Business cards are an often unmentioned but necessary part of a person’s professional life. They’re great for introductions and they’re an invaluable resource when it comes to networking. Also, if you’re a businessman, they act as handheld commercials.

Now we’re not alone in thinking these little cards are important.

Indeed, many rich, famous, and/or powerful people have used (or use) business cards. From Abraham Lincoln to Walt Disney, the benefit of exchanging contact information has been recognized by a variety of notable personalities.

Luckily for us, Emily Temple of Flavorwire and Alex Wain of So Bad So Good have hunted down some of the cooler calling cards out there.

    Kind of like tracking where he was born. He was all over the place. That way you can never pin him down.

    Why was it necessary to put Obama’s card in there since you claim to despise him? The Blaze staff jerks it over Obama more than that idiot Chris Matthews. Shills.

    Obama’s card is hilarious! He put 4 addresses and 8 phone numbers on it! How many cards have you seen that needed to indicate that “My ego is continued on back…”?

    The guy seriously wants people to believe that he’s important. Either that or else someone has a very tiny peepee.

      Also, SENATOR obama chose to put the Great Seal on his card (which is nearly identical to the Presidential Seal) instead of the Senate Seal where the SENATOR worked.

      You nailed it. You have to be blind not to realize the glaring sociopathic narcissist here.
      This nut is in love with himself.

      What this does reveal is that Barry has very deep-seated inferiority and esteem issues.
      Overcompensation is always a dead give-away.

      @BODYBAG

      Thanks. It’s both hilarious and sad at the same time. I read somewhere that ol’ Barry used to tell people in school that he was Indonesian royalty. Hey, maybe that’s how he got into Haa-vaad.

      @ADVECTION

      “…else someone has a very tiny peepee.”

      You can call it something else, maybe more derogatory, perhaps more scientifically, but don’t write things like that – it’s too much. Lol.

    I wonder about Albert Einstein’s card. Back in his days phone numbers started with 2 letters of the alphabet. The number on his card are all numerical.

    ???

      The prefixes came in the 1930′s. Before that, it was all numeric. “BUtterfield 8″ was a novel published in the mid 1930′s, but the letters were simply the first two digits of the seven digit phone number. In the Northeast the numbers got longer as the available shorter numbers ran out, Where I grew up, there were still some four digit numbers in the directory, but most were five. The prefixes did not reach us until the mid 1950′s. Even then, most people ignored them, and did as Einstein did, expressing the number as seven digits.

    I’m going to put the text from the bottom of the Lincoln card at the bottom of mine. That’s awesome!

    Sadly if you call two of the numbers on Obama’s business card you get an answering machine that says, “Hello, this is Tony Rezko, I am currently out of the office, but if you leave your name, number, and bank account info, I will make sure you get a thank you card from my best friend Barry.”

    What is that logo on the front side, bottom, of Obama’s business card? Looks like a union shop logo.

    The only card I want to see is the one that gets hung around barrys neck for a mugshot when he’s arrested for treason.
