Driven by a recent conspiracy theory that posits the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting was fabricated, Glenn Beck dedicated his Wednesday evening broadcast to debunking those myths. He also hosted TheBlaze’s Billy Hallowell, author of an extensive article detailing the bizarre string of questions and theories currently circulating the Internet, to provide additional context and background.
The content of these conspiracy theories has been produced in a format resembling a documentary and has since gone viral, generating at least 11 million views to date. Hallowell characterized the content as follows:
The main crux of the arguments presented in documentary-style videos is that the Sandy Hook massacre is either a government-planned hoax intended to lead the nation to overwhelmingly embrace increased gun control measures. Or, at the least, those who have put the videos out believe that essential information is being withheld from the American public surrounding multiple shooters and other game-changing elements. The motivations of those who have created these theories are difficult to pin down, as most are spouting their views anonymously.
A video documenting purported inconsistencies surrounding the tragedy that killed 20 children and six adults inside the school has gone viral, gaining more than 11 million views in just two weeks. And a follow-up “documentary” has also been released, adding further “evidence” to the claim that the event either didn’t unfold at all or that it happened contrary to the media narrative that has been advanced.
Hallowell noted that in addition to questioning the official reports of number and types of weapons used in the attack, the theorists also targeted parents’ reactions, claiming that memorial pages for the victims were published prior to when the massacre took place. This is merely the tip of the iceberg in what is being dubbed “Sandy Hook Trutherism.”
In the segments below, Beck, Hallowell and Salon’s Alex-Seitz-Wald debunk the salacious accusations and explain today’s bizarre fascination with the surreal:

I stopped my account with GBTV at the end of December. Glenn appears to be nothing but a pawn now. He has dropped Fast and Furious, dropped Benghazi, dropped every thing but his tired rendition of the world is ending as we know it so purchase some supplies from my endless line of advertisers.
Its a shame really, but it appears another good person got into politics and has been corrupted by money and power.

He states the truth has no agenda. That may be true, but it doesn’t describe Glenn’s motives. Why is he trying to squash the conspiracy on Sandy Hook? There are obvious holes in the story pushed by the MSM. No real reporting has been done on it yet.
Glenn’s always said to not to trust anything we read or hear without doing the research ourselves. But now we are to blindly trust this article and video? And they’re referencing SNOPES? Come on Glenn. You’re being too obvious this time.
I’m not a GB hater, but actually more of a former fan. It’s getting more and more difficult to trust any source anymore. The thing I hate the most about this effort from Glenn is that he is now grouping people who question these events with UFO enthusiasts, end of the World followers, and others they refer to as tinfoil hat wearers. It sickens me that if something doesn’t smell right, we are expected to ignore it, accept the “official explanation”, and go back to watching our mindless tv shows.

When you have all these holes and questions as to what events really happened, then people aren’t going to lay down like sheep and let these laws through. The media won’t investigate it and no reporters will follow up on those questions or holes.
We are to just accept that everything happened as they claim and now you need to go turn in all your guns. Sorry, but if there are that many discrepancies in this whole Sandy Hook event, then the people call BS and think this is a false flag event. But if you question anything or demand better proof of what happened before you hand over all your guns, then you’re a “Truther.” Just turn in your guns and don’t ask questions. That’s what the media and government is telling us.
If they want Americans to turn in all their guns because of Sandy Hook, then the evidence needs to be clear cut, beyond any doubt as to what happened, but it’s not. People are seeing through all the lies and deception being used to convince Americans that they need to disarm. But that’s being a “Truther”. This “interview” is all based on the assumption that Sandy Hook is all true. It moves past questioning the events and now trying to understand why “conspiracy theorists” are mentally ill. That’s what this segment is about. Trying to figure out why and how these mentally ill conspiracy theorists operate.
We move past the events in question and question the questioners.
Just like something that Juden Marxist Cass Sunstein would do. Is this really Beck or Sunstein doing the interview?

If you doubt my words, look up the testimony of survivors in the 45′ B-25 bomber strike of the Empire st bld, Old John Feathermerchant.
Read 1st hand accounts of what the occupants experienced upon impact, and after impact, keeping in mind this relatively small aircraft transferred enough energy to sway the building substantially than wind could. Concrete is much more ridged than steel, nor can it take tensile loads (which is why could even create the hole that it did).
Take the words of military officers on the ground as to what they heard, and notice not a single “video” caught any audio that comes close.
The airframe fell outside onto a lower rooftop, never penetrating the exterior wall enough to “stick” into the building.

Ghandi only did peaceful protest because his people were disarmed and thus unable to have a violent revolution, and MLK wasn’t protesting the ban of arms, but rather other civil issues. More and more, I am having less doubt about where Glenn stands, and it seems to not be with the patriots.

George Washington didn’t believe in a peaceful protest when the British came for their guns, rather they answered the British with war rather than to be disarmed, for once you are disarmed, there is no recourse.

The fraud I most definitely see (so far) is that I do not and never will believe that all the cops, including the swat guys who entered could have mistaken the large number of .223 rifle casings strewn about the floors for hand gun casings. At some point the authorities decided to change the story a bit to make it the rifle in order to push their disarmament agenda. Our despotic government does not feel as threatened by handguns as it does rifles. Unanswered questions aren’t evidence. Many in the media, in their desire to spin the story into a verdict against guns, created confusion with their dismal reporting that needs to be addressed. But the idea that the event itself was staged or fabricated is hardly plausible. Such a scenario would involve hundreds of individuals all of whom would need motives and would have to have coordinated amongst themselves. Without providing this essential data this is all just fiction.

It really is bad we are at this point in our country to believe that it is possible that our government was involved in a shooting that killed 20 children and 6 adults. I too myself question why in this shooting there was no reported witnesses to actual shooter and why there were no wounded. Does that mean the shooting didn’t happen no it just means that its a good question that I think should be answered. Now Obama and all dems are definitely taking advantage and moving at a faster pace for gun control faster then ever before. That doesn’t mean they were involved they are just sick opportunists. The video of the father was troubling as well where he was laughing and then looking as if he is forcing emotion. I have a lot of respect for Glenn I agree with most he says but I really get annoyed when he goes out of his way to put people who question things down I see why he does it but wish he would’t. It is good though that he is trying to answer every question that’s been raised but use a better source then a left wing publication that is out to make people look crazy on the right.

I didn’t give it much more thought until I got a video through an email and after watching it. I have to say I was convinced. You be the judge if you want to watch it and form your own conclusions.

The reason questions are out there is because the media won’t report the truth and they expect us to ask questions and come up with the facts behind it I think it should be we should ask questions and they do the work to find the answers for us because they have the resources we only have what is reported. So its not fair to say that we can’t ask questions without finding the answers we are asking so someone can look and find the answers someone in the media not a kid on youtube.

BUT then the first thing they talk about is the media reports of other shooters arrested at the site and how that should be taken as 100% gospel even though it was like 10 mins after the shootings amid mass chaos and confusion. So what is it tin foil hat wearers? Should we trust the media or not?
Bill Clinton couldn’t keep it quiet that he got a hummer in the Oval Office and that involved one other person, do you really think the government could keep the 100′s of people it would take to pull off a hoax like this quiet?

So I was surprised to learn that 11 million people had veiwed the youtube videos about this. I still think half of them looking don’t buy it. However, thank you Glenn for doing this. I think this is what we need Glenn and or his staff doing on a regular basic. I think he should be debunking the Alex Jones stuff and if he can’t he should be telling us that maybe we should be concerned on a certain topic. We need his help is this. He has the resources to get to the bottom of stuff. That is where I would like my monthly payment spent.

Having received multiple emails from well intentioned but naive friends who at first believed the conspiracy crap, I merely pointed out point by point the blatant LIES that were being told for someone or some group’s perverse agenda.
This reminds of the utter hoax, Hitler did use to start war against Poland. Even now, there are dunces who do not believe historical fact either.
The “truthers” are morons at the very least, and dupes of the Obamafuerher if not.
