Get ready for what could be the most incredible video of the year (so far).

Two mothers with out-of-control children were charged with seven misdemeanors between the two of them after they got into a violent confrontation with a security guard at an Atlanta mall. One of the moms ended up getting tased and the video of the incident has gone viral.

Darien Long is the security guard and on-site manager for Atlanta’s Metro Mall. The inner city shopping center is not like the typical suburban shopping mall. Metro Mall has problems with drug dealers and gangs of shoplifters, and people selling stolen merchandise. Mr. Long calmly faces these issues each day. He told a local news report:

“I’m always out numbered, that’s why I have the video camera. I’m always concerned with my safety, but not to the point where I won’t act.”

That is not anymore apparent than in the video posted below, which although it is from an incident that happened in May has just been recently going viral.

Mr. Long says that he was just trying to keep a group of unruly children from going back into the building. In the video, the mothers have a problem with this and the conflict quickly escalates. Initially it involves some rough language being tossed at Long. In addition, the kids, who appear no older than toddlers, join in, hurling “gay” insults at Long.

But it doesn’t end there. One of the women eventually aggressively approaches Long and starts punching him. After enduring several seconds of abuse, Long eventually pulls out his taser and fires. The woman goes stiff as a board and hits the ground — in front of her children — before eventually coming to.

Even after that, a man who appears to be the childrens’ father approaches Long and tries to stage a fight at “6.” Long keeps him at bay by threatening to tase him, too.

Coming soon to your doorstep. America. Three were just arrested for home invasions this week in the tiny town where I live. My kids have been in lockdown at school more times than I can count. When the economy sinks further, they will get hungry.

horrible behavior… inexcusable, and a real argument for child abuse could be made…
it’s an example of the… incentive for women of any race to have kids without worry about the father, they’ll get Uncle Sam’s money and ‘won’t have to work’
when i was training 20+ years ago moms brought in their teenaged daughters for fertility work ups ‘because they weren’t pregnant yet.’
OB docs training us almost universally mentioned a belief that women receiving government subsidies should have to accept birth control, which seemed racist when we first heard it, but by the time the rotation was over…

because i have friends who are black… who don’t behave like this, it is distressing, though, to see the many posts lumping all black people in with this woman and her children… remember, the guard is black, too… the woman represents a minority (even if 43%) of the country, and a walk through your local Walmart will provide ample evidence of white folk who are as uncaring about themselves and how they should be behaved when away from home. Look at the guard, trying to do his job to protect all of the shoppers and himself, likely putting his job at risk just by doing his job.

Until the people who are being kept in government sponsored poverty wake up and throw off the yoke of the Democratic socialist push, things will get worse for people of all colors.

I am at a loss of what the solution is to a problem that perpetuates a cycle of poverty, crime, and lack of decorum that is socially acceptable as a part of ones culture. Until Sharpton, Jackson, and others come out with a strong unified message of what the real problems are nothing will change. If MLK were alive today would he speak of this? I think it is so far gone he would be labeled an Uncle Tom.

I worked in Government offices in downtown Atlanta for 8 months and I can tell you it is a place you do not want to be in; day or night it is just a horrible place. Unfortunately my work took me to just about every big US city: DC, Trenton, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, New York, Newark, Chicago, LA, etc. I have had hotel employees give me instructions on routes to take to get safely out of the city center for dinner, and by all means, “stay off the street after dark”. The one thing in common in all the nasty big US cities I have worked: liberalism, and it is a horrible cancer that is metastasizing at a very rapid pace. I felt much safer in Bangalore India than I did in Camden New Jersey…

I have to admit that was freak’n hilarious!!!!!! But I really do think he did not handle this properly. He should have called the cops and had them removed from the property for trespassing. When a guard tells you you need to leave and you don’t that is what typically will happen. Laying hands on a subject it supposed to be the last resort and only to defend yourself. Been there done that. I am a bit jealous that he got to taze some one though all they let me have, if it’s not an armed post, is mace and a baton. :/

  Isn’t this the problem. In the ghetto, barrio, trailer park or whatever you want to call it the business gets run out. Who in there right mind looking to actually buy something is going to go to any of those stores. Then people have no place to work. Then we hear how we are all racist and do nothing for the poor and there are no jobs in their community.
