Rand Paul Makes It Clear: ‘I Really Think’ The Admin May Have Had a ‘Gun-Running Operation’ in Libya

Few Democratic or Republican leaders have been as outspoken in their views on the Benghazi debacle and the administration’s role in a potential gun-running scheme than Sen. Rand Paul. In fact, the Kentucky Republican excoriated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during her recent testimony on the matter, saying that if he had been president at the time, he would have “relieved” her of her post.

Since then, the senator has been consistently pressing the administration for answers on whether it had been running guns through Libya, thereby catalyzing the death of Ambassador Stevens.

A partial transcript of the senator’s Thursday appearance on Fox News featuring his key points on the issue is featured below [emphasis added]:

I really think part of the cause may have been there was a gun running operation going on in Benghazi, leaving Libya and going to Turkey and distributing arms to the rebels… They’ve interviewed the captain of the ship. A ship from Libya sailed for Turkey a week before the ambassador was killed. It was full of arms and they interviewed the captain and he actually specifically talks about the distribution of the arms to Syrian rebels… And I think the administration needs to answer, ‘are they running guns through Turkey to Syria?’

While not as direct as Paul, House Speaker John Boehner indicated in late January that he, too, might have knowledge of a potential gun-running scheme via an alleged “classified source.”

I’ve said from the beginning that, not only was Christopher Stevens “disposed of,” in typical Illuminati fashion, they had a veritable cocktail party while they watched him murdered and reportedly sodomized – in real time.

Also in typical Illuminati fashion, it HAD to be on September 11.

I’ll never forget Clinton’s disgusting display of glee in the horrific, gruesome way Ghaddafi was treated before he was murdered.

It was 100% sociopath.

Among the questions I hope are answered this year by the investigative committees is what was Christopher Stevens doing at that house, on THAT DAY?

That, and Fast and Furious, and a multitude of other crimes.

I think we’re going to need more committees.

Of course they did and probably still are. This country has been promoting the overthrow of foreign governments and what they want to replace them is the FN muslim brothers. Obama is NO friend to the US let alone Israel. He should be brought up on charges, all of his cronies should.

Obama, Hillary, the Ambassador and (insert additional flunkies here)… Libya/Alquida/Syria contras. The administration wasn’t gonna get any money congress… they can’t borrow any more… sequestration… so they had to do it the ole fashioned way… “on the down low” and barry knows that dance… been doing it for years… learned it in the gay bath houses of chicago… from the knees of masters to the mouth of his readership himself… (barry is a reader not a leader).

It is a no brainer. And may be even much worse than that. Important to find out where the guns were going and where they came from. Also still believe the black op may have involved kidnapping Stevens and trading him for the Blind Sheik, thus the need for the video. Obama could not be seen as dealing with terrorists, so had to have mobs of insulted, snarling, enraged people of peace to be appeased as a demonstration of respect for Islam.

Duuuuuuuh is right! Glenn carefully outlined this gun running scenario weeks before the election and it all made perfect sense! I actually had hope that it would all come out and we would be saved from 4 more years of Obama. Not!

Considering that the last person to leave the embassy was a Turkish consul….smellls real bad. It appears that Stevens may haave been persued to make sure he was killled….Hummmmm. BHO consistently lies, so this is just another example of Clinton, Panetta, et al of lying to protect BHO from public disgrace and impeachment……BHO was fully aware of what was transpiring, but unfortunately nto too many believe that…My prayer is that he wil be caught…and impeached….Who do he think he is?????

Yes.Running guns is just another Chicago gangster activity that would be consistent with Obama’s Chicago history.
Where else is he running guns? He said in 2008 that he plans a civil military equally funded and trained as the US Military.
If he is building a civil military where are they? I suspect he is doing this. Who could follow the guns and money and locate them? It is pretty obvious the media and congress won’t block anything he does.

We agree with Sen. Rand Paul and his concerns?

Every dime that is sent to an Islamic country, supports the religion of Islam, so don’t lecture me about your gays, don’t lecture me about gun control, don’t lecture me about what I am going to eat, or what insurance I am going to buy, I’ve seen the young people come back with missing limbs, and we’ve had enough of this nonsense guarding poppy fields and hash trading routes to Europe, and your musical chairs pretending to be afraid of a weak Iran, and we don’t need a fake UN?

We don’t need a cold war with Russia or China, and let me tell you something about Obama Care, just a few weapons of mass destruction or an earthquake and a radioactive accident would wipe out the private insurance industry due to insurance clauses that would not compensate people for radioactive accidents and cancers and things like the sort that just happened in Japan recently?

Let me hear you crack a joke now Mr. Clinton, what’s your global initiative now, ask us to stick our heads in the sand, and let you do what you want?

We want the articulation of a new vision for America that establishes real peace in the world, that does not favor Islam, runs away from a fake UN, stand by our allies without fidgeting, establishes energy independence, prosperity, freedom, and a love for God and country in spite of what the media does to either help or fight us tooth and nail?

It’s seems like it’s probable. It also doesn’t seem like much of a secret.

The problem is the neoconervatives support a covert operation like this. Arm the “rebels” by whatever means possible. And the administration is obligated to obfuscate about covert operations. So they’re criticizing the administration for denying a covert operation that they support.

Senator Paul doesn’t have to worry about such contradictions. Neither do people who believe in Conservative foreign policy.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why this president and the members of his administration are not be deluged with Impeachment summons daily. Obama’s signing of the decree stating that he can order the drone strike and killing of any American at any time is in direct contrast with the Constitution. That rule in itself should be enough to throw the man out of office and into Gitmo where he belongs.

Duh.

Has the admin responded to what the meeting was regarding between the Turkish ambassador and our ambassador, and why it was done at a CIA safehouse opposed to an actual embassy?

The only reason you do it away from normal channels is if what you are doing is to be kept secret and off the books. No other reason a CIA safehouse was used.

They did, but more importantly, they shipped chemical weapons to Syria through Turkey to be used as a coming false flag by the CIA spawned Al Qaeda “Syrian freedom fighters”.
