Get ready for what could be the most incredible video of the year (so far).

Two mothers with out-of-control children were charged with seven misdemeanors between the two of them after they got into a violent confrontation with a security guard at an Atlanta mall. One of the moms ended up getting tased and the video of the incident has gone viral.

Darien Long is the security guard and on-site manager for Atlanta’s Metro Mall. The inner city shopping center is not like the typical suburban shopping mall. Metro Mall has problems with drug dealers and gangs of shoplifters, and people selling stolen merchandise. Mr. Long calmly faces these issues each day. He told a local news report:

“I’m always out numbered, that’s why I have the video camera. I’m always concerned with my safety, but not to the point where I won’t act.”

That is not anymore apparent than in the video posted below, which although it is from an incident that happened in May has just been recently going viral.

Mr. Long says that he was just trying to keep a group of unruly children from going back into the building. In the video, the mothers have a problem with this and the conflict quickly escalates. Initially it involves some rough language being tossed at Long. In addition, the kids, who appear no older than toddlers, join in, hurling “gay” insults at Long.

But it doesn’t end there. One of the women eventually aggressively approaches Long and starts punching him. After enduring several seconds of abuse, Long eventually pulls out his taser and fires. The woman goes stiff as a board and hits the ground — in front of her children — before eventually coming to.

Even after that, a man who appears to be the childrens’ father approaches Long and tries to stage a fight at “6.” Long keeps him at bay by threatening to tase him, too.

      1 day=happy rioters.
      2 days=angry worried rioters
      3 days=most of the city is burned down
      4 days=Armed Gangs battle each other in the streets. Some armed enclaves pop up.
      5 days=The dead outnumber the living, the streets are filled with bodies, 3rd world diseases begin to crop up.
      6 days= The armed gangs have morphed into 2 powerful gangs, with thousands of members. Like locusts they begin to systematically loot the city.
      7 days=only a few armed enclaves remain and they are now under constant siege by the gangs.
      8-10 days=The enclaves are gone and only one gang remains it numbers over 10 thousand.
      11-15 days=Internal fighting, assassinations in the group resolves into a powerful Warlord and a loyal guard. They move quickly and establish a basic system of laws and justice abeit brutal ones. They consolidate the food, and weapons, and end the nightly rape parties and drug use.
      16-20 days= With the city completely looted, the gang begins to raid surrounding towns and neighbor hoods.
      21- etc……

      @Ranger – Day 21 and up- They start roving out of the city. We set up shop in the coves and hills of the country and wait. Day 25 – They start the crap out side of the city Day 26 – 30. Cleansing days are here again. Day 31 – Celebration. Those that are left assimilate into society and become productive. No more government to live off of.

      Notice that no one was calling the cops? That’s because there are places in Hotlanta that the cops won’t go unless somebody is dead or dying. A group I belong to was meeting in an old school. We were predominately white in an area that became all black over time. A member of our group had her car windows beaten in and everything in the car stolen. The cops refused to come out, even after we said we would wait. Homeless black men started to crash our meetings demanding food handouts. They wouldn’t leave unless we fed them. Teenage boys were doing drug deals in front of the place.
      We found somewhere else to meet. I wouldn’t drive down that street nowadays.
      Very sad for those older black people who can’t afford to move and just want to live in peace.

      Lol, I guess you’re right. Miss Mary Elizabeth doesn’t seem to like very many of us on this forum. I don’t even blink anymore when the “R” word starts being thrown around. Just about anything you say or think these days is construed by someone to be “racist” if you are white. It reminds me of my very young granddaughter telling me that I’m “mean” when I don’t buy her something she wants.
      Of course, I’m not working anymore (old age has its compensations) so I don’t have to worry about being fired because of the word “racist”. Happens way too much here in the South.

      Reminds me of a number of incidents that I have been involved with back in the day. Only, we could never use even a single near foul sounding word. Noticed that he got that Asp out quickly. One of my favorite tools for the situation.

      Retractable, easy to employ. Soft tissue targets to bone cracking. Imagine a small baton and how you would employ that. This dude is an asp master wanna be, but applicable to use/defense.

      MIL-DOT, Sorry to get back to you so late. I had an appointment this morning that took more time than I expected.
      Yes, I like the Asp. I suspect that with your military background you likely know the same strike zones from your training. Since they are a telescoping steel baton with a round knob on the end, try to avoid strikes to the head and neck unless your opponent ups to fight to a life and death situation. Avoid strikes to the knees and elbows which can cause permanent damage, again unless “he” makes it necessary. Strikes to the backs of the hand if assailant is swinging at you. High pain producing strikes that should not cause permanent damage are to the outside of the thighs and shin. I’ve made a number of shin strikes that have stopped perps dead in their tracks, one at a riot, several bar fights, and even in situations as you saw above. And yes, I have seen those where the participants have been a variety of races and not just one. I have found my right handed strike by sidestepping the target to my left, and with an arcing swing strike well below the knee racking down to “hook” the foot at the ankle. Have done this with standard issue batons, and a PR24 more often, but a couple of times with the ASP. The shin has so many nerves in the front as I’m sure that you must know from just bumping into something. You can trip the guy down on all fours and have him throwing up. Game over.

      Been to Atlanta a few times. I actually like it there. Aside from some of the people like in this video. Sad part is the kids yelling and being told by their mom to say stuff.

      You are kidding right? While I agree that Bush did indeed start the downfall of this economy. The downfall of the American society began in the 60s with Lydon Johnson and his “Great Society” Before that black families were strong and the black people were hard working and proud. Now women get more money if their husbands leave. This is also true for white families. The government welfare system encourages fatherless homes and it encourages women to be little more than brood mares. These “people” think that they are free; but to quote an old song “I owe my soul to the company store.” The company store is now the government.

      I don’t think that I have witnessed a more disgusting cretin than that “female” . She got what she deserved. I would have zapped her for a longer period of time. Notice how they think nothing of exposing their kids to such antics. It was also obvious that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. The kids were as bad as she was. Albeit diminutive in stature, same attitude.

    Typical cultural behavior from this community. Even the Cop knows exactly how to manage the situation. He knows to retreat back into the store behind the gathering unpredictable mob of males. This Cop used greater self-restraint than usual. This is exactly what bull sharks do in nature. Circle, menace, bump, bite, frenzy. Considering the number of individuals in such close quarters in this example is precisely why one needs a so called high capacity clip/firearm for personal safety. The DHS knows this!
