Stunning Video: Man Throws Woman on Philly Subway Tracks During Vicious Attack

PHILADELPHIA (TheBlaze/AP) — Transit police in Philadelphia have arrested a man who allegedly threw a woman on the subway tracks at a station in the city’s Chinatown neighborhood.

Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) police say the attack happened around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday when the man approached the woman on the subway platform and asked for a light. Surveillance video shows the suspect then moved closer and began beating her.

Authorities say the man grabbed the woman by her ankles and threw here onto the tracks before walking away with her phone. It was unclear if he knew her.

SEPTA Police Chief Thomas Nestell says the woman was able to climb off the tracks and suffered only bumps and bruises.

Police say they arrested the man around 2:30 p.m. Thursday, identifying him by his jacket. NBCPhiladelphia.com reports the attacker is William Clark, pictured below:

But the capture of Clark isn’t without controversy. While the attack happened on Tuesday, police did not go public with the footage until Thursday. That was a calculated decision according to SEPTA Chief of Police Thomas Nestel. That’s because police didn’t want the man ditching his very distinct jacket.

“He gets rid of that coat and I lose my best chance to get a dangerous man off the streets,” Nestel explained to the news outlet.

This is not a political thing, it is about another Black man who has no respect for human life resortig to what he knows best. threats, violence and intimidation. The black culture is all about violence and intimidation. the music the clothes, the posture, all support the fact that this is a sub culture in our society we can do without.

My last post got flattened. I guess some woman was offended that I said this chick was an idiot. Anybody that sits there plunking around on their stupid phone while a loser cretin as mulling about gets what she deserves for being so stupid. We must keep the gene pool clean. I see young women walking around all the time with earphones on. Completely unaware of what is going on around them. Just asking for somebody to sneak up on them. Too bad the truth hurts ladies. It was probably some pro-phone goon that ratted me out.

@Mil-Dot – Our society purposely suppresses information about Black criminal behavior. A good portion of America, especially young people, are completely brainwashed and taught to be defenseless against incidents like this. Some years ago, I took a self defense class and the instructor brought up crime stats and mentioned that females should be especially on guard against young Black males, since they have the highest violent crime rates. Some women in the class got so offended at his facts that they left the class.

It’s easy to blame the victim, but you have to understand how severe the brainwashing is.The best thing you can do is try to educate others about reality, not condemn them for their ignorance.

MILDOT IS RIGHT. Anyone, male or female willing to sit alone ANYWHERE is implying consent to play the odds that something may or may not happen that he or she may or may not be able to control. Whether it is willingness or stupidity is kinda moot. I wonder if she is in favor of gun control? Whether she is or isn’t, do you think that if she had a gun and knew how to use it the cops would have had a hard time finding him? He’d have been face down in his own blood right there on the platform. Get over your buttons being pushed and take responsibility.

Actually she was & you are asking for it.

It should be a nigh perfect world. A woman should be able to go anywhere in the U.S. unharmed.

But that is should be. In the real world we have people vote for Democrats. In the real world criminals have more rights than victims. In the real world the criminal has more sympathy than the victim merely because he has more relatives. Does he not have more sympathy?

Mil-Dot has taken enough manure buts here’s more to shovel. Did she put herself at risk? Yes. But that doesn’t mean she deserved the robbery and attack. It simply means she stupidly or ignorantly put herself at risk. Rape victims still don’t deserve to raped even though some do stupid things like drinking to the point of passing out or not paying attention to who’s handled their drinks (date rape drugs). Criminals are really good at taking advantage of too easy to pass on opportunity. Hopefully I’ve trained all of my daughters to have better risk management skills. But that doesn’t excuse Mil-Dot for blaming the victim for the bad behavior or criminal acts of perps.

I am with MIL-DOT on this. Spot on man.

Moreover, I will up it a notch at the risk of getting banned (like I care.) I am sick and tired, beyond words of expression, with the black community. They want to be respected and (maybe) do away with racism against them… yet ALL we ever get from them is violence in EVERYTHING. Violence in their music, their “hang out groups,” their clothing (when they wear any,) and their attitudes. Sick of that BS. Man, I have no problem with the color of their skin, it’s the absolute Bull in their culture that I find repugnant and worthy of being removed from humanity.

With that being said, I have met many black men (especially in the military) that are good natured, honorable Americans who believe in God, country and family. So what the hell? Look, I know it’s not about skin color, but the liberals make it all so much about skin color on such a constant basis that everyone just generally dumps even the decent black human beings into the general pool of filth.

The FAR sadder thing to realize as well here is that, having been to other countries in the world, you don’t see the thug-life black people in their cultures. America seems to be the only country in the world with the overwhelming amount of this culture of “thug-life” black people. I mean, correct me if I am wrong here. Please.

The violence occurred because she was hypnotized by that stupid device. These devices are responsible for the dumbing down of our society. They distract people from being concerned about the freedoms we are losing by the day. I have actually seen a video of a young mindless chick walking in front of an SUV and getting run over by her boyfriend, who was texting while driving. This is what these stupid little phones do to people. She let a GD phone steal her natural instincts and it almost cost her her life. Wake up ladies.

You don’t want to shoot somebody unless you absolutely have no other choice. The best way to protect yourself is situational awareness and not letting yourself get into a compromising spot to begin with. Don’t hang out with bad people or go where they are present or inhabit. A handgun is not the answer to everything. You better be damn sure your life is in danger or the so called justice system will come down on you like a ton of bricks. You want to stay as far away from the “legal” system as possible. They have pensions to feed and they want your money to do it with.

I demand that the cities of NY and Philadelphia perform a background check on anyone wanting to ride the subway, before being allowed on the platform. They should be photographed, fingerprinted, physically and mentally examined before being registered and issued a temporary Rider’s Permit. Taxes must be increased to pay for the improved security measures, but hey, if it saves just ONE LIFE, the life of just ONE CHILD, isn’t it worth it?
