Young Rapper Allegedly Shoots Himself to Death After Chillingly Tweeting His Last Moments: ‘God…Please Forgive Me’

A tragic story about a young, Seattle-based hip-hop artist named Freddy E has gained a great deal of attention over the past few days. On Saturday, after sending a series of cryptic and chilling Twitter messages, the well-known performer died of an alleged suicide from a gunshot wound to the head.

Freddy E, whose real name is Frederick Eugene Buhl, was only 22-years-old and, according to The Seattle Times, he was best known for his Internet show called “Jerk TV.” The series featured comical videos that often had a moral message — despite sometimes containing profane material.

Below, find the final clip that was posted to the young performer’s YouTube account just one day before his death:

In an emotional post published to Facebook on Sunday, Buhl’s father, Frederick Douglass Buhl, posted about his son’s untimely death. In the message, he confirmed the tragic event and described the pain Freddy E’s loved ones are currently experiencing.

“Our family is saddened beyond words; our loss is great; this tragedy is enormous and unforeseen,” the distraught father wrote. ”Not only our family, but the world has lost a talented, sensitive, brilliant young man who lit up our existence with his.”

On Saturday, Jan. 5, Freddy E sent a plethora of Tweets from his personal account. While the latter messages before his death scream of dispair, notes sent earlier in the day seem to show him content and enjoying life. In fact, the artist spent a portion of the day describing partying for his birthday the night before and enjoying himself with friends and fans, alike.

In the mix, though, there are some fascinating tweets worth noting. In the morning, he wrote, “At times I feel too different for this planet.” Another message not long after read, “I’m the type to speak on how I feel. Whether I live to 115 or die at 22 I will never switch up for anyone.” And just a half hour later he tweeted, “The devil is hard at work, but my faith will never falter.”

Then, in between, there was a series of messages that seemed positive — at least until mid-afternoon when Freddy E wrote, “Annnd, my day is ruined.” From there, dispair was evident. Each message, building upon the tragedy and the anxiety of the one before it, shows a young man in deep trouble, as the hip hop performer inevitably shared his final thoughts before taking his own life.

Here are the horrific and chilling messages (the tweet at the top of the image is his final Tweet) that were sent, as Freddy E documented the last moments before his purported suicide:

Some have blamed a failed relationship as the motivation for his alleged suicide. However, Toronto-based rapper Honey Cocaine – the woman angry Twitter users have turned against — has spoken out against the notion that she was at the center of the young man’s personal agony. E! has a recap of the rapper’s response to her friend’s death:

“To say I caused what happened is ignorance.. You know nothing about our friendship or the story, hate me if you feel.. We loved eachother..We were homies. We had a bond and a connection. For people to attack me acting like I made him do it is a shame. Say it’s my fault, threaten me, whatever.. I knew him well enough to know he had other things happening.. I was there for him all the time.”

“If he was here, he’d wish for people to just respect him and who he was and what he did for all of us. He was a f–king King. I said some foolish things cause I thought he was joking, he does s–t like that to me all the time. This is crazy…”

Cocaine also described receiving a text message before his death that read, “I feel like everyone is out to get me. Is it true?” For now, the true motivations behind his death are yet to be determined — and they may never be.

Christ alone for salvation. If he were a Christian he cannot possibly sin to the point of losing salvation. That is an ironclad guarantee from God through His Son. Suicide does not send you to hell. Only the rejection of CHRIST sends you to hell

I would take it that Chancellor is a Catholic. What gives me that idea you ask. In the Catholic faith in order to be forgiven you must confess and repent from all sins. Therefor with suicide being a sin and you not being able to confess and repent after committing it, one is not forgiven. I am not a Catholic and don’t follow this belief as I am with you that he could still be saved. But I am just stating what one faith believes.

I had never heard of him before, but it seems that this young man had some talent – not that I’m a connoisseur of rap.

It seems that this young fellow had some demons or that he was going through a bad patch in his life. That doesn’t mean that he deserves some of the comments here. Many of us, myself included, have gone through our times of dispair, and fortunately come out the other side in one piece.

That he did not is very sad…

The problem that in there times kids are raised that they are great at everything and then when they get to the real world they find out it is not that way and can’t handle it anymore. Yes, we all go through hard times and parents need to teach their kids to use them as educating trials in life, not try to hide by trying to make them feel like they can do everything.

I don’t know if you can call it cowardly. Can you blow your brains out? I couldn’t, so I think that would make me, or anyone else who couldn’t, the coward. Not that I want to. Moreover, if he did kill himself over some bimbo, that would be real tragic. Don’t ever get so down that you harm yourself over some bimbo. She will forget about you within a few hours of you being buried. There are plenty of bimbos out there in the world. You lose one, you find another. No biggie. It’s too late for this guy though. Sounds like he wanted to kill himself, but was in denial and sharing his personal inner fight with himself via Twitter. Then he gave in and decided the charade was over. Again, too bad to kill yourself over some bimbo. He didn’t see the long term. In 25 years he would have long forgotten about here. He would have been like “Cocaine who?” BTW, what kind of name is Honey Cocaine? Do you think they were into drugs? Nah. Anyway, he was too focused on the here and now and died over some bimbo.

@savagenatn Nope, just stupid. Eye of the beholder(or ear). That is why conservatism is losing the culture.

You grandparents probably said the same thing about rock ‘n’ roll. Rap is a art form just like any other like poetry or rock, r&b, country etc. Any type of art can be in a positive or negative messaging. Just sadly rap is used mostly exclusively negative own our society.

We need to infect and conquer culture and art. We can not and will not ever take back our culture if we refuse to except what is popular art and culture and use it for our purpose instead or crusading against it.

It is the exact same as rejecting liberal movies aka 90% of all movie are not a form of art. It is all a about content, subject matter and dialog. You look on culture is part of the problem.

I alway think when a moron says something like rap is not music and it takes no talent or skill then don’t they themselves go make multi million dollar album since it is so easy.

And while I’m at it if art is based on culture and reflects it also effects shapes culture. Your saying that rap and its lyrics takes no effect on (our)culture positively or negatively? Since it is non-art right?

How do you know who God forgives and does not forgive? This is a troubled man who was reaching out and hoping someone would help him. Only God knows the condition of our soul at death. What did Christ say, “prostitutes and sinners will enter the kingdom of heaven before the righteous.”

You misunderstand the use of liberal in the Bible. Christ may grant you blessings or grace liberally (i.e., abundantly), but Christ is not a Liberal.

He does not condone abortion. He does not condone immoral acts of any kind (including perversions). He does not condone reliance on the state for one’s well being. He doesn’t condone degeneracy in all of its forms.

He is as Conservative in values as you will find. He demands self-reliance. He demands personal responsibility. He demands (that all that are able — not disabled) provide for themselves and their families. He teaches that one should reap what they sow and not what someone else has sown.

I don’t think that was cruel at all. Suicide is almost always selfish. It’s taking an extreme action that harms yourself and leaves those around you devastated.

Really, the only “unselfish” suicide is martyrdom; if killing yourself somehow saves others.

The identification of self with thought is the root of the problem. Once one learns that thought is just mechanical images of the mind and not oneself then the images of despair and suffering can dissolve. It sounds like a soft fizz as you open a soda as the images dissolve. It is not YOU who are suffering, it’s just images of your self suffering being played like a movie in the brain. It’s a different perspective. For instance, it’s not YOU reading this. It’s thought images automatically being generated by the brain as the words are perceived. If you can read this as if the sound in your head is just sound, not YOU, then YOU have a taste of freedom.

Maybe if he really loved his parents he would have sot out their help rather than an impersonal tweet. Suicide is the most selfish act one can do. I’ll bet you are the same person who thinks just feed them another pill. While at the same time disregarding the facts of their side effects. BTW, I do know people close to me and friends that have commit suicide and yes it is sad to see anyone die. But in the case of suicide it is sadder to see the hurt on family and friends whom are left with no answers. Also worse when they take those around them or innocent victims.
