TSA Reportedly Detains Wheelchair Bound 3 Year Old, Orders Parents Not to Videotape Pat Down

The Transportation Security Administration is once again under fire, this time for allegedly detaining a wheelchair-bound 3-year-old girl, taking away her stuffed doll and ordering the girl’s parents not to videotape TSA agents patting her down.

The girl’s father, Nathan Forck, told Fox News Radio’s Todd Starnes that the TSA treated his daughter like a “criminal.”

“And by extension, they were treating us as criminals,” he added.

The incident reportedly occurred at Lambert-St. Louis Airport on Feb. 9. Forck, his wife and their three kids were on their way to Disney World for a family vacation when the trip took an ugly turn. TSA agents reportedly pulled Lucy aside for additional security screening, despite the fact that she was 3-years-old and bound to a wheel chair due to Spina bifida.

“They specifically told me that they were singling her out for this special treatment because she’s in a wheelchair,” Forck told Fox News. “They are specifically singling out disabled people for this special scrutiny. It’s rather offensive to me as a father of a disabled child.”

A TSA agent told the family that they needed to pat down Lucy and swab her wheelchair. The family had already made it through a security checkpoint by this time. Forck’s wife, Annie, pulled out her camera and began filming the incident, which agents told her was “illegal.”

“You can’t touch my daughter unless I record it,” she can be heard telling an agent in the video. Forck then asked an agent to “cite the law” that says they can’t videotape them.

After refusing to stop filming agents patting down her 3-year-old child, the Forck family was soon reportedly surrounded by TSA agents, with one guarding Lucy personally.

That’s when the “alarm bells” really started going off for Forck, who is an attorney and knew it was perfectly legal to videotape the TSA agents.

“It’s your worst nightmare,” he said. “It’s bad enough they are demanding they want to pat down my child and didn’t want me to videotape it.”

What a wonderful mother, how calm and respectful she was, she comforted her child making the best of the ordeal and the the taser would have been deployed…..Buzzz-ZAP and then arrested+_+

  It does seem suspicious that TSA hires so many of these uneducated blacks. I think it’s meant to intimidate and irritate whites, who are the primary users of airlines. Going further one might say there’s a possibility that the white-hating tribe that has instituted all this fascism lately (TSA in particular) is doing all it can to rub it into the faces of the white population. Boycotting the airlines would be a good idea if the airlines ran the security. But with government stooges in charge common sense and security are part of the equation. Its pretty clear why the TSA agents don’t want to be video taped. The same reason the EPA has ghost email accounts for its comrades. Put the airlines in charge of security then we can protest through our dollars.

The TSA couldn’t stop a pisz ant ,they walk around the airport like Marshal Dillon. The US Customs people don’t even want to be around them, The TSA is not the answer for security,I Would Feel Safer With Barney Fife. America’s No. 1 Security force is our Military not the keystone cops .

When is enough, enough? These people do nothing but make it an uncomfortable experience to fly. You know who the terrorists are you know what they look like why don’t you just start scrutinizing them like you should be. How many 3 year old white, black, asian, or mexican girls are suicide bombers? Answer 0. I don’t give a f%$k if you think it is politically correct to target certain people or not, you are just wasting money and time picking on people who will never be considered terrorists except by our own government. What…the…fiddly-feeock? For goodness’ sake, privatize this industry, so it can at least be subject to realistic oversight. How many more elderly women must be groped, children must be assaulted and parents be terrorized befoe we say enough is enough? We might not be able to travel if we tell the TSA to get bent? That will only last so long. Speaking with the dollar works.

Stupid TSA. Everyone knows that only Arabic Muslims would plant a bomb on their disabled child in a wheelchair.

This little three year old thought to herself, that if she had to go through that just to go to Disney World, it just wasn’t worth it. It’s obvious that she’s not Arabic Muslim. She’s too smart.

For starters, as a Dad of a little girl, the 3 year old’s crying hit me to the core.

The TSA agent stated that she was trying to pat-down the girl then, THEN….told the other agent(s) she never said she was trying to pat-down the girl. Lie, lie lie lie….in hopes that you don’t get in trouble, lie.

We don’t know if the Daughter set off the alarm, only that the Mother set it off w/her earrings.

TSA has covered their rearends fairly well on their webpage. An issue here is that the TSA agent said its “illegal” to tape the agent patting down the child but according to the TSA Blog, it isn’t. The Mother was not up in the agents face w/her phone taping, did not have some bright flash that made the agent go “blind” for a few seconds, etc etc.

the majority of people screaming racism when profiling is used are the ones with an agenda. these people would let the u.s.a go over a cliff so they could have gay marriage. or be able to enter into the country illegally. the silence of the people that have had enough has gone on far too long

I have seen so many handicapped people abused by the TSA. It’s sickening to watch 21-25 year old snickering middle eastern men skip on past while old ladies, children, and veterans missing limbs get accosted by mindless Taxpayer Subsidized Animals (TSA) letting the terrorist win.
It’s as if they profile handicapped people, the young and elderly. But not the people known to be involved in terrorism in America time and time again. If BO had his way this is how we would all wake up every day if you did not agree with the exalted leader.
