Do you ever feel like matters become top-priority political issues practically overnight, with politicians across the country utilizing the same phrases, stories, and themes to drive their points home?

In the case of gun control, there seems to be a new narrative that hunting is an activity protected by the U.S. Constitution, but that guns deemed too big or threatening for hunters will be banned. In the case of linguistic synchronization, the phrase “gun control” appears to be falling from favor in left-leaning circles, only to be replaced by “reducing gun violence.”

It’s hardly a secret that top politicians meet to discuss their plans, but Politico has confirmed that President Obama’s campaign manager met with gun control advocate Mayor Michael Bloomberg to “coordinate” the latest issue:

Jim Messina, President Barack Obama’s campaign manager, who will chair the relaunched, tax-exempt version called Organizing for Action, visited New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s office at City Hall last week to coordinate the fight for gun control legislation, POLITICO has learned.

Aides to Bloomberg, one of the faces of gun control nationally, had already been working with Vice President Joe Biden’s task force on a gun control bill before it was recently unveiled.

But Messina spearheads Obama’s political arm, which has been established outside the boundaries of the Democratic National Committee and has listed gun control as one of its coming priorities, and Bloomberg has already made clear he’s willing to spend from his personal fortune as a counterbalance to the National Rifle Association.

No details were given on the content of the meeting.

Bloomberg, who has also implemented various trans fat, smoking, and sugary beverage bans during his tenure as mayor, has been a supporter of stricter gun control measures for years. However, after the tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut, he appears to have made the issue a top priority.

“This should be [Obama's] number one agenda,” Bloomberg said back in December. “He’s president of the United States…Nobody questions the Second Amendment’s right to bear arms. But we don’t think the founding fathers had the idea that every man, woman and child could carry an assault weapon.”

Mayor Bloomberg, who got a third term against the will of the people, is busy instituting the rules of Agenda 21. Agenda 21 is a plan agreed on by world leaders, to be implemented throughout the world during the 21st century. It calls for the confiscation of private property and the squashing of people into tiny apartments in high density buildings. He recently held a contest for the best designer of tiny apartments. Now he is having fifty such apartments placed into a new apartment building.
Bloomberg is one of the people spoken of by David Rockefeller in 1991 at a Bilderberger meeting. At that meeting, Rockefeller thanked the NY Times, the Washington Post and other media for keeping silent for over forty years, their plans for a world government ruled by the elite and world bankers.
The only things now protecting us from a dictatorship are our weapons.

Folks, Glenn is absolutely right-on when he tells us of “speaking something into existence!” We need to speak Obama OUT of existence in office! So, everybody, at least three times a day, say aloud, “Barrack Hussein Obama has been impeached and is now sitting in prison, and America and our Constitution are safe!” Visualize it, and it WILL happen, if enough of us speak it into existence! Speaking something into existence has happened to me SO many times, but this one, I need your help with, as it generally only influences the life of the person speaking it. -Please, and ask your friends to do it, too! Aloud, 3X daily. And just hide and watch the creative process happen! They can all go to He!!. My President has a different plan. “When they pry my cold dead hands from around my guns.” I use the plural version as I will have way more then one when they come.
This world is so messed up and the violence in the gangs is only climbing. The Mexicans are running the blacks out of Compton, Ca. and other cities with violence and guns. Blacks are running other groups out of their hoods. The big turn is not far off. It will take all we have to confront the liberal wack jobs when the SHTF. The cities and suburbs will crumble. Once that is done they will then have to venture to the country and rural areas for food and supplies. That is when we must be ready and wipe them all off the face of this earth. Make sure you have trustworthy friends and neighbors that are prepared for the assault. We must group together and be prepared for the onslaught. We will survive and win this. The military and police will not side with the liberal mantra to take fellow Americans to camps or shoot them. Some may, but most will head home to defend the families that they are part of. The ones from the big cities and hoods will probably fall to the regime because many were not raised right in the first place. Those of us with sons and daughters raised in a Christian home with values will come home to defend the home fronts.

Neither can control how much soda a person can drink, nor can they control deranged people. If they want to start improving this country, maybe they should stop the immagration, put prayer back in schools, as well as Physical Education, and then they should start teaching parents, as parental control is GONE! 80% of the blacks in our area have no idea where their children are after 10:00 PM.
They do not sit down at a dinner table, do not attend church, and please let’s don’t even discuss schooling, gangs, disrespect to elders, etc. All they know is texting, shooting their best friends if they have a disagreement or the first person they see on the streets after obtaining an illegal weapon.
It’s nonsense, but all signs lead to lack of parental guidance. If they want a weapon bad enough, they will find a way to get it. Gun sales from stores and gun shows are for HONEST PEOPLE. Wake up Obama/Biden, you’re going about this all WRONG!

Please think about your vote and reflect on this, We must not forget who we are or where we came from or our way of life is over.

The United States of America is a constitutional republic. This is similar to a democracy because our representatives are selected by democratic elections, but ultimately our representatives are required to work within the framework of our Constitution.

In other words, even if 90% of Americans want something that goes against our founding principles, they have no right to call for a violation of constitutional rights. The founders were highly educated people who were experienced in defending themselves against tyranny. They understood that the Constitution could protect the people by limiting the power of anyone to work outside of it much better than a pure system of popularity.

A system of checks and balances was set up to help limit corruption of government and also the potential for an “immoral majority” developing within the American People. We have forgotten in this country that we are ultimately ruled by a Constitution.

Why is a democracy potentially just as dangerous as a monarchy? Benjamin Franklin.Said “Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.” I believe it is as true today as it was the day he said it.

It was exactly the Founders idea that every man, woman, and child have the right to possess a “Weapon”. This guy gets off on trying to run every aspect of people’s lives.

Parroting “Assault Weapon” is ridiculous. You could as easily be describing a knife, a baseball bat, a car, or a potato peeler. It is a false label.

Read the first paragraph again. The Dem’s are organized this way, the Repub’s are not.
Of course the media and the dem’s collude for talking points. It’s obvious. When there is an issue at hand, the media and the politicians all say the same thing, nearly word for word.
The republicans need to start doing this. It drives the point when everyone says the same thing.
