Westboro Baptist Church Protests Chris Kyle’s Memorial Service: ‘Soldiers Die; God Laughs’
Members of Westboro Baptist Church reportedly protested slain Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle’s memorial service in Arlington, Texas on Monday. The hate group first announced its intentions via a press release earlier this week.
“WBC to picket memorial for mass murderer AKA Navy SEALs sniper Chris Kyle at Cowboys Stadium,” a Westboro press release stated. “He that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword.”
Soldiers die; God laughs,” the release added.
I’m glad people such as myself and the Westboro Baptist Church are willing to stand up and call Chris Kyle out as the coward he was.

Two examples … David ( Old Test) was refered to as a “man of blood” … not because he was a “murderer” but because he was a warrior! NEVER does Gods Word condemn David because of this.
Second: Paul (New Test) in speaking with a soldier, tells the man to “not complain about the pay or abuse his power”. NEVER does he tell the man to leave the military which was also the law inforcement.
“Those that live by the sword, die by the sword” …. I believe that this is a statement of those that live a lawless life of violence, because they also die violently … gangs and so fourth … it is certainly NOT a statement against a man in the military.

I don’t believe in abortion, but you will NOT see me outside a clinic that does abortions. Instead I found a way to support right to life by writting letters, phone calls etc. But to picket the service of one of our greatest heroes is beyond me. Men and women who are ready and willing to put their life on the line everyday for the right to Freedom of Speech, the very thing they fight to defend! WBC’s travel expenses exceed $200,000 annually. According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, Westboro is funded entirely by its congregation and accepts no outside donations. The church has received money from lawsuits and legal fees. For example, they sued the city of Topeka several times in the 1990s. WBC received $16,500, and is pursuing another $100,000, in legal fees for a case won in court. The WBC is considered a nonprofit organization by the federal government, and is therefore exempt from paying taxes.

The only time I would want TheBlaze or any other news organization to without a story is if it jeopardized our troops mission/safety.
