Another Massive Military ‘Training Drill’ Involving Helicopters Spotted in Houston, Texas — Watch the Raw Footage

Another Army Training Drill Conducted in Houston, Texas

Following reports of a military exercise occurring in Miami this week, KTRK-TV shot video of military-style helicopters roaming the skies in Houston, Texas. There have also been several reports of gunfire in the area.

The U.S. Army tells KTRK-TV that they are overseeing a “multi-agency training drill” at the old Carnegie High School on Houston’s south side. There were reportedly armed men in fatigues, a lot of firearms and what many believed were real live rounds.

The Army did not give any additional details regarding what the training is all about or why it is being conducted in Houston.

KTRK-TV provides some raw footage of the apparent training drill:

One local resident, Frances Jerrals, didn’t understand what was happening when she saw military helicopters flying over her southeast Houston neighborhood.

“When you see this, you think the worst. When you hear this, you think the worst,” Jerrals told KTRK-TV.

“I felt like I was in a war zone…It was nonstop. I was terrified,” she added.

Another resident said the Army should do a better job of alerting the locals before they conduct such an alarming training drill.

A statement from police in Miami-Dade County argued the training exercise in Miami was “routine” and “designed to ensure the military’s ability to operate in urban environments, prepare forces for upcoming overseas deployments and meet mandatory certification requirement.”

The last two shootings (Aurora and Sandy Hook), they were doing drills before it happened. I hope that was just a coincidence.

Troubling – for the most part these don’t appear to be military personnel. The choppers and the eight troops who took off appear legit, however, the rest look like a gaggle of wanna-bees. Old woodland green clothes, white t-shirts, dreadlocks, etc. The way they came together at the end of the exercise was sloppy. So why are a bunch of civilians doing this type of training? Obama’s National Police Force? Then look at the campus…it appears that there’s chain link fence around the entire complex, for sure there’s some sort of chicken wire around the second floor, and the windows may be barred.

I travel fairly extensively for my job, and I use the interstate highway system frequently. In the past year, I have noticed an unusual amount of military vehicles being transported in all directions. Gives me pause for thought. Secondly, a great many of the infantry Army bases in the U.S. are very large and most exercises are and can be conducted on base. Why is the military “training” in civilian areas? Call me paranoid, but I believe the government, or more particularly, the Obama administration is up to something. Check your six folks!

  They are stacking tanks at Chino, Ca airport. Its a big field east of LA and has a barrier of hills between this large expanse of land and the next large populated community. If I was planning martial law, this is the place I would stack the tanks as they are out of site and can easily from this central point go out in all directions.

let’s see, our guns are under attack, BO has systematically “retired” alot of the the field generals(perhaps those that would be vocal against him?), has training exercises in the cities. Perhaps if civilunrests breaks out, that might make an “emergency situation” suitable for a third or more term?

Watch the other video of the local TV coverage. They describe it as a multi-agency training drill, while not detailing WHO these other agencies are. They interviewed an army major who wouldn’t tell them WHAT was going on. The Houston Police were aware, but not the Fire Dept. A nearby elementary school was placed on lockdown because they had no idea what was going on. Then, they interview a woman who describes it “as a warzone”, yet doesn’t demand to know what was going on or why. Then, there’s the gentleman who states “if this is to protect the children, he’s all for it”. CLUELESS. I’m guessing these people have no idea about NDAA, Homeland Security stocking up on ammo, military leaders being asked if they are willing to fire on American citizens (Really?), Obama’s obsession with drones and how they are now not just for flying over Pakistan, but right here in our friendly skies. I don’t know what this government is preparing for, but all signs point to it’s not going to be good for law abiding citizens or anyone who dares to question our regime.

A very good friend of mine flew apache gunships in the military. He stated that they have been doing this through out the country for many years. At an upbeat pace since 9/11. Oh yea…everywhere, every city in this country has a fly over. Larger the city more the flyovers…they carry nice cameras along with their weapons.

Mentioned in previous post the DHS helos are dark brown. I went looking for a pic with a link and the only thing that came up was the Coastguard varients of helos (Coastguard is under the authority of DHS since it was formed.) Anyway, couldn’t find a dark brown helicoptor to link in. I have seen two H-60s that belonged to DHS (could have been blackhawks or the new Seahawks which is a hybrid of blackhawk and older seahawk). I was struck at how slick and awesom they looked. I’ve seen them, but can’t find a pic one.

About a week ago, i saw a report of signs being found saying “MARSHAL LAW IN EFFECT” in the Houston area. Now a training exercize in the same place. I live in the Houston metro area, and this is very troubling. What will happen in a city of four million?

As a Veteran let me attest to the fact that the military has whole town that are on bases created for training. This training could be pre-cursor for something nefarious or it could be anti-terrorism training. Either way the citizens shoudl have been notified or maybe they were hoping that some nutjobs would yell, “Whoohoo, they are here boys, lock and load and get some”? Then they could start round of “See we told you guns make yo go crazy”. Looking back over 20 years of service we never just waltzed into any town and began training unless we were at war in that Country.

I beleive this is joint force training allowing the PD to see how the Military would react to a situation, I think they are training for a Civil War myself. Obama has been pushing the citizens to a breaking point and they just hope we loose it and run amok. That will give them the excuse to crack down on us and violate our rights per the Obama Executive order # 13603 National Defense Resources Preparedness which gives him King like powers and all the Secrataries become Prince/princeses who decide what we get and so on. This sets us up to be like Hungary under Uncle Joe when he decided to starve them into submission.

  He also signed a treaty with other countries allowing their soldiers to train on our turf so they could be used to fight againts the American folks. Since our military is nothing more than us in uniform and probably would not fire upon us. Foreign military would have no such mental hurdle.

Could there be another false flag operation in the works? Obummer needs one or two more to declare Martial Law.
If it just for practice send them to the border where they can get real live action protecting OUR COUNTRY and not some oil dictator or poppy grower.

Ran across this, and looked at it briefly. DHS has dark brown helos. The ones I saw in the video looked Dark Brown, not Army green. And the Army was participating in a ‘multi-agency training drill.’ Its not normally the DoD’s preference to call up a civilian agency and train with them, however when called by the adminstration or cronies thereof, they must respond. I saw enought to be very sad if some of our Army is as slouchy as some of the persons photo’d in the vid in fatiques.

Hmm, couldn’t train modern “Brown Shirts” fast enough, huh? I just hope that today’s U.S. military doesn’t do what the WWII German military did and “just follow orders” when they were told to exterminate whole groups of people and attack civilians throughout Europe and Russia. Well, practice makes perfect and they wonder why so many people want guns. It is not that we will stop the government attacks, but we can make it very expensive in terms of troops and weapons. The worst thing is that we will be fighting our own fathers, mothers, sons and daughters while protecting ourselves.

  @DOCVET: Wehrmacht officers were professional trained soldiers, some even of the old guard aristocracy.
  
  Actual German field commanders were trained in military tactics to invade, destroy and occupy territories.
  
  They were not trained in the techniques of the SS, The Gestapo, or the Hitler youth for genocide and liquidation of an entire ethnic minority.
  
  Most Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe officers, hated the top tier command structure, and bided their time for surrender and a return to sanity. Very few “real soldiers” stretched rope a t Nuremberg.
  
  The “Brown Shirt ” reference you have made is well taken, merely names and faces have changed but fascist ideology appears to be amongst the people of the world again. Cyclical despotism.

Of course, the other possibility is that they’re simply trying to get people used to the military moving in and assaulting a building, seemingly at random. That way they can do whatever they want, claim it’s a “training exercise” and nobody will think twice about it…

if this was for good
1) people would have had advance notice if there was live gunfire
2) military would not have done this in a heavy populated area

If they wanted to make it count they would have done this at the border so they would have had the training and presence, as well as there is only desert down there. no one would have been alarmed.

you see Hitler said he was going to help towns too, he said i am going to bring in my army and we will fence off the area to keep the bad out, howd that work out?

This is not new, nor is it for overseas training. I first heard of this in the late 1980s. Back then they were doing it at night with live ammo for the snipers. Houston was one of the cities back then.

After serving 28 years in the US Army Reserves, I have an idea that the Military is preparing for Civil Unrest. It appears they are practicing for a civil disturbance in an urban setting. Wonder who order the planning of such a scenario?

  When I was in the Marines wearing battle dress beyond the base was frowned upon. There was a definite split between military and civilian. Seems lately they are trying to merge them. Highly Unconstitutional! From joint civilian/military training, to H.B. 1160 which could land a civilian citizen in from of a military tribunal.

Obama’s most feared enemy at home is the citizenry of the South. He knows that we will never follow the fed orders and will not surrender out weapons if it comes down to it. He also knows that a lot of deaths will occur if it’s tried. So yes, the drill s are in the South and I’d say mostly for intimidation right now. It doesn’t bother me. I know MY military swore to uphold the Constitution and our Sheriff’s will do the same and will never fire upon common citizens. This whole thing will backfire on the Obama regime before it’s all over, trust me.

So, this is interesting. I live in utah, and just a couple of weeks ago, I also saw black military heli’s flying directly over the Salt Lake City valley, from the north end to the south, and it alarmed me as well. A couple days before that I also heard heavy bombing drill going on out in the desert by where we live, which is not uncommon, but I have not heard the bombs for a while. The helicopters were a different sight though, and it makes me nervous that this is happening all over the country.
