Shocking Time-Lapse Video Shows Transsexual’s 3-Year Transformation From Man to Woman

An Australian man who embarked on a three-year process to change his sex is captivating intrigue and attention after a time-lapse video showcasing his transformation from start to finish has gone viral. Posted on YouTube, the clip, which is just under two minutes in length, includes hundreds of images that collectively illustrate the results of surgery and other mechanisms used to complete the complex process.

“This video is of me going through a 3-year transition,” reads a description of the recording. “I started roughly around when I was 20-21 years of age.”

Originally posted in Oct. 2012, the video has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times and, according to the description, it contains around 1,000 photographs. At the beginning, the individual shown within it (the same person who purportedly uploaded it) is depicted at the start of the process on Dec. 8, 2009.

The Daily Mail describes the clip in detail:

The blur of images that follow track the subtle changes that play out on the man’s face in the months that followed, ending with a striking show of an attractive woman with high cheekbones and bangs from 2012.

A year into the process, the man’s eyebrows were sculpted into two feminine, thin arches, and the shape of his face became more narrow and rounded.

Other drastic changes reflected into the video include the Aussie’s eyes turning more catlike and his full lips taking a girlish shape.

The swarm of photos also show how the face gradually narrows down, with the chin becoming rounded, accompanied by different coiffures and makeup styles.

      He/She/It will probably be more miserable as a “woman.” Trans-sexuals take large doses of hormones that leads to health problems. The use of estrogen has serious side effects that require careful monitoring. These side effects are stroke, pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction and breast cancer. Liver function abnormalities may require the discontinuation of estrogen.

      Even with successful trans-sexual surgery, the patient still may have self-destructive behavior, self-image problems, unstable personal relationships, impulsive and turbulent emotions, etc. A willingness to have this surgery publicized appears to be a desperate plea for attention.

      @Conservativedan & Gin_ichimaru, I see it too, but it starts around 7 months. It looks like a black cloaked figure standing by the armoire. (The Grim Reaper?) At first I thought it was just a coat hanging on a hook, but in other scenes with the armoire there is no hook, and the figure looks like it ducks down like it’s trying to hide.       Demonic? How so? The guy had a psychological issue and felt the need to be a woman…. perhaps he was one of those rare people born with an extra X chromosome or so? Who’s to make a claim that someone is demonic (or their actions are) because they are not “the norm”? Is not conception of God? If so, and he had a chromosomal anomaly, whom do you blame that on?

      We tend to want to point fingers and judge people based upon what we believe is normal, but this person apparently thought he should be the opposite sex than what he was born as. Imagine the hell a person like that goes though, not only the desire to be in a different body, but the ridicule and psychological pain that is given them by others. One cannot imagine how terrible that must be — to be rejected by most of society because you are different.

    It is impossible to change one’s “sex” (gender) – you can chemically treat the body, and surgically hack it to bits, but, the “sex” (gender) remains biologically unchanged.       The State of South Carolina, yes that’s right SOUTH Carolina, has been ordered by the courts to pay for a prisoner’s sex change operation.

      Personally, I find it very sad that this poor young man can’t rejoice in what God made him to be. I’ve been a girl all my life and while I really like being a girl, I wouldn’t cut off any part of my body to become one. Sad that he couldn’t get help to understand how wonderful and unique he was, as is. I would love to know the cost and who paid for it.

      Why?

      I don’t know that this specific person was, but what if you are born with 3X chromosomes and 1Y? How about 2Xs and 2Ys? 3Xs and 2Ys? What if you’re born with both sexual organs? You do realize these things do happen, right? Is it not possible that people born a bit different may have genetic traits of both sexes or even the opposite sex? While the thought of this occurring to a born human being may not be comfortable, the bottom line is it does happen. I think society as a whole needs to be a bit more forgiving for people who are a bit different. Ridicule and name-calling creates tremendous pain in people who are different — some enough to create a Columbine High School scenario.

      That’s what I was thinking. The Blaze needs to decide what kind of news site it wants to be.

      Plus, posting time-lapse sex changes doesn’t really fit with Beck’s whole “We, as a nation, need to turn back to God” schtick.
