Terrorists Prisoners in Israel Appeal to High Court For Being Denied Free College Education

When members of the anti-Israel community speak of the “human rights abuses” allegedly being carried out by “Zionist oppressors,” they apparently mean the lack of publicly funded university education afforded to convicted terrorists. For instance, last month a lawsuit was brought to bear by three convicted terrorists who claimed they were being discriminated against by the Israeli High Court’s ruling that violent criminals, including jihadists, are not eligible for subsidized university education. The three inmates asked the High Court to reconsider its ruling Wednesday after prison authorities refused to enroll them in an Open University program and pay their tuition in full.

In Israel, a variety of convicts, depending on the severity of the crimes they committed, are able to enroll in Open University’s distance-learning programs and degree schemes at no cost. The privilege does not extend, however, to those convicted of violent crime or acts of terrorism.

“The Court has ruled in the past and continues to rule that the differences in treatment of criminal and terrorist prisoners is not due to discrimination,” stated three judges presiding over the case.

“We believe the same applies to education.”

The court also has issues to contend with in terms of what to do about a number of convicted terrorists who were already engaged in academic studies prior to the court’s ruling.

The terrorists seeking appeal claim that they should not be treated differently fron non-violent criminals (therein lies the lynchpin of their discrimination claim) and that the new ruling will only worsen the conditions of high-security prisoners.

“Leaving the ruling intact could significantly erode the basic principle of the laws relating to the issue of prisoners, which states that human rights do not end at the gates of the prison,” the terrorists’ lawyers wrote in the appeal. “Previous decisions of the High Court determined that the violation of the rights of a prisoner is permissible only if it is necessary for maintaining public order and security in prison.”

According to Arutz Sheva, in 2010 270 inmates were enrolled in the Open University, 60 of which were classified as high-security prisoners.

Israel’s regard for social justice, even for its hardened, convicted criminals, is a testament to the humanity and dignity that is hallmark of the Jewish State. The issue, of course, is that despite their humane treatment of even those bent on their destruction, much of the world will not give Israelis any credit for such compassion. Rather, much of the world-stage will still treat Israel with disdain and moral equivalence, particularly when it comes to the alleged “plight” of the Palestinians.

The Israelis’ cousins (i.e., US jews) are always pushing leftwing-screwballism on us here, so hey, turnabout is certainly fair play. All these apologists for the counterfeit ‘state’ of Israel are just eventually going to have to accept the fact that (1.) there will be no peace in the Middle East until the indigenous Palestinians get their stolen land back, and (2.) as long as Israel exists, this lackey government is going to be fighting its endless wars for them. So, if you want your sons, grandsons and great-grandsons dying for absolutely nothing, keep re-electing these Demublican Zionist lackeys.

THIS is what we’ve come to in this world, actually CARING about the welfare of self described terrorists while rotting in prisons around the world from Club Gitmo to THIS Place….. they should ALL be executed on the battlefield and if they’re not sure if they’re terrorists on the field, push em out there and shoot em anyways. ANY Muslim man between the ages of 10 and 60 shot on sight. Period. It’s war, not Romper room. The hand wringing over all this and the lame deadly rules of engagement our soldiers are make sitting ducks under have prolonged this “War on terror” 9 years.

If you are a foreigner who murders jewish innocents you have been entitled to a free education paid for in part by the families of the people that you murdered.

And now that it has been rightly terminated, they have the unmitigated gall to sue the nation, the innocent citizens of which they previously attacked, for human rights abuse.

That simply beggars belief.

There really is something seriously wrong with the upbringing of these savages. Or perhaps their repeated inbreeding is making them simple.

Perhaps the entire world needs to quit “giving” prisoners ANYTHING for free. I have to pay for my education, my cable, my gym membership. All of humanity, needs to pay their way and stop expecting others to do it for them. (of course the exception is disabled people who physically can not even care for themselves, let alone work)

In America, if you can’t keep up with the course work they deny you free tuition.

I can’t believe the business community is so small the only way to live is to have a college degree, because what is the alternative? Billy Bob and Sally Sue get to explain to Judge Judy that they both “have learning disabilities” that keep them from having a job, so they both get social security disability worth between $1500 to $3000 a month? They are mentally competent enough to have a car?

If you are Chinese, and come to America, you are definitely going to be too mentally incompetent to hold a job and should apply for social security? Where does it end?

On the job training? The system is rigged to employ teachers, and generate taxes, not create jobs? Only a business community that tolerates the belief that only people with college degrees should be hired, allows that to happen?

Why not give tax breaks to people that home school, and then your son won’t join a gang that puts him in prison because he is hanging around of bunch of youths all ribbing each other, I dare you do “x, y, z”? The flip side of the coin is this, should you give 80% salary retirements to teachers with drop out rates?

Thank you for your service teacher, over 20 years, 15% of your students dropped out, you are only going to get 65% retirement? You should invest for your retirement?

However, what The Jerk does not realise is that there are Karaite Jews, who are the true Israelites, who follow what we would call the old testament, and that as Isiah said, the branch of Judah and the branch of Jacob will one day be reunited, and those who remain will follow the commandments as they were given without the adulteration of the talmud/quoran/Jesus the communist. We don’t pay nearly enough Taxes now and we are all too wealthy. And please give them some of our Social Security “ENTITLEMENT” money while your at it. But hurry. Time is short. Why does Israel have terrorist prisoners? It sounds illogical to me why don’t they just execute all of them? That’s the same mistake Mubarak made in Egypt,he allowed the MB to exist and if he would’ve exterminated all of them he’d still be in charge of Egypt. The eradication process should’ve been completed before the Marxist/gay/Islamist came to power in Amerika. When that happened that sealed Mubarak’s fate.
