Steve Forbes Discusses Tax Reform on ‘Real News’

National Taxpayer Advocate Nina E. Olson released her 2012 Annual Report to Congress Wednesday, identifying the need for tax reform as priority number one for this administration. While tax reform was a popular buzzword throughout the primaries and general election campaign, the Fiscal Cliff deal last week did little to address the system. Former presidential candidate and famed flat tax advocate Steve Forbes joined ‘Real News’ Thursday to discuss the ideal scenario of what real tax reform would look like.

In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Find out more HERE.

I am very tired of hearing about the best way to fix taxes.
    1st nomore federal taxes.
2nd each stae should tax what they feel.
3rd any state that wants programs like goverment schooling or plan KIll a baby hood should foot out the funds.
4th. No state shall borrow or negotiate any transaction from 1 state to another.
5th. No goverment officials are allowed to take any money out of social security .
6th Social security should be taken by the state and payed by the state.
7th Each state shouold negotiate with the president on how much each state should pay for the service of the military.
    8. The president must show where and how the money is being spent. The president should stand 100% responsiable for any corruption of the miltary.
9 No money shall be spent unless it is televised or emailed or any type of communication be open to the public. No funds shall be spent unless 60% of the state voters agree . The votes will be counted by individuals who has no bias or work for the goverment. They should be picked at random the same as jury duty.
10th and final. If any goverment or state offical caught fundeling any tax currency should be imprissioned 20 years no except.
With these simple things we should within 5 years start heading up hill and our grand children shall prosper. Until all this is fixed we will be headed for a place I hopeI aint aive to see.

The solution to this mess is really very simple. The politicians have unrestrained power because we have allowed them access to the family checkbook full of blank checks and limitless resources. Therefore, the are getting their friends back home to fill out grants and such for bridges to nowhere and the study of ant reproductive systems all of which is just a money laundering scam. All they are doing is packing the pork into every bill they pass and then getting cousin Eddie back home to hold their cut until they get home to claim it (LOOTING THE TREASURY).
SIMPLE SOLUTION – The states can pass a constitutional amendment with 75% of the states approval. We need the states to put the leash on these crooks by creating two constitutional amendments. 1) A Balanced Budget Amendment – Take back the family checkbook. 2) Term Limits – congressmen and senators are not supposed to be in it for a career. They are supposed to serve their country and then go back to work producing something instead of leaching off the system.
Solving these two problems is simply the only way out of this mess. It can’t be done at the federal level just like your teenager isn’t going to hand back the checkbook and ground him/herself without being forced by the ones who are really in charge in the family.
Who’s in charge America?!?! The teenagers or the adults in the family?
