Karl Rove Super PAC Goes After Lib Actress With Brutal Attack Ad
In case you missed it, Hollywood liberal Ashley Judd said last month that she is “taking a close look” at a potential run against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) in 2014.
And considering the amount of effort she has put into schmoozing beltway journos, it’s easy to see why some people are taking her political aspirations seriously.
Seriously enough, in fact, that the Karl Rove-founded Super PAC American Crossroads on Wednesday targeted the actress in a brutal, jaw-cracking attack ad:
Hey, at least they didn’t accuse her of killing someone’s wife with cancer. Welcome to American politics, Miss Judd.

As far as politics, she’s 180 degrees from my thoughts and beliefs. She thinks being a big Kentucky basketball fan (which is huge in this state), means she’ll be popular in politics – she can’t being any more wrong.

Posted on February 6, 2013 at 9:48pmWow, she’s not even running. That’s a rumor. That’s pretty pathetic.
Actually fellas, this is Rove’s new gig. What he really is fighting against is a Tea Party candidate running against McConnell. Rove is trying to prop him up to avoid a TP challenge, something which would probably put an end to McConnell’s political career.
If you have noticed already, McConnell has been and will continue to make high profile positions associated with the Tea party fringe. Because he believes that crap? Heck no, he’s trying to avoid a primary challenge. And Rove is trying to position him to avoid that challenge by going after someone who isn’t even running.
To all my Tea Party friends: Karl Rove is not your friend. Just wait, you’ll see eventually even if you don’t watch anyone other than FOX.
And in any case, based on the last election, anyone he supports is likely to lose anyone. His PAC didn’t get a single person elected as I recall. Partly that because he’s overrated, and partly because Americans are sick of right wing kooks.

It would also be fun to watch the two of them go at it in their fight for the office, rolling around on the floor pulling each other’s **** and bitch slapping one another. How about an ad which “reveals the real Ashley Judd?”
Why is a conservative website like The BLAZE using such a negative description of an ad showing her for the twit she is. I don’t care who is behind this ad. I would like for it to be as effective as possible.
That means portraying it (the ad) as the truth– a snotty actress in her own words– not a (nasty, perhaps unfair) “brutal attack ad.”

The problem comes when the population realizes who these people are and want their money back. I can no longer in good conscience watch any Sean Penn or Danny Glover films. The people they are have ruined the heroicism of the characters they portray. It’s the same with politicians… when you learn that the Kennedys are all mysogenistic pediphiles… kinda ruins their luster.

No seriously champ….you rountinely cite and link to media matters propaganda. You blurt lies and misdirections as often as you take a breath.
For example, not too long ago you stated that George W Bush was responsible for the mortgage meltdown of 2008/2009. I asked you numerous times to back up your claim and to give me specific policies from George W Bush that led to the mortgage crisis but in typical, slimy lefty troll fashion, you ran away to another board as if you it all never took place. I’ve even asked you on the other boards you ran to to return and answer your accusation…you “bravely” disappear instead.
You’re the same troll that was singing the praises of OWS as it fell into disgrace and decay before our very eyes. You’re the same troll who said that George W Bush approved the Solyndra loan guarantees, yet you couldn’t produce the approval (that’s because Stephen Chu not only approved them but subordinated them in 2009 for the Obama administration).

Social justice doesn’t exist! The way progressives seek it out is by taking away from one group and giving it to another – which is what they claimed happened in the first place – a circle driveway if every there was one. TEA Party – taxed enough already – wants government to be there to referee – not to pick the losers and winners. No one wins in that scenario. People make choices and mistakes. Conservatives live with the consequences of those actions – good or bad. The only racist I have seen are on the left – spouting redneck, *******, bigot, etc… Great at name calling, but lousy at truth. You are the ignoramous.

Posted on February 6, 2013 at 6:30pmJudd is a progressive POS just like her god Barry Soetoro and the citizens of Kentucky should make sure she doesn’t infect the senate, there’s too many RINOS and commies in there already. The ad wasn’t brutal but okay.

Posted on February 6, 2013 at 6:28pmI liked it. Time to take off the polite gloves. Time to focus on the hypocrisy . Time to call idiotic statements stupid. Time to educate our brainwashed, media crazed youth. Their futures and America’s future are worth it. Time to fight back. This is that time.

Posted on February 7, 2013 at 3:04pmI agree with you. It’s also time to pass voter id laws in every state in the union or the coming election will be as bad as the last. We need to start now so it’ll be done by 2014.

McConnell is not serving Conservatives that’s for sure so just maybe his time has come ! Vote out – Boehner – Cantor and McDonnell and let’s get some true Conservatives in office !

While I tend to agree with you, you can’t go overboard. The rule of “the most conservative person who can win” is the one to follow.
Running people who are too conservative will only hand the election to a liberal.

Posted on February 6, 2013 at 8:52pmIt is sad when Karl Roves super pac has to defend the Senate minority leader, but you have to remember the educational system, popular culture, and media are all her allies. That is a lot of stupid to combat.

Posted on February 6, 2013 at 11:35pmI’m not anti-PAC by any means. But the very idea that Judd could get people to elect her to be a dog catcher in Kentucky is laughable, so why the PAC Karl? Of course, the very idea that McConnell is still considered a Conservative, is about as laughable.
I wonder if this is how Roman citizens felt as Rome fell apart?
