Anonymous USDA whistleblower speaks to Glenn Beck (TheBlazeTV)

A whistleblower from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) joined Glenn Beck on TheBlaze TV Tuesday to discuss a disturbing “Cultural Sensitivity Training” program that encouraged federal workers in attendance to chant racially-charged and controversial phrases. The training was reportedly part of “a broader effort towards cultural transformation at USDA.”

As TheBlaze previously reported, video of the sensitivity training session, conducted by the USDA, was published last week by Judicial Watch after the group was tipped by a whistleblower. Critics have accused the USDA of allowing their workers to be indoctrinated.

Beck began Tuesday’s show by recapping some of the most outrageous statements made by the seminar’s diversity awareness trainer Dr. Samuel Betances. Here’s your refresher course:

“I want you to say, America was founded by outsiders. Say that. Who are today’s insiders, who get very nervous about today’s outsiders. I want you to say, the pilgrims were illegal aliens. Say the pilgrims never gave their passports to the Indians.”

Many of the federal employees at the “diversity” sessions chanted back at him. Watch the shocking footage below:

Another USDA whistleblower, whose voice and face were disguised, told Beck that he took a stand and eventually had to walk out of the divisive diversity training seminar.

“We were invited to attend the event, obviously, and I will say it was an invitation, but we were certainly highly encouraged to go as a part of our ‘cultural transformation’ initiative,” he said. “And he went into the whole conversation about pilgrims. And it was at that point that I said, ‘I’m done’ and I got up and left.”

The whistleblower said there were a number of USDA employees who “laughed” at first and saw the presentation more as “entertainment.” He also said the workers didn’t seem to grasp the gravity of what they were being asked to do.

When asked if he had seen anything else like the recent “Cultural Sensitivity Training” program, the USDA whistleblower said employees have been subjected to traditional online webinars and other diversity programs, but nothing to this degree.

The USDA employee said the speaker, Dr. Betances, explained that he wanted to his audience to use the word “bam” as a way to reaffirm what he was saying, similar to the way church members might say “amen” during a sermon.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, said there was obvious “psychological reconditioning” happening at the seminar. And he says it was intentional.

“That’s brainwashing with a smile,” he said from Beck’s Dallas studio. “And anyone who believes differently doesn’t know how this side of the isle operates in trying to get people to rethink their views on race and sex, and they’re views that are quite radical.”

Beck pointed out that Dr. Betances he made $200,000 on the USDA seminar, however, “that’s nothing” compared to how much he has been paid by the federal government. In other words, he didn’t just give one seminar out of the blue.

He has reportedly been paid a whopping $2.8 million by the Department of Defense alone and $3.3 million total.

“Why do you suppose that your co-workers didn’t get up and walk out with you?” Beck asked.

“I have to think some of them — there probably was some intimidation, the idea that they need to be there or should be there. I think some of them, frankly, buy into the idea,” he replied.

The whistleblower told Beck that he has decided to remain anonymous because he has a family to take care of and he fears retribution by the federal government for speaking out.

Reverse discrimination is rampant under BO. Multicultural means any culture but yours to white people. Just look at Eric Holders instructions to drop the New Black Panther charges and he said: “Wasn’t Going to Go after Black Defendants” to DOJ employees.
Then BO is biased toward women in his cabinet positions, often telling them to leave the room, sending the media into full lets over look that mode.

When I hear about people like this is makes me extremely mad. My family has been here for 10 generations, my 10th great grandfather was born here in 1660, my 8th great grandfather has been acknowledged as a Revolutionary War patriot and we had 115 members of our family fight for the Union in the civil war. They were not “Illegal’s”! They were people searching for a better life and in the case of my relatives freedom from religious persecution. I would like an apology from the USDA for wasting our tax dollars and insulting every single person in the country that’s family fought to make this country what it is today. This jack a**es in the video needs to be given a history lesson about patriotism,any volunteers?

How about we start with government making it easier for everyone to come over legally. Issue out more visa and work permits. Quit the BS of limiting or at least double if not Quadruple the number of ways to come over legally. Lets let this way run for a year or two. Does it then bring down the number of illegals? If it does, we adjust the levels to keep up.

If it does not, then we have proved that automatically making anyone that sneaks in every 10 years a legal resident does not automatically make them respect the laws they broke to get here.

I am willing to push for this bill into a law. step up and lets get this ball rolling.

  In fact I don’t really see what the big deal is with what Mr. Betances is saying. He is simply giving you his take on American Exceptionalism. A country founded by outsiders, which opened it’s doors to everyone escaping poverty, famine, religious persecution, war, and tyranny. Millions came and built a great nation. The Pilgrims, English, French , Irish, Italians, Germans, Scandinavians, Jews, all came without green cards by the boatload.
