Washington Post Fact Checker Responds to Obama Skeet Shooting Pic: Does Not Quite Answer the Questions...

The White House’s release of a photo of President Barack Obama shooting clay pigeons has yet to fully satisfy the Washington Post’s fact-checker.

The Post was left doubtful earlier this week about Obama’s “all the time” skeet shooting claim. Turns out they’re still dubious:

The White House released this photograph of the president at the Camp David skeet range on Aug. 4, 2012. We are pleased the White House has become more forthcoming about this matter, though it does not quite answer the questions concerning the president’s “all the time” language.

I’m thinking this was probably a photo op. Run him out to the range and snap a picture of him shooting a shotgun. Release the pic as “doing skeet shooting”, then immediately downplay the so-called “skeeters” with the typical liberal conspiracy blather. Democrat style. Think of your average skeet shooter, you know, the one that does it “all the time”. No ball cap or hat, no vest, aiming at the horizon instead of up at the bird, holding the shotgun like a first-time shooter. Sure, they can say he’s “skeet shooting” and it wouldn’t be a lie…now. But doing it all the time? Come on! Seems Dems will cover for ol’ Barry no matter how blatantly silly he gets. Pathetically funny, indeed!

Look at the photo. the background is not a sharp as the foreground. The background is not that far away. My guess is would be difficult, even for a good photographer to get these results.

Frankly I am rather surprised “The Post” didn’t jump on the opportunity to spin left and caption in with him trying to relate to sport shooting.

I am not impressed, and the White House spin, I mean press, corps just INSULTED every marksman in the country! THEY are the kind of idiots who do NOT need to own guns! PLEASE stay away from the range my family and friends use!

The last time I fired a shotgun at that angle I was aiming at a stationary target.
I never place my shotgun at that point on my shoulder, I REALLY like my shoulder to not throb for a week after shooting.
Stance is completely wrong.
Who, in their right mind, would “moosh” their face on the **** like that?

I have an excellent camera and much success with action photograpy and I have NEVER caught smoke like that and NOT caught the shell expulsion.

Lastly, skeet shooting is VERY expensive and I really do not appreciate my money being spent like that!

I’m glad the press is giving Obama the same treatment they gave Paul Ryan when he shaved some time of his marathon run.
Meanwhile, back in the real world, Obama continues to use the power of the federal government to block job creation efforts by the private sector.

Am I missing something ? Look at the angle of the shotgun. Shouldn’t it be aimed upward ? What?
Is he shooting skeet 5 feet off the ground ?? When I shoot skeet I shoot them out of the sky ! Doesn’t everybody ?

Next I guess we will hear he threw the baseball like a sissy bc he bruised his arm shooting so many skeets. If we hear that remember you heard it here first…lol.
His **** is too gray for 2010, arms too white for August golf course expeditions…he is holding the gun too high, and I doubt he shot more than once if even that. At least whoever guided him didn’t let him hold the gun sideways like the Chicago boyz. I will also say whoever helped him pose here should have given the poor guy a shoulder pad or maybe they just liked him as much as we do.
I know very little about guns but have shot skeets and wasn’t bad and I am a woman, an old one at that. This picture makes my shoulder hurt.

notice a few things in this picture, the watch is wrong make, the date is wrong date, birthmark on the left temple, no mole on nose, the pictures from that date and time show long **** that is dark, and the strangest thing was the long **** on his arms. There are no trees in the satellite picture at Camp David. . But I did find those trees and a picture of him golfing with a walking path between him and the trees, the sign in the background says no carts allowed on the grass, it’s the golf course in Hawaii.

You can see the second plume of smoke where the firearm is venting pressure as designed. The smoke is thicker than it should be at both the vent and the muzzle. Have a professional look at the smoke from the barrel and the vent. It doesn’t look normal in quantity, and the smoke should be venting at high pressure… Could it be that Obama is firing a blank in this picture?

I would like to see the photo analyzed by a couple of professionals, and a series of experiments with both ordinary ammunition, and blanks to compare the differences and compare the results with the picture. Myth Busters might tackle this one, or there are some reputable gunsmiths and manufacturers who would have the expertise to make a determination, I think.

I smell photoshop. The rifle looks huge,the area around the rifle looks touched up, smoke coming out of the middle of the barrel and the just too clean looking shot of the rifle having just fired…no recoil. Not to mention the low flying clay pigons.

Please – Blaze – do the research and find out more about what was reported that Obama was doing on Aug 4, 2010. I suspect more fraud somewhere, and saw a Reuters report that indicate he went golfing (no surprise) that day.
