Mayor Bloomberg Admits: Obamas Gun Control Proposals Probably Wouldnt Have Prevented Newtown Shooting

New York City mayor and gun control proponent Michael Bloomberg admitted Thursday that President Barack Obama’s new gun control proposals “probably” would not have stopped the elementary school massacre in Newtown, Conn.

“That’s probably true, a woman had guns, it wasn’t her son,” Bloomberg told CNN’s Anderson Cooper. “I don’t know if she went through a background check but the son certainly didn’t, he took his mother’s guns and killed people.”

Bloomberg added, “That doesn’t mean having fewer guns around isn’t a good idea.”

The Washington Free Beacon has the clip:

In CONTROL, Glenn Beck presents a passionate, fact-based case for guns that reveals why gun control isn’t really about controlling guns at all; it’s about controlling us. Find out more HERE.

It’s pretty funny how all you gun nuts say that Obama and anti-gun activists are exploiting this tragedy when you are doing the exact same thing. You all try to use this tragedy to get rid of all gun laws. People like you claim that if there were more guns and people had access to every kind of weapon, things like this wouldn’t happen.

      @Godfather1,
Do you really believe that the gun owners started this? You are an even bigger idiot than your liberal buddies, Bloomberg and Biden and Fienstien. They have all admitted that they are exploiting the Newtown tragedy to go after so-called Assault Weapons because most anti-gunners have no idea that AR15′s are not fully automatic and can be demonized and maybe banned. Each one of them has also admitted that an Assault Weapons ban is just the beginning to a much broader gun ban to be implemented as soon as they can get the support. So no, the gun owners are NOT using this time to get gun laws reduced just to stop any unnecessary and unconstitutional gun laws that would not have saved any of those Newtown victims anyway. Open your eyes man and quit being such a sheep.

YO! …Bloomberg! Explain this: In Chicago, which currently has the toughest gun laws in our country, there have been 62 murders of school age children so far this year and 446 school age children shot.

YOUR solution is more laws that merely restrict the law abiding citizens of the right to defend themselves. Do YOU really think the criminals or those with violent tendencies will adhere to any of your laws??

IF SO, you are one ignorant liberal, but then – I am being redundant with this observation.

Bloomberg was mislabeled as a gun control proponent – should just be called a “control proponent.” He’s about government control, which is obvious in his efforts to control fat, caloric intake, and yes, guns.

His admission that these gun control measures wouldn’t actually anything is important to take note of. These liberal whackos don’t care about the result of this gun control hysteria on public safety – they just want to get their foot in the door, a la Saul Alinsky, so they can gradually push their agenda of governmental control in every facet of our lives. The gun issue is just a starting point. They will want to eventually ban all guns (chortle) so they can then institute central control in every facet of our lives. A good example of this is the “smart grid” concept, which will control anything that runs on electricity, from our home temperatures to our TV watching habits.

I am so tired of this go no where discussion, what is the media trying to hide? There must be something happening in this corrupt administration for the media to only be zeroed in on a subject that will go nowhere.

Obamas’ EOs are designed to take the owners away from the guns, through universal registry and collection of state records. Eventually with all the infomation at their disposal, and DOJ and DHS determining who will get permission to own. With your health care records, past divorce records, history of mental health (maybe a past mild depression). Maybe you spanked your child once and got drug into court. The list is endless. To take it a step further, you may be a combat vet. or a republican. I sure hope congress puts the kabosh on all this crap.

You’re right. Criminals don’t follow laws. Thus, what’s the point of having any laws at all? The people who are going to break them will do so anyways, so why outlaw murder, stealing, driving drunk, etc? Really, we don’t need laws because the bad guys will just break them and the good guys won’t.

With the experience of watching the Psychiatric Industry treat Juveniles in a prison system, I can tell you that the practitioners, social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists were right out of Hollywood central casting for the β€œ12 Monkeys!” Now the Government knows that. They want to give “THEM” ultimate authority in the evaluation of Sovereign Citizens of the US to deny us a Constitutional Rights. Oh yea and inform the Government if they think one of us is crazy!!! Wow!!! Talk about being set up for the slaughter!

As a point of fact, β€œMANY” of the inmates I saw were pure psychopaths. They were not just the ultimate con artists but could convince these practitioners that they were rehabilitated, totally sane and talk them out of their milk money at the same time!!!

Your are 8.4 times, 840% more likely to be involved in violent acts if you are taking SSRI’s, antidepressants or any psychiatric drug!!! I didn’t make that up; this is ‘their” hidden data by their own people within Big Pharma!!

After the Virginia Tech massacre Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge went on CNN with Dr. Sanjay Gupta to discuss the relationship of antidepressants with violence and warn us of the connection!!! That, oops moment quickly disappeared from the media and was never discussed again!! It can still be seen on u-tube!!!
And what’s the point!! The Psychiatric Industry’s response to providing safety to solve this would be more people on these drugs! Now t

And it certainly wouldn’t have stopped the Sandy Hook shooting if it wasn’t the work of a lone nutcase gunman. Here is the most definitive work to date on the Sandy Hook massacre that blows the β€œlone gunman” scenario out of the water. Eat your heart out Glenn Beck. Eat your heart out lamestream media. Here is what you all should have been doing from day one when this story broke. Please share this video with everyone you can:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tctVkG_1SA

You have been lied to America. Ever hear of the men disguised as nuns in a purple van as possible suspects in the Sandy Hook shooting? Of course you haven’t, because the mainstream media is at best, incompetent, or at worst, complicit. Before you write this off, check out the video above and what is heard on the police scanner about men disguised as nuns in a purple van.

The lone nutjob scenario is one thing, bringing a kind of closure to the story where the authorities can spoon feed a story of a lone madman to the gullible (or complicit?) media and then it is written in stone ever after, used as an example to advance an agenda. However, a multiple shooter scenario is an entirely different animal altogether. Such a scenario speaks not of a lone madman with an assault rifle, but an organized, cold, calculating, unfathomable evil.

Beware America. Evil is on the loose. It has an agenda. And the mainstream media is playing see no evil, hear no evil, report no evil.

This video is VERY INTERESTING mostly because I watched this converage live as it
was taking place and I saw all this.

I dismissed all these Sandy Hook conspiracy stories until I watched this video

      This does raise many questions.
Its a proven fact that MSM has been lying about everything for years now. Remember the George Zimmerman videos that were “doctored” to look like he was not injured and the MSM was caught doing it?
Its a proven FACT that Google is in bed with the Communist regime. Google essentially CONTROLS
EVERYTHING you see and hear —— they can scrub anything nearly immediately.

Wow is all I can think to say.
