Bill Maher on Chuck Hagel’s Israel Remarks: ‘The Israelis Are Controlling Our Government’

Republicans are strongly opposed to Chuck Hagel becoming the next defense secretary for a variety of reasons, including his friendliness towards Iran and controversial comments about Israel’s influence on the U.S. government. On Friday, HBO host Bill Maher agreed with Hagel’s assessment on Israeli influence.

“Based on every statement I’ve heard from every Republican in the last two years, the Israelis are controlling our government,” he said, prompting applause from the audience.

Maher chastised Republicans for not just accepting the nomination because he’s a “right-wing Republican.”

“That’s not good enough?” he added.

  Bill doesn’t have an argument. He stated a few facts that are completely irrelevant to Hagels qualifications for the job, Further, Bill omitted (probably because he is unaware), serious facts that may disqualify Hagel.. Primarily, Hagel needs more vetting, he has not disclosed information, he has a relationship with the Qatar Foundation through Georgetown University Qatari campus, where the Muslim Brotherhoods has a heavy presence and influence. Specifically, Hassan Al Banna, whose father and grandfather were prominent MB members and it is believed that “the project” (muslim brotherhood plan to infiltrate the US) revealed in the Holy Land Foundation trial was written by his father. Additionally, the MB top spiritual leader and coconspirator in the Holy Land Foundation tria lSheikh Yusuf Al Qaradawi lives in Qatar and is a prominent influence at the Qatar Foundation. Hagel also failed to disclose his keynote speech at the Arab Anti Defamation Committee, a front group affiliated with the MB , Qatar Foundation and the promotion of Islam within the US.
  
  So, the fact that Hagel didn’t disclose everything and has a close relationship with MB radicals, who have a plan to infiltrate the US should disqualify him. IMO, he is compromised, but then again so is most of this administration, that is why Obama nominated him. Modern Liberals like Maher will use their own ignorance on these issues to create a false narrative appealing childish simpletons.

  Well comparing the lobbying by the state of Israel to the Muslim Brotherhood and it stated goals is a great example of moral equivalency, a logical fallacy engaged in by those who lack contextual discretion and are ideologues.
  
  Said another way, there is no moral equivalency if one is objective, the Muslim Brotherhood has clearly stated long term objectives based on its Authoritarian political and intolerant interpretation of the Quran. That objective is to infiltrate the West and destroy it by slowly indoctrination its values and beliefs. All cultures are not equal, contrary to what your Marxists teachers have told you. America was founded on Judeo Christian values that respect the individual (you don’t have to be religious to share the basic values). Islam is intolerant and authoritarian and uses that to expand its borderless State. America (the West) is at war, a war of ideological subversion and it doesn’t even know it. Islam has co-opted the idealistic Leftist “useful idiots” as Islam is really an early form of collectivism, predating Marxism but very similar.

I was reading secret Al Qaeda doc and they stated that Muslims must not compete within nations and support each other worldwide. So, IMO, the non Islamic world must unite against Islam to fight it otherwise you will lose. Hagel has been compromised, he is not a friend of freedom and liberty, therefore he will advance Islam’s objectives.   I remember when I use to resent this very much so.. I didn’t know if it were true or not. I obviously assumed that it was just a smear to cast aspersions on the good people of the Bible who everyone understands are picked on as a result of their being “chosen”.
  
  So yes I hated it but then came the facts. When I started looking closely at the facts on the ground I could not deny the truth staring me in the face that indeed Israel and the Jews do control the US State Dept and US Gov’t. It was the same charge levied against back in WW2 in Germany. It was true then and it’s true today.
  
  Let’s attempt to move beyond the obvious and determine if having Jews running America is a good thing, bad thing or an indifferent thing.

  As a Jew, I don’t believe in the concept of God having a son. No Jew believes that the messiah is or ever will be divine and neither did the earliest Christians. From the Jewish perspective, Jesus is nothing but one of many false messiahs to appear throughout the ages.
  
  Perhaps you should explain to me how Christians have inherited God’s favor when you have rejected the vast majority of Biblical law. Few Christians, if any, keep kosher, in spite of the fact that the Bible lays out the laws of kosher animals and slaughter in a highly detailed manner. No Christian celebrates the three pilgrimage festivals that are specifically commanded within the book of Numbers and elsewhere. Even from the Ten Commandments itself one could argue that Christians have violated the prohibition on graven images. Jesus would have obeyed all these laws so if it was good enough for him, why not for you?

  The point of this was to bring up your complete inconsistency. You chastise Hagel for his connections to Muslim groups while completely ignoring appointees with ties to Israeli groups. I am hopeful for Mr. Hagel based on his desire to at least work with middle eastern countries rather than the reaction that fits on the 3×5 card of establishment opinion that says MUSLIM = BAD!!!!! How on earth can you guys consider seeking peace to be bad foreign policy? War is the most undesirable outcome imaginable. Nothing is created by war; destruction is the only inevitable result.
  
  I shudder to think what the world would be like had people of your mindset been in charge during the 60′s. With your “bomb first, ask questions later” mentality we would have attacked Cuba igniting a nuclear war with the Soviets that would have left our countries a wasteland. Israel is our only friend in the Middle East. Oil is in the Middle East. Banking decisions from years ago – all have us tied to Israel. They do control much of what our Government says and does. That is just a fact. But more to the point…when will Obama learn to stop appointing Republicans. Patreus. Hagel. Republicans are always the one’s getting into trouble.

This fact is important because we know that the Pharahonic age began in egypt/sudan in 4000BC and ended around 100AD after the Greco-Roman era of egypt which was short in compsrison to the total history of Ancient Egypt. Of the 640 Pharaohs, 600 were Black men and the proof is in the paintings they left of themselves on tomb walls, NOT how thry are portrayed in movies and history channel.   Actually, I have read the historical theory you cite. I will not try to argue with you about who was where first in what is now known as the Middle East and northern Africa. I have tried with other “black-Africans-built-everything-before-it-was-stolen-by-Whites” theorists and it will only be a waste of both of our time.
  
  But I would like an explanation of how a religion or any other knowledge can be stolen. How can thoughts be stolen? They can be copied but not taken or removed. Example: you know that 2+2=4 but I do not. Now if I was to learn from you that 2+2=4 that does not mean that you no longer know that 2+2=4.
  
  So my question is When and why did black Africans stop knowing things like engineering techniques? Also, when and why did black Africans stop practicing the ancient Egyptian religion?

There are Israelis who can make the same claims. If they didn’t convert until the 14th century, how were they getting kicked out of England in 1290? Jews first arrived in England in 1070. Where did they come from? Jews have also had a presence in German lands since the 4th century. Yet you want us to believe they are converts from 1000 years later?
  
  Stop blaming other people for your problems. For all the power ancient Egypt had, they never even invented alphabetic writing systems. And while Egypt may have prospered due to the Nile, the Middle East has both the Tigris and the Euphrates. There’s a reason the so called “fertile crescent” is known as the birth place of civilization.
  
  It was the Greeks who were expert mathematicians and whose architectural techniques revolutionized the world. They built arches while the Egyptians never got past columns.

The Ancient Egyptian religion and educational system was changed and mostly destroyed after Alexande the Great and his Zgreek predecessor conquered Egypt around 300BC. A the Great was made Pharaoh, and after he died his Zgeneral Ptolemy took over and his family(Greeks) included the 5 Cleopatras who were the only European Queens of Egypt(sort of). I say sort of because the Ptolemies refused to speak the native Egyptian language and outlawed hieroglyphic writing. No pyramids or great temples or tombs were built for, or during the short Greco/Roman period of Egypt. If you didn’t know, the were 2 simultaneous “kingdom” of ancient Egypt called “Upper Kindom(Northern Sudan) and the “Lower Kindom(Egypt proper), that is why there are also pyramids in Sudan which were built by King Tuts grandfather Amenhotep the Third. The Greco/Roman era saw many Black Egyptians sold into slavery and killed during many bloody rebellions. But the structures and paintings they left behing still remain because its hard to destroy evidence from a civilization that lasted 5000+ years(although arab muslims and white christians have desperately tried to do so. The last outpost of the true Egyptian religious structure was destroyed at Philae around 200 AD. In a way, modern Christianity is actually teaching ancient Egyptian religious teachings. There are heiroglyphs that show that ancient Egyptian high priests and Pharaohs etc had access to electricity and battery tecgnology.   Building big isn’t the same as building smart. The pyramids may be huge but their design is simple and they were built through brute force. When Egypt had to lift those stones to the top of a pyramid did they accomplish that through pure slave labor or did they invent pulleys and levers to get the job done? Egypt was advanced for its time but when only a small elite actually learn those techniques there’s little room for advancement. Why is it that, after being around for so long of a time, Egyptian techniques barely changed?
  
  Even if you’re right and the Greeks learned of Egyptian techniques it was the Greeks who built upon them. Building upon the knowledge of the past isn’t stealing, it’s the only way society ever progresses. If the Greeks successfully accomplished what Egypt never did then that accomplishment belongs to them. On the other hand, when Rome conquered the Greeks they inherited their techniques but failed to advance upon the knowledge they’d gained. All they ever did was utilize Greek techniques to a larger degree. I give Rome credit for what it built, but I give the Greeks credit for developing the technology.

  No one is blaming Israel for all the evils in the world. We are merely pointing out that US politicians are scared to death to push back against Israel.
  
  Think about it: Building settlements on occupied land. Ignoring US requests while receiving vast amounts of US aid. Disrespecting our President. Could you imagine letting Britain, France, Germany, or Turkey getting away with that?
  
  Much of the reason Israel has so much power over US foreign policy is because a disgracefully large part of our population are literal believers in the Bible and think that the modern state of Israel is the same as the Biblical Israel, which is nonsense.

If you’re black, it’s supposidly impossible for you to be racist because, even though blacks control the White House, sit in both houses of Congress, sit on the Supreme Court, sit on every level of courts in the nation, are governors, state legislators, judges, lawyers, police, special agents, doctors, engineers, dominate sports, share the celebrity and media world, and get Trillions of Dollars handed to them gratis, blacks have no power and are treated unfairly in America.

Unlike how blacks are treated in other countries, by the way! Oh, yeah!

If you’re a white conservative, you’re assumed by liberals to be a racist, but they don’t mean in any “cool” sense, like liberal racists. And you have all power, money and privilege.

If the Ayatollah Obama kept BiBi Netanyahu waiting in the White House while Obama went off to have lunch with Moochelle and his daughters, that would indicate how the Israelis CONTROL our government?

Get it right, Maher! The force that is controlling our government is that which is driving her to ruin. The runaway deficits, spending on STUPID programs with no pay-back for the nation as a whole and a complete lack of a cohesive foreign policy is forcing this country into a corner.

Bill Maher made his dollar on the Springer style.Outlandish.No more than a paid modern carnival barker/clown with a sharp bite.Maher’s political skills are comparable to President Jimmy Carter’s legacy.A joke and a failure. Peanuts in USA History.A dime a dozen.

The fact that every Democrat is a Bolshevik or Maoist does not mean that every Republican is a “right winger”
In fact, there are a large number of Republican Progressives, like Hagel, who have very nearly destroyed the party and the nation.
It is good to know that Maher can’t tell the difference. It is something we right wingers will be able to use to our advantage when the time is right.

  Easy guy – I’m a democrat who voted for Bush and Obama twice, and I do not know a single Maoist or Socialiast. On that same episode, Jon Meachem asked a very good question to the person from the Daily Caller: “Do you really think we are at a populist point in our history? Do you really think Occupy Wall Street made a big social impact or wields any political power?”
  
  I’m a Democrat who can’t stand OWS – I don’t spend much time complaining about them because the accomplished nothing and are in no danger of accomplishing anything. The Tea Party is a wing of a major party that has every Red District House and Senate member worried that if they don’t go far enough to the right, they’ll get a primary challenge from the like of either Murdoch, Akin, O’Donnell, or Angle (in which case the seat will go Democrat) or the likes of Rand Paul or Ted Cruz (one a crazy embarrassing conspiracy theorist and the other vying for Joe McCarthy’s old role.) This is why the Republicans cannot be seen as working with the President to get even the most basic things done.

  Bill doesn’t have an argument. He stated a few facts that are completely irrelevant to Hagels qualifications for the job, Further, Bill omitted (probably because he is unaware), serious facts that may disqualify Hagel.. Primarily, Hagel needs more vetting, he has not disclosed information, he has a relationship with the Qatar Foundation through Georgetown University Qatari campus, where the Muslim Brotherhoods has a heavy presence and influence. Specifically, Hassan Al Banna, whose father and grandfather were prominent MB members and it is believed that “the project” (muslim brotherhood plan to infiltrate the US) revealed in the Holy Land Foundation trial was written by his father. Additionally, the MB top spiritual leader and coconspirator in the Holy Land Foundation tria lSheikh Yusuf Al Qaradawi lives in Qatar and is a prominent influence at the Qatar Foundation. Hagel also failed to disclose his keynote speech at the Arab Anti Defamation Committee, a front group affiliated with the MB , Qatar Foundation and the promotion of Islam within the US.
  
  So, the fact that Hagel didn’t disclose everything and has a close relationship with MB radicals, who have a plan to infiltrate the US should disqualify him. IMO, he is compromised, but then again so is most of this administration, that is why Obama nominated him. Modern Liberals like Maher will use their own ignorance on these issues to create a false narrative appealing childish simpletons.
