Hillary Clinton’s New Web Site Sparks Increased Speculation That She’s Planning a 2016 Presidential Run
Politicos and media outlets, alike, can’t stop themselves from continuing to question whether Hillary Clinton is planning a 2016 presidential run. Following her heated 2008 primary battle with President Barack Obama and her subsequent tenure as Secretary of State, Clinton has said that she plans to take time to rest. However, a recent change in her official web presence has done little to temper speculation about potential prospects.
On Jan. 31, the same day that she disbanded her 2008 presidential campaign group, a new homepage and web URL went live. Those seeking her old campaign site (HillaryClinton.com) are now directed to visit “the Office of Hillary Clinton” (located at HillaryClintonOffice.com), a web site that features a large image of the former candidate with her name to the left and a link inviting people to contact her “office.”
Naturally, the new web site has some wondering if this is corroboration that Clinton is gearing up to hit the campaign trail again next election cycle.

In the past Clinton has been somewhat vague about her future plans. KCRG-TV recaps her recent responses to questions about a potential 2016 candidacy:
When asked last week at a global town hall if she was thinking of making another run for the White House, Clinton said “I am not thinking about anything like that right now.”
And in an interview with CNN later that day, when asked if she’s decided against another candidacy for president, Clinton responded that “I have absolutely no plans to run.”
But she added that “I am lucky because I’ve been very healthy. I feel great. I’ve got enormous amounts of energy that have to be harnessed and focused, so I’m very fortunate. I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my life, whatever it is.”
As to what that next chapter would be, Clinton gave a hint, saying “I don’t know everything I’ll be doing. I’ll be working on behalf of women and girls, hopefully writing and speaking, those are the things that I’m planning to do right now,” she added.
So, the web site, at this point, isn’t necessarily confirmation of anything definitive. After all, it may simply be a hub for people to contact the former Secretary of State. Either way, it is certainly an intriguing development in the career of an individual who has been dubbed America’s most powerful woman in history.

Posted on February 6, 2013 at 4:04pmAnd she is going to do everything she can do to get away from the stink of this admin. Bill and Hill want to make even more special history by being the first husband/wife presidency and I think this is the deal she made to bow out of the way for obo and then he would help her. Too bad it’s turning out so bad for obo, his help may not be much for her. I think it is going to be a case of “out of the frying pan, into the fire” if she is elected.

Posted on February 6, 2013 at 3:47pmShe may run, but she has a snowball’s chance to get elected … All the electorate in this country seem to want now is glitz and glamor in the oval office … We are stuck with having “rock star” presidents until the country crashes and burns because of it … I believe that Hillary will be 69 years of age for the next presidential election. For all her grandiose plans she will end up being the “Bob Dole” of her party in 2016.

hi
Posted on February 6, 2013 at 2:10pmQuotes from Hillary:
1) “We’re going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good.”
2) “It’s time for a new beginning, for an end to government of the few, by the few, and for the few…… And to replace it with shared responsibility for shared prosperity.”
3) “(We) …..can’t just let business as usual go on, and that means something has to be taken away from some people.”
4) “We have to build a political consensus and that requires people to give up a little bit of their own … in order to create this common ground.”
5) “I certainly think the free-market has failed.”
6) “I think it’s time to send a clear message to what has become the most profitable sector in (the) entire economy that they are being watched.”

Posted on February 6, 2013 at 1:42pmOk, Now is the time to change the voting age to 25-years of Age, maybe 30-years of Age, due to the maturity of those dwindling, especially college students who are swayed by liberal professors! Exception would be for one serving two-years of honorable service in the US Military.
Also, one voting in Federal Elections must have paid federal income taxes in the year prior to the election year, unless one is in retirement age 65-plus.
The two recommendations will eleminate voting by those who are drawing freebie checks from the Fed, plus those who are in college who have been swayed in their thinking by liberal professors!
Contact your 3-persons in the Congress who are supposed to be representing you, and not themselves!

Posted on February 6, 2013 at 1:37pmNever in a million years would I vote for Hillary Clinton.. she was a failure as Secretary of State.. and would be as President also! Her ineptness over the Benghazi thing should be enough for anyone to realize she would be incapable as President.. Of course she could be like Obama and let everyone else do the work while she vacations, plays golf etc. We need a strong leader.. I have seen enough of the pansy already!
