Posted on January 16, 2013 at 4:49pmHey, who ARE you IDIOTS at the Blaze? What makes someone who owns 12 guns a “mega gun owner”?! I am so sick of you morons making idiotic statements like that. It is NOT unusual for gun owners to have numerous weapons. Like any other tool, no one gun does everything.
So it’s common to have:
more than one pistol
More than one hunting rifle
More than one shotgun
Target or sporting rifles
I have a family of four. So I personally may have 1 .22 rifle, a couple hunting rifles (one for long distance shooting of deer in open country, one for brush), a defense shotgun, a hunting shotgun for geese, another for upland game, a sporting rilfe, and an antique. Then I might have a concealed carry pistol and a full frame or perhaps target pistol. that’s 10 weapons for me alone.
Then I may have a pistol and hunting rifle for my wife, a couple of .22 rifles for the kids, a couple of hunting rifles for them, and perhaps youth sized shotguns.
See how you can EASILY get past 12 weapons without being some gun “fanatic”?
