A brawl erupted at a food stamp office in East St. Louis, Ill., on Tuesday after an argument over a spot in line took a turn for the worse.

One bystander managed to record the entire ordeal [warning: coarse language]:

As the above video shows, it took security officers several minutes to separate the women and restore order.

“It’s just been cool, everybody standing in line, doing what they do, trying to get their stamps, trying to get, you know, whatever they’re trying to get. It’s never been like this in there,” Detria Graves told the FOX news affiliate in St. Louis.

According to the FOX report, one of the women involved in the fight wanted to use a pair of scissors as a weapon. Thankfully, the security guard prevented that from happening.

“Definitely something needs to be done, it’s ridiculous,” said DeShanea Stevenson. “They just do that all the time, at the aid office. That’s what happens. It’s like nobody really cares.’

“If I had my son with me, I’d be mad. I’d be very upset. No telling what’s going on. You never know what people have on them. You never know what could happen. Bullets don’t have names on them,” she added.

No serious injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made.

Final Thought: Remember how they mocked and sneered at former Speaker Newt Gingrich for saying we should focus on providing people with jobs and free them from government dependency?

Clearly, Gingrich was talking like a crazy person.
