Trust Us, You’ll Want to See the Body That’s Attached to This ’60 Years Old’ Face — Trust Us
Take a look at this picture — posted on the popular sharing site Reddit under the simple headline “60 years old” — and try to imagine what the body attached to it might look like:
Thinking?
Thinking?
Thinking?
Got the mental picture? Okay, now, did it look anything like this?
Let’s just get the obvious out of the way: we cannot verify that the image is, in fact, real. Could it be Photoshopped? Definitely. But that hasn’t stopped people from liking it: It already has over 1,700 comments on Reddit.
HuffPo captured some of them:
“That’s not fair. He has dad and grandpa strength,” said ISwearThisIsOriginal.
“Santa only works 1 day out of the year. The other 364? He lifts,” commented BOMPendragon 228.
If the photo is real, it’s quite an impressive one. And hats off to Mr. 60-year-old ripped man.
What do you think: real or fake?

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 11:34amWhether this gentleman is using some type of steroid or not, his look doesn’t appeal to me. I prefer my man with a little meat on his bones and not all the veins. Bet his phlebotomist loves him though!

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 11:30amWow, great work!
If he did that in a government gym, I hope it was at a fire station and not a prison!
Now if his wife could only get him to cut off that white trash beard!

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 11:24amI will be 59 in April been going to the gym since 1983. A friend of mine there is 56 and still wins body building contests. Not the age group ones the open class against all ages. Working out is the only real fountain of youth.Trick is you have to start young and never stop. If you never did it and try starting in your 40′s or 50′s it is to late you will never build the muscle. If you get the low T treatment that could help at that age. Also of course diet is an important factor. You don’t have to be a fanatic but eating chicken fried steak will not help LOL.

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 11:17amunfortunately for some, it was proven decades ago that men can exercise & weightlift themselves ‘from flabby to fit’ even well into their 70s. an uncle of ours is a perfect example, he didn’t start til he was a real pitiful flabby 65. now he’s as mirror image of this guy in the article –at age 74. (the face sure doesn’t revert to youthfulness tho) ——— just the nature of it. men were not meant for ‘flabby’, they were meant for fighting and protection of the family.

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 10:55amI have an uncle in his 70′s who, although not as muscular as this guy, is built like a 20 something athlete. Years of hard work as a contractor and eating well have kept him in great shape.

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 10:43amI’m a 61 year old man and I workout regularly. And yes I’ve worked out most of my adult life because I believe being health keeps you’re mind sharp and your energy levels high. I constantly get amazing comments from others that work out around me. My picture speaks volumes. Good for this gentleman…he should be very proud of himself.

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 10:29amMy grandfather in his younger years was a professional boxer, fought in WWII (82nd Airborne) and when he came back spent pretty much his whole life outdoors. He farmed, hunted, fished, and trapped and often hiked to places that were miles from any roads. I have a picture of him at 75 years old cutting wood with an axe. He was tough as nails and even into his 80′s before he died he was rock solid. It comes from getting out from behind the TV, away from the computer and being active. A friend of mine about this guy’s age is also very physically fit simply because he is an avid outdoorsman and does so much without modern luxuries. It’s amazing the shape of some of these older people because they are so active.

Posted on February 21, 2013 at 10:23amI knew a much older man at a gym back in the 80s who looked a lot better than that. A quiet guy who just did reps after reps. A kid goes over and says “Don’t take this wrong, but I hope I’m in half that good shape when I’m your age”. I cracked up saying “You should wish you were in half that good shape right now”
