Listen to NFL Coach’s Witty Rebuttal to Comments Made by President Obama

San Francisco 49ers Coach Jim Harbaugh Issues Witty Response to President Obama

NEW ORLEANS, LA – JANUARY 28: San Francisco 49ers head coach, Jim Harbaugh, speaks with the media during a media availability session for Super Bowl XLVII at the New Orleans Marriot on January 28, 2013 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Credit: Getty Images

In a recent interview with The New Republic, President Barack Obama told one of his former staffers that he wasn’t sure whether he would let his fictional son play football due to his safety concerns.

When asked by a reporter about the remarks on Monday, San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh issued a witty response to the president, saying if Obama feels that way, “then there will be a little less competition” for his own son.

“If President Obama feels that way, then there will be a little less competition for Jack Harbaugh when he gets older,” Harbaugh said, prompting laughter. ”That’s the first thing that jumps into my mind, if other parents are thinking that way.”

A reporter later asked Harbaugh jokingly what his 4-month-old son’s 40 time was.

“We don’t have a time on him yet, but his wingspan is a plus one,” he said. “As soon as he grows into that head he’s going to be something. It’s early, but expectations are high for young Jack.”

I am VERY against people that use the 1% comments or believe in that, but with that being said, how come the people that hate the 1%, never seem to go after the NFL? What I mean is: The NFL is going after expansion in other countries, to day the Bills have agreed to play another 5 games in Canada. I can’t think of another corporation that takes more tax dollars than the NFL. Stadium tax subsudies, police to control traffic, federal air waves, most of their employees are millionaires, then on taking care of ex-millionaires after they blow all that money, but yet, they want to go out of this country to expand, and on YOUR tax dollar. I would just like one of the 1% haters to give back an explanation, as they see it in their mind.

I told my seven year old niece to climb to the top of a tree way back in the day.
Seventy feet tall, that daunting tree.
She was scared, but she climbed it.
Now that’s she’s grown up she trusts me and herself.
I don’t know why she doesn’t trust politicians.
      What could be the reason?

irony or not…i agree..i find it disgusting there is ANY conversation about football injuries…policemen are killed and injured in the line of duty…firemen are killed and injured in the line of duty…but most of all our soldiers are killed, injured and maimed while defending this country and protecting our freedom and NONE of them are prima-donna multi-millionaire football players…and our soldiers CANNOT sue the government when their lives are ruined by military missions manipulated by asinine cowardly, stupid, traitorous nyt, politicians, presidents and their entire administration.

Spunky, you should stop cutting class, and as soon as possible.

      I) “THIS is what *your* using” and then again, “*your* complaining about”
That should be you’re, the contraction for ‘you are’. Not your, the possessive case of you.

II) “Maybe they *wont* notice you.”
      a) Adjective: (of a person) In the habit of doing something; accustomed.
      b) Noun: One’s customary behavior in a particular situation: “Constance, as was her wont, left early”
      c) Verb: Make or be or become accustomed.
As such that ‘wont’ should be won’t, the contraction for ‘will not’.

III) Why do you hate the punctuation mark, ‘period’? All of your sentences end with exclamation marks. That is, all except for the last one and that should have a question mark.

IV) What’s up with the all ellipses? None are grammatically correct. Or do you just like typing dots?
Wait! I’ve got it. You saw those used in the New York Times by Mo Dowd, now didn’t you!

Anywho, speaking of “blithering idiots!” you should know bunky as you see one in the mirror each day. But you are correct one point, “there is NO hope for America” — because people like you keep breeding.

Have a nice existence, ya Barking Moonbat

ps: You might have a psychosis against the apostrophe mark. That, or English isn’t your first language. ..

If you want your kids to have concussions, the chronic brain swelling, etc, more power to you. Plus, me and my sons, will still enjoy watching your sons have their brains bashed in. An abortionist is concerned about the safety of children, even hypothetical children. Did anyone else notice the hypocrisy? Especially, has it ever occurred to Obama himself?

In all seriousness, if we can murder children when they’re inconvenient, why not let them do anything regardless of safety later? At what point does their safety magically start to matter, and why? Birth? Why? Their brain doesn’t change noticeably from the moment just before it. Three years later? When they become adults?

I’m serious — I would like an abortionist to try to explain this contradiction to me, if explaining it were possible… :)

Maybe that’s why one is president and the other is a football coach. I enjoy watching football, but I would be concerned about my son playing….I guest I’ll never be a football coach. lol.

Obama would only play football if someone else took the hit for him and he wasnt held responsible for his individual performance, unless they want to give him credit for the win.

      Dealer,
They would give him the trophy BEFORE the game. That’s how he got his Nobel Peace prize!

Anyone with common sense knows that obama is a turd except for progressives like this reporter who apparently is dumber than a fly… She is just another liberal who seeks to invade every aspect of our lives by bringing us progressive talking points to advance an anti-American agenda.

The only thing Barry likes about the NFL are the tight ends and the wide receivers.
