagon and probably takes his orders from the Army’s Psychological Operations Command. His assignment is to destroy the libertarian, constitutional, and patriot movements…Libertarians need to stand up and denounce Beck as a government agent and actor working for the neocons at Fox News. He needs to be outed before he destroys the only viable political movement opposed to the government.”
AJ supporters: Do you believe Beck is taking orders from PsyOps? This is the kind of thing that AJ gets away with when people don’t question him.
A more recent example, AJ’s article, which he quickly took down, denouncing Beck as a puppet of the NWO over GB’s Agenda 21 ads for his new book.

The Jews made their mistake back in the 30s and 40s.. They got caught and they were busted.. They are doing all possible this time around to make sure when this economy collapses they don’t get the finger pointed at them… and they do deserve the blame since they are the ones behind the federal reserve and the fiat money system.

Well, TheseTruths. As an AJ supporter, I KNOW:

      1. Glenn Beck is a fraud. He is NOT, IN ANY WAY “conservative” or “libertarian” or “constitutional.”
      2. Glenn Beck SUPPORTS PROGRESSIVES like Santorum and Romney, WHILE REJECTING, BLACKING OUT AND SMEARING CONSERVATIVE Ron Paul.
      3. Glenn Beck has aided the CO-OPTING of the Tea Party for the republican party. He is NOT, IN ANY WAY, IN ANY WAY, tea party. He is REPUBLICAN!
      4. Glenn Beck has BLACKED OUT ANY information, interviews… ANYTHING about third parties – to PROTECT his PROGRESSIVE REPUBLICAN PARTY, while claiming to NOT be a republican.
      5. Glenn Beck SINGLE HANDEDLY BURIED the CONSTITUTIONALIST Debra Medina campaign for PROGRESSIVE Rick Perry, by hit-job interviewing her and pulling THE SAME ALINSKY 911-truther tactic AS PIERS DID WITH JONES YESTERDAY! THE SAME TACTIC!
      6. Glenn Beck will concoct UNPRODUCTIVE “busy work” for his naive supporters, to STOP THEM FROM applying those valuable energies to PRODUCTIVE things like nullification, third parties, Ron Paul’s Liberty Movement. One of the last LAUGHABLE examples was his Feed the Hungry Volunteerism (whatever the hell he called it)… THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT OBAMA DID… AND THAT BECK, HIMSELF, RIDICULED when Obama did it a few years prior!!!!!

I could literally go on and on and on. Whatever descriptions Jones has for Beck… could be better summed up as simply… FRAUD.

Jones reminds me of “archie Bunker” in many ways, even in looks. He is right on some things, such as o’commie’s wish to erase the 1st and 2nd amendments to start the ball rolling and usher in complete dictatorial fascism. We are headed for a civil war, indeed. But I doubt bloomingidiotberg gives a rats ass about anything Jones says. People like Jones forget easily that the BEST way to give your enemy credence is to martyr them. Remember that.

TRUTHBELIEVER2 you are 100% correct. I’ve listened to Beck since 9/11 happened and watched since CNN. Beck is not the man he used to be. I cannot believe it either, I never thought Glenn would go this way and I can’t really explain what happened. I know part of it is that his success has brought a lot of pride and self importance. I actually do not even listen anymore, and I have turned all of my friends and family on to Glenn over the years. Its sad actually. I think as the ole timers say, he’s gotten to big for his britches.

As for Alex Jones rant, those of you that say he’s give gun owners a bad rap and makes us look crazy etc. Listen, the debates are over. They are passing laws RIGHT NOW to disarm us. He wasn’t there to debate but to sound the alarm. And this is what you saw, a man that knows what is coming. Trying to wake people up. There is no debate, they have already decided to disarm us at all cost. If I had his soapbox I would scream just as loud as he did. Wake up people they are coming to take your guns and after that ITS OVER. How can one not understand this. Especially Beck.

Beck I was you biggest supporter but you either changed or the real Beck has surfaced. Money has a way of changing people. The first hour of Glenn Beck’s show today was a complete attack on Alex Jones. Calling him a fat ‘crazy’, not a ‘conservative’, not for the ‘constitution’, etc. Suggesting that he is the is a leftist shill. Glenn Beck suggests that he was created as propaganda to discredit the ‘left’. This smacks of the arguments that by some conspiracy theorists that Alex Jones is a CIA disinformation agent. He thinks its crazy that Alex suggests that Glenn is a CIA operative practicing ‘disinformation tactics’. That Alex Jones is aweful because he ‘self promotes’ himself (GLenn also practicers self promotion himself, hmm).

Glenn Beck claims he ‘debunked’ FEMA camps claim, and that’s one of the claims that makes Alex an awful person…

      Uh maybe not…

    2. Peirs Morgan is a shill for an “elite” Marxist/Fascist/Progressive rich guy club that owns CNN and other MSM.
    3. Morgan’s entire agenda in bringing Mr. Jones on his show, was to upset him, and have him react predictably in order to dismiss all American Patriots as conspiracy theorist nuts.
    4. Bloomberg very probably is in the pocket of the Mafia, if he doesn’t run it, at least in New York. It would be hard to believe that a city with as long a history of organized crime and its involvement in gun control, wouldn’t have a mayor deeply involved in such activity. This is the most comprehensive, best movie I have seen pulling all this together. I have watched it 12X to absorb all that is in it…give it 5 minutes and you won’t be able to walk away

Watch it. Share it. Arrange a showing in church, groups, clubs, with friends or family. Everyone who loves America needs to see this movie,
It is free on line for the moment

Nah Fascism is a mix of state-controlled captialism and marxism.

Communism and Nazism were only ‘opposing’ after Nazis turned on the Communists. Before that they were allies and both invaded eastern Europe together.

China has more or less moved away from communism, and towards more of a ‘fascist’ style government.

Then what’s your take on Joshua Boston? He is very rational. Plus he served our country to preserve your freedom to voice your insidious remarks. Gun owners have to pass a background check to verify that they are law abiding citizens. But your argument is that gun owners are all schizophrenics and your “proof” is taking a fringe outlier like Jones to validate your sweeping claim.

It was an obvious set up for Jones and Jones didn’t disappoint,he made the pro gun people look like gun nuts which of course we aren’t but that’s beside the point,Morgan did what he set out to do. If you don’t think this government doesn’t want to disarm the public you’re fooling yourself,it won’t happen overnight but eventually it will happen and we only need to look at history to prove me right. Here’s an example, today we have ‘hate speech laws’ and every one of them violates the first amendment. We have gun laws and every one of them violates the second amendment. Same for the so called affordable health care law,the SCOTUS says it’s constitutional but millions of us disagree but we’re just the serfs we’re ordered by government to buy a product ie health care and if we don’t we’re fined and or imprisoned, smells like freedom huh?

Soy, Alex made every one of us legal, law abiding gun owners look like crazy whack jobs looking for any reason to overthrow the government. Recognize it for what it was, a set up by Morgan with Jones biting hook, line and sinker. It was also an obvious ploy by Jones to get ratings for his own show as evidenced by his run in with TSA and his video about being followed by mafia hitmen.

Was Jones right? ABSOLUTELY! Did he come across as rational or even sane? ABSOLUTELY NOT! If the goal is to convince people that gun control is wrong and dangerous then acting like a person off their meds does no good. Look back at the various other people acting this way. Howard Dean and Tome Cruise come to mind.

I take exception with a lot of stuff Beck says but if a guy made me wretch…. I wouldn’t come to his website so often.

True I think Glen has a tiny issue with Alex and although I respect your opinion Glen isn’t a ‘fake’ as you say. Sure Glen would have handled the interview that Alex had on CNN with much more class – Alex is what he is, passionate for his causes. Let’s face it, even though Alex is much more in your face about things and issues think how the left has handled things – this is the exact type of ‘crazy’ they understand.

I don’t even like Jones or his show but I know he does speak allot of truth. They shouldn’t try to smear each other. It own hurts them both. Like Jones trying to clam Beck was promoting the U.N’s agenda 21 which completely untrue and was the exact opposite.

Both are a source of good in compared to the mainstream media. They just agree to disagree on certain issues and stand together on the constitution & our founding in which they agree.

I agree with that statement wholeheartedly.. Beck is nothing but a mere whiny wussy rodeo clown.. I’m not even sure he’d marry a woman if he had it to do over again.

That being said Alex Jones is the king of distractions… If you’ve ever listened to him for more than a day then you don’t kow who is after us.. It may be the characters from Bohemian Grove, the Masons, Bilderbergs or Nazis who escaped from Germany..

Alex Jones is passionate, and he is only vocalizing what a lot of people are saying behind closed doors, and that is why we will not be silent, we are not going to let passionate voices among us get picked on by bullies for standing up for our civil rights?

You want our civil rights, you amend the US Constitution? Why is it the people that don’t like civil rights act first paranoid for abandonding the principals that unite us, then convince themselves they need to act like bullies to make themselves feel better (unions?)?

You can’t conduct business when you have a fear of crime, it is impossible, the GDP numbers and income tax records of citizens around the world are all at the CIA world fact book for geographical areas that are unstable with crime, just take a look?

Yes, you could get unethical people elected to government, the good guys with badges eventually get them, or you convince them not to be ethical, and they become motivated to be good guys? Where is CBS, NBC, Twitter or Facebook (the new two pillars of media?) with the conspiracy theories about normal citizens conspiring to take the country by violence?

Those stories don’t exist, but the other ones involving those in positions of authority will always exist, either fabricated by your enemies, or by in fact electing bad people, it is up to the public to ensure what ever direction things go, the 2nd amendment gives everyone the power to be a good guy?

I am familiar w/ Jones from his short wave radio origins when he had an audience of a hundred people. He has amassed quite a following, and has gained a decent income. He masters in theories that are not entirely provable nor deniable; this is what makes him unique.

He has always been combative which scares alot of folks as they tune out the information while focusing on emotion. His taping after the Morgan ‘interview’ was probably a good idea, but it added to his perceived paranoia.

He treads where no one else will go, and reports what others are only thinking, he truly is one who walks to his own drum. Those who agree with him will find no fault with with him, and they who disagree cannot find any redeeming qualities.

By the way, the incident at the airport yesterday, where everyone went nuts because of his ‘shoes,’ probably did not consider the events that led UP to that point: vintage ALex, noisy to the bellhop, seeing ‘suspicious’ characters everywhere, creating a scene, being loud, there is probably good reason he was singled out, just a humble opinion.

I have always liked Jones-but he occaisoinally makes mud where there is no water. He did do a fine job on Piers Morgan tho- and as far as his American values and loyalties: second to none.

I am all for the second amendment, going on national television and spouting off about suicide pills and government conspiracies however, does nothing to help maintain it.

      @Tsunami.
You are correct, jones is as much of a nut job as most on the left,he wacks out at the drop of a hat,a pure psyco. If one wants to be heard, and believed, going on a pissy crissy mathews rant, is not the way to do it.And further more, i have yet to see jones back any of his claims up with facts, unlike the man he hates, Glenn Beck.

i am part of “all of america” and alex jones doesn’t speak for anybody but alex jones and i speak for myself. we need many voices coming from many directions in different shapes and forms. some passive, like glenn. some extreme like a.j. some contemptuous like mark levin. some intellectual like mark steyn. we need to speak as individuals, not leaving it up to the nra or any other group to fight our battles. if nra wants to fight their battle, great. they often don’t fight the fight and have caved in the past. if you can do better, get out there and do something and stop belittling someone out there screaming from the rooftop. any rational, thinking person could only say the person on the rooftop is the person on the rooftop, and not those on the sidewalk.

My posts kept being censored on the other related story but there were interesting
parts AFTER the Alex Jones segment too.

The drunken Kennedy cousins Lawford and the ex congressman were talking to Piers about
the second amendment when Lawford stated that Thomas Jefferson wrote the Bill Of Rights
and recommended it be re-studied every 20 years for usefulness.

It was laughable commentary from the 12 step alcoholic crew.

I don’t understand the purpose of this article.

I guess I must be hearing things when I have heard Beck himself say he has had things happen to him that he won’t go into detail about on the air. Also, I imagine the huge security detail Beck surrounds himself with is conspiracy induced paranoia also.

Rob Dew must be crazy too.

Alex Jones may be bombastic but the constant ridicule only divides.

The damniest thing about conspiracies is every now and then they’re real. How long after the oklahoma bombing did the ATF agency admit to burn 52 member of the branch davidians alive.
How long after Ruby Ridge did ATF admit they didn’t identify themselves as agents.
How long after Fast and Furious did ATF admit thousands of guns walked including the one that Kiled Brian Terry

Look at the democratic party it’s members, its supporters no way does words of mouth spread propaganda that fast. it co-ordinate through channels to spread it all at once.
      Just look at Bengazi
Jones may be a far right zealot but a broken clock is right at least twice a day.

Probably is a ‘competition’ thing… Try to make your competition look ‘crazier’ than you, or part of the problem, and make your followers feel like they can trust you more. I’ve seen this kind of attitude between most talk show hosts, liberal and conservative. But it seems to occur more often under conservatives. Beck, Savage, Limbaugh, Jones, etc.

Another traditional tactic, seems to be “I predicted this event on my show before it happened” after some major catastrophe, but every other talkshow host of similar opinion makes the same kind of claim! While accusing others of ‘stealing’ their ‘exclusives’ or ideas.

The thing is, the events are not so much of a a prediction, but direction things have generally go under similar historical conditions.

Rather than work together, they are constantly trying to discredit or cut down their competition. Alot of ego goes around I think. Probably a certain amount of fear that if they support a fellow pundit, they’ll lose listeners to that pundit. If they lose enough, their livelyhood.

On the one hand, Liberal pundits seem to ‘walk in step’ far more than Conservatives… They all seem to ‘repeat’ the same kind of phrases, and oddly or not so oddly, the same kind of key phrases that the Government makes on matters…. As if they are being told what to say, In other words they do seem to be controlled ‘centrally’…

leftism is by it’s very nature a herd mentality devoid of individualism. Tis why they all hang together.

naughtycal: Americans have been so thoroughly brainwashed for such a long period of time they can’t see the forest for all the trees. We are a completely ignorant people prepared for a slaughter.

Every man in this country should fall on their knees and cry before God for what they have allowed to come upon us.. We are truly a pathetic people. If anyone throughout history ever deserved their fate it would be us.

Say what you will about Jones. But at least you know you can count on him when the chips are down. No doubting where he stands with regard to freedom and the Constitution.

Hah, and some of the more fringe conspiracy theorists think he is a CIA operative or asset spreading disinformation and propaganda! Conspiracy theorists generally trust no one, but themselves.

I don’t believe every thing he does for sure. But on the 2nd Amendment and the way he stood up and got right in their face i agree whole heartily. At least some one is willing to stand up for the 2nd. Maybe it’s time to get a little upset.

We all need to get up and be upset, as one group… Not a bunch of individual voices lost in the void. We need to work together, not undercut ‘competition’.

If you stand up and look like a nut job even though you tell the truth…. did you really do any good?

If you stand up and get angery but are able to control it, focus and use it, with out showing your arse on TV while doing so, then go on to make valid points that the idiot host can’t argue with…then you have won.
