Prominent Islamic Cleric Urges Muslims to Go on Welfare as a Jihad Seekers Allowance

A prominent Muslim cleric in the United Kingdom reportedly urged a group of fellow Muslims to collect government benefits as a “jihad seeker’s allowance,” saying non-Muslims who work 9-5 jobs will end up “committing suicide” at the end of their lives when they realize it wasn’t worth anything.

Sun News secretly filmed the man’s remarks at three different meetings where he said, among other things, that it is natural for Muslims to take money from the kuffar (derogatory term for non-believer), that Prime Minister Cameron and President Obama are the devil, and that Islam is taking over Europe.

He explained the benefits of not working (all subsequent emphasis added):

“You find people are busy working the whole of their life. They wake up at 7 o’clock. They go to work at 9 o’clock. They work for eight, nine hours a day. They come home at 7 o’clock, watch EastEnders, sleep, and they do that for 40 years of their life. That is called slavery.

“And at the end of their life they realize their pension isn’t going to pay out anything, the mortgage isn’t going to pay out anything. Basically they are going to lose everything, commit suicide. What kind of a life is that, honestly? That is the life of kuffar (non-believer)…

“People will say, ‘Ah, but you are not working’.  But the normal situation is for you to take money from the kuffar. So we take Jihad Seeker’s Allowance. You need to get support.â€

Comparing benefits to a jizya, or tax on non-Muslims, he added a laugh: “They give us the money — you work, give us the money!  Allahu akbar, we take the money.”

A 2010 Sun News report says Choudary collects £25,000 in government benefits and lives in a £320,000 house in London.

Sun News has more on how Choudary described the western way of life:

He gloated that the 9/11 terror attacks “shook the enemy†and claimed white supremacists wished they had the “fortitude†to fly planes into buildings. He went on to proclaim: “You must hate in your heart — Cameron, Obama, all that they worship.

“Democracy, freedom, secularism, the parliament, all the MPs and the Presidents, all the kuffar’s ideas, everything the people worship, we have to believe that they are bad and we have got to reject them.

“Reject them with our tongue. Reject them with our heart. In our heart have hatred towards them.â€

On Islam taking over Europe, Choudary reportedly declared:

“Now we are taking over Birmingham and populating it…Brussels is 30 per cent, 40 per cent Muslim and Amsterdam. Bradford is 17 per cent Muslim.

“These people are like a tsunami going across Europe. And over here we’re just relaxing, taking over Bradford brother. The reality is changing.â€

Though Choudary has a history of making inflammatory remarks, he now claims he was joking about the “jihad seeker’s allowance” phrase after major news organizations like the Daily Mail picked up the story.

“Hate preacher pocketing £25,000 a year in benefits calls on fanatics to live off the state,” the Daily Mail wrote.

But Choudary claims: “Many people in the Muslim community are on Jobseeker’s Allowance and welfare benefits. As a joke I may say something about Jihad Seeker’s Allowance. Clearly it is not a Jihad Seeker’s Allowance.”

    I HATE EVERYTHING ISLAM STANDS FOR, and ALL who support it…

    Muslims are ill-educated, Moral-less dogs, and anyone who thinks otherwise simply DO NOT pay attention.

    As an Agnostic, I don’t care if you want to be a Christian, Jew, Hindu, Taoist whatever…. Those religions do not preach hate and murder upon those not like them…. Islam is NOT like them, however…

    Islam preaches Lying, Hatred, Sexism, and Willful ignorance (which we have enough of..)

    Muslim’s are DOGS (or PIGS whichever you prefer) and their false Child-raping prophet will NOT save them if they attempt some kind of revolution here in the States…. Come here and try the crap you do in Europe, I guarantee you will get a different reaction than what you are used to…

    If you are an islamophobe, then not only are you Smart, you have a brother in me….

      Actually they are already doing this in America….look at what is going on in MI and there are places in NY where if you are not muslim you cannot enter….even the cops won’t go. I know in VA they are constructing 3 enormous mosques in Richmond, VA within a 20 mile radius of each other….. Here is the largest of the 3

      This is just one more pointed example of why multiculturalism has failed throughout history.

      And, like the US, all these various groups are concerned with and work only for the benefit of their own tribal faction, not the good of the country as a whole.

      Diversity has eventually split apart wherever it has existed throughout global history, mostly into violent fighting. And it is apparent from all the racial and religious divisions throughout the West we are headed in the EXACT same direction.

      It will get worse.

    tell me again why I should work. I want to relax to maybe I should let you all take care of me. There coming to different country’s and we are paying for them. they live better than a lot of us do, that are born in the country. maybe we are infedels for allowing this to happen. Who are in the white house taking care of our constitutional rights again. I mean if it is time for me to quit work to and let the workers take care of me. I need to know where to get my freebies to.     The derogatory term “kuffar” began in Africa as the derogatory term for native Africans by the Arabs and Egyptians,etc. I guess the islams/muslins decided the term worked for everyone else, too. But…this guys speech may explain the entitlement attitude obama has. Drain the gov with welfare takers so the gov can then take over when the makers are overwhelmed by the takers. I think we are just about at that point here in the U.S.

      Actually, Obama’s crowd doesn’t intend for the present gov’t to survive. They need unrest and chaos to bring about radical change. When the gov’t goes bust (i.e., bankrupt) and the riots start and there is mass death and destruction in the streets, something new will rise from the ashes as people beg for relief. That new thing will be… Stalin/Hitler/Napoleon/insert name here. Look up the Cloward and Piven Strategy and the Coming Insurection – or just listen to Glenn. Obama ain’t your daddy’s Democrat.     Here’s the solution for the UK’s money trouble. Get the Muslim community on Jobseeker’s Allowance (Jihad Seeker’s Allowance) should be required to work for a living or loose the allowance. Bet that would save them a bundle.

      it’s already here…I had to do the plumbing in a mosque these towelheads were building. Not a one of them work,it might interfere with their 5 daily calls to prayer.every friggin one of them is on welfare ,has a new obama phone, drives a free car, and don’t mind letting us americans know . One even had a bumper sticker that said,” go ahead and laugh.you are paying for it.”.I took out his windshield when no-one was looking.

      Warren Jeffs LDS “church” tried the same thing and even populated the rural areas until he could win local elections with “church” members then redistrict, and redistribute the towns wealth. In Texas, we routed them out and took the land back as payment for defrauding the government.
