TSA Regrets ‘Inaccurate Guidance’ Given to Family of Wheelchair-Bound 3-Year-Old Threatened With Pat-Down

The Transportation Security Administration has issued an apology to the Missouri family that said their 3-year-old, wheelchair-bound daughter was detained and threatened with a pat-down and that they were ordered not to record it.
A TSA spokesman told Fox News the Forck family was given “inaccurate guidance” during a trip through Lambert-St. Louis International Airport on their way to Disney World earlier this month.
“TSA regrets inaccurate guidance was provided to this family during screening and offers its apology,” a TSA spokesman said.
It happened Feb. 9 when Lucy Forck, who has spina bifida and uses a wheelchair, was pulled aside for additional screening. TSA officers told parents Nathan and Annie that they would need to give Lucy a pat-down and swab her wheelchair. When Annie Forck began videotaping what was happening, she was told by an officer that recording was “illegal.” Forck’s footage, posted to YouTube, shows Lucy in tears after the TSA took away her stuffed animal.
“They specifically told me that they were singling her out for this special treatment because she’s in a wheelchair,” Nathan Forck told Fox. “They are specifically singling out disabled people for this special scrutiny. It’s rather offensive to me as a father of a disabled child.”
The agency told Fox that the St. Louis officers acted inappropriately and that passengers are permitted to film TSA procedures provided it doesn’t interfere with the screening process.
Additionally, while Lucy was not ultimately patted down, the agency said the family should never have been told it was going to happen.
“We are committed to maintaining the security of the traveling public and strive to treat all passengers with dignity and respect,” the TSA told Fox. “While no pat-down was performed, we will address specific concerns with our workforce.”

Posted on February 22, 2013 at 7:53amShocking, reprehensible and unacceptable, but not surprised. Pay attention to who TSA employees: Primarily minorities, over-weight, out-of-shape, and can’t speak proper English. They are the bottom of the barrel, feral-inner city types with an attitude and a badge (and it’s not even are real badge! It’s made from clothe an sewn on!). The only requirements for them to get hired by TSA are:
A) Pronounce “Breakfast” as “brekkist”;
B) the correct ethnicity, preferably black,
C) a GED, and
D) only enough common sense to tie their shoe-laces.

The ONLY OTHER people not assaulted by the TSA?
THE ACTUAL TERRORISTS!!!!!!
PEOPLE…..PLEASE LOOK UP THE DEFINITION OF “DEMOCIDE.” The TSA invasive probing of innocent people is the conditioning that is leading up to it.

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 9:14amThe sad truth is Middle Easterners wouldn’t have any compunction about hiding some nasties on their children and our kids have to suffer as a result of the left’s political correctness.

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 8:49amThe apes they hire for TSA jobs can be expected to behave this way. If you can’t find work anywhere because you’re stupid, have too many drunk driving convictions or other problems that employers avoid like the plague just fill out an application for the TSA. They’ll hire you in a heartbeat,

Is this not profiling which is supposed to be illegal? We can profile 3 year old girls in wheelchairs but not 20 year old male Middle Easterners.
Aplogized when they found out that the father is a lawyer. I hope he continues and sues the pants off of them.
Where’s the ACLU?
excuse me, I must now go take my blood pressure medicine

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 6:17amHas anyone asked TSA the number of Muslims that complained about this crap? Muslim cry about everything we do in the name of National/Homeland Security. I asked my useless politicians but they refuse to answer any questions about Shariah/Islamic laws. We all need to go to our politician’s website/webmail and ask them.
We need to be asking why our politicians exchanged our National/Homeland Security and Constitution for Cultural Marxism or more commonly called political correctness. Go online and look up the origin of the term. Go to DiscovertheNetworks.org and YouTube and search for the term. It was started in Germany in 1923 in Germany by Marxists.

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 2:27amHow this mother kept her composure is beyond me… I would be sitting in some jail cell right now if it was my daughter. My daughter flies on a regular basis and never fails, every time I go to the airport to pick her up I have to of through the body scanner…. Just to pick her up! I’ve noticed when I wear my **** in a ponytail they send me to secondary to pat my head down… I’ve decided I’m going to start making it a little more difficult for them… We need to start standing up against these Gestapo thugs!

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 12:55amI’ve often wondered who the TSA is hiring and what EXACTLY are the required qualifications. As a person who has a “very high” clearance I don’t see those working for the TSA as “trustworthy” but as some jackass who got hired to be a mall cop. Most TSA workers, not all, are overweight, ignorant and power-hungry! They are the only terrorists I’ve encountered in airports and since every “reported” bomber has made it ONTO THE AIRCRAFT I’d say they are inept at their jobs as well! Get rid of them so we can put that money back into the bank!

Posted on February 20, 2013 at 11:39pmI really hate it when people make racist assumptions and generalities but I have to say this. Why are most TSA agents black and why are most of the people who are harassed white? I am disabled and they always ask me if I can walk thru the x-ray machine which I can but one day when i was feeling a lot of pain i asked, I asked, “what if I can’t?” And I was told they would have to do take me to a room and do a strip search. I basically said, “no, thank you. I’ll crawl if I have to. It’s revolting.

Posted on February 20, 2013 at 10:46pmRecently flew out of Texas at 5am. There were only about 10 of us going through that gate as it had just opened. The TSA official were barking orders at us like we had just shown up to day one in boot camp. What a joke, it was as if they got paid more to scare the crap out of everybody.
