Farrakhan Claims God Sent Recent Winter Storm ‘Calamities’ to Punish His Critics — And Here’s His Bizarre Logic

The Minister Louis Farrakhan’s official news outlet, Final Call, recently released a dramatic video claiming that a “prophetic warning” from the Nation of Islam (NOI) leader foresaw Winter Storm Nemo and a series of tornadoes that raged earlier this month. These weather patterns — referred to by Final Call as “nature’s fury” — are purportedly evidence of God’s defense of Farrakhan as well as his wrath upon humanity.

The faith leader is using the storms and his alleged predictions to urge people to heed his warnings about Allah’s allegedly destructive plans for America. On Feb. 2, in the fourth installment of his 52-week sermon series, “The Time and What Must Be Done,” Farrakhan warned that God was going to punish his critics.

In particular, he named snow, tornadoes and floods as tools that the Lord would soon be using and promised that these events would unfold shortly after he issued his video message. In a special clip that followed this sermon, Farrakhan used news reports about the storms and dramatic music in an effort to convince viewers that the NOI leader’s warnings came to fruition just five days after his initial claims about God’s plans.

While it’s clear that the faith leader believes that he predicted snow and tornadoes and that these storms were sent by God in his defense, many would argue that the winter months are prone to unpredictable and dangerous weather.

Had Farrakhan issued his “prophetic warning” in the summer and a snowstorm had followed, it’s likely he would have had a few more ears.

“You are not going to let us know, so God is going to contend with you. I don’t think you can win that one, for the scripture says he has treasured up snow in the North for that great day of battle,” the faith leader warned in his Feb. 2 message. “You haven’t seen snow like you’re going to see it. You can’t fight God and win. He turns nature against you and he’s doing that as we speak.”

In the cryptic warning, Farrakhan also told viewers that God would soon increase calamities in an effort to punish those who have spoken out against the faith leader.

“When you plan against me, the plan is already against you and to prove it he’s going to increase the calamities shortly after you hear this message,” he continued.

At the end of the video, after Farrakhan attempted to make the point that he is God’s messenger and that the Lord is willing to punish society in his defense. Text on the screen read, ”Now will you listen?”

This is the latest in a stream of bizarre messages coming from the controversial faith leader. Recently he accused the U.S. government of trying to kill billions, while also claiming that the Second Amendment doesn’t mean that the American public should be “armed to the teeth.”

I always laugh at the muslims….. when bad things happen to others, it’s the will of Allah and he is punishing the infidels!!!!! When bad things happen to the muslims it’s just crappy luck and Allah be praised it wasn’t worse!!!

Believe me be that this man believes he is on the side of God therefore just in what he says.

This is a perfect example of what the Bible tells us about deception and that everyman will do what he believes in his heart to be right. This man is a perfect example of why we cannot rely on our own intellect and hearts to lead us, because each will do what is right in his own eyes. Many point out that he is wrong and I agree, but his followers and other outside supporters would say otherwise, so who is right, what is right?

The only truth is the Bible, all others are counterfeits and deceptions. If we say there is no God and only us, then what do we use as a guide? Again we go back to what some believe is,, that we’ll just know what is right and just do it. Hitler believed he was right! Pol Pot, Mao, Stalin all did what they believed to be right….this is not the standar we can live our lives by, we must have a central basis of morality and law. Fortunately for us, God knew that we would need this and so he proclaimed himself through Abraham, Jacob and Issac. He gave the law to Moses but this was only to get us along and forward in time to allow for a cementing of the law in our minds, then came Jesus who transcended the law to give us more, GRACE, Mercy, Love, Peace and so much more, Eternal living life in the presence of the almight father of everything.

God’s WRATH is His abandonment to Satan’s kingdom who destroys. God’s kingdom gives life. If a person comes and says to follow words of a different god, and those words come true, it is an evil omen telling of that person’s forsaken relation to God (Deuteronomy 13:1-3). Farrakhan is receiving evil inspirations designed to create fear from the kingdom of fear. God’s kingdom is the kingdom of love. The kingdom of fear is punished (1 John 4:18). God’s kingdom gives grace by His love (Romans 4-5).

Always funny when I see people using the term Highly Educated, in what? Is what should be asked, a degree in history or politics doesn’t demonstrate high aptitude. Most of our leaders have IQs around 117 which aren’t very impressive at all. The average journalist, reporter, political pundit all have lower IQs and critical thinking skills than Engineers, Scientist, or Medical doctors so don’t give idiots like FARAAA any credit he is just well versed in hate.

There are no Catholics in heaven , the Lord said call no man on earth Father, And for sure the pope is no holy father there is only one. and the minister dont have a clue. the Lord said only thriugh Jesus can you come to the Father and the muslims do not believe in Jesus, nor does the Jews, or the buddhist or the Hindus can get the trueth in this statement. so all the people that do not believe in Jesus are probably 80% of the world popul;ation, how many do you think will be saved.A fact none of them.

  Catfish: You are right in so far as Jesus being the only way to Heaven. But to say that there are no Catholics there flies in the face of reason. There have been billions of Catholics through time and most of them were kept in the dark. Until 1960 or so the masses were still in Latin. No doubt there have been millions of Catholics who trusted Jesus for their salvation and that’s all they knew. The Scriptures were kept from them for centuries. Even now there are those who are not literate, so how in the world are they supposed to know anything about a single verse that says “Don’t call anyone father, but God.” Also there are Messianic Jews who accept Jesus as the Messiah. There are also Jews from before Christ that are in Heaven. Hindus, Buddists, Muslims? I concede that if they find the true God they will reject what they have been taught and follow Christ. But, you are overstepping your bounds my friend. You are not the judge of men’s hearts any more than I am. That is God’s prerogative and His alone. I think where we can agree is the essence of what you are saying, “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:13,14). That narrow gate is Christ.

  Thats why the most misunderstood dogma of the new testament is that of the age of Grace. These good Catholics or Good Mormons will know and see God. The Lord knows great deception rules and the minds of men are finite to understand the things of his ways. He knows we are misled, deceived, manipulated etc. This is where his ultimate Grace comes into the picture.
  
  It is through this grace that requires no work on our behalf….WHAT? No works? Thats right and thats where most everyone gets stuck and so back into the open arms of religion and control. God will sort us all out and I for one trust his judgment as he is the ultimate judge and law giver. Because we could not even keep the laws, he gave us the ultimate sacrifice in flesh and blood. When you spiritually understand the sacrifice ritual as introduced to the Hebrews in preparation for Jesus, then you will have grown even closer to God.
  
  He asking something from us, for us to give our living treasure in animal wealth to him and so we see the innocent life taken for our own sins….then we get it. This debt was paid in full and there is nothing….NOTHING more for you to do, to prove, to live up to, to make yourself worthy of because like the law you will fall short again.
  
  In this age, the NWO is upon us, and if it was to go unchecked, then man would cease to be man he would indeed become manmade and this is where God will draw the line.

Does my God allow disasters to occur and is judgment coming on this world soon…yes! But make no mistake – God may allow disasters to occur in order to get people to wake up to the truth of His Word and His love for them. Farrakhan is a great warner to men who have perverted justice and deviated from the ways of truth. The comments here in relation to his pronouncements are mathematically equal to the comments made by the contempoaraies of the prophets of old. You mockers and scoffers are so perceptually damaged (stemming from only-God knows what character defects) that you cannot even reason objectively with his words. First of all, there is nothing Honorable about Louis Farrakhan. And, as far as he being a minister of God, his actions and words are far from lining up with the word of God, so, take it from there. Every year the sensationalizing media reports on how horrible and devestating the storms are in the Northeast…. if it’s God, then my guess would be that it’s because of their support for ANTI-GOD political policies and electing ANTI-GOD political candidates up there ….. As far as the tornado’s in the south…. well, when have you ever known there NOT be a slew of tornado’s in the south, especially up through what the call “tornado ally” ? Been happening since I was a kid in Oklahoma and pretty much apt to continue to happen till Jesus comes back. So, it’s pretty easy for Ol’ Louis to pick a Northeastern blizzard or a tornado to back up his stupid remarks and predictions. The odds are in his favor there. Anyone who buys this crap is as stupid a Louie the Loonie….
