    President Obama was born in Hawaii, the 50th state in the United States. That makes him a citizen through Jus Soli. His mother was an American citizen, born in Kansas. That makes him an American citizen through Jus Sanguinis. He isn’t an immigrant, let alone an illegal immigrant. A parent can’t renounce a child’s citizenship. He never declared British or Kenyan citizenship. He is an American, and he’s twice been elected to the Presidency by a majority of votes, popular and electoral, so deal with it.

    you are 100% correct, Obama was born in Hawaii and thus is a citizen. There was never a record of his mother ever even visiting Africa.

    While Obama is a citizen, he is an Anti American citizen that has shown a disdain for America, our constitution, and our history. Thus the reason for his apology tour. His father was anti British and anti American. Obama just happen to call his own memoirs Dreams FROM My Father.

    When running for the senate seat he declared that run from the house of a known terrorist (Bill Ayers). Ayers blew up bombs in America, in hopes to spur a communist revolution that would lead to the murder of millions of American capitalists.

    Obama governs in a means that shows his disdain for America. He ran the first time, telling us Bush was unpatriotic for running up the deficit. Obama turned around and doubled it. By his own admission, he is anti American. He is single handedly destroying our economy, and is also destroying our military. He is making his infidel father proud, and taking the super power status away from America.

    Yes disregard the fact that his BC was proved to be a forgery it has little relevance to the topic at hand.
    I’ve gone over this a million times his father was a British subject making Barry ineligible for POTUS,he isn’t a natural born citizen which violates the constitution,you know that document that the POS is trying to destroy and is doing a pretty good job of it. Hopefully he’ll be impeached and thrown into prison where he belongs for the Benghazi coverup.

    In case you’ve been away on another planet for 4 or 5 years, Sheriff Joe Arpaio has already produced evidence of an attempt to pass off a FAKE birth certificate of Choom-boy, by the White House. Now, YOU might not care if your Kenyan-born Muslim leader has been ILLEGALLY elected, but the rest of us feel otherwise.

    If your dear Chairman Choom-boy is REALLY an American, with nothing to hide, why is it that NOBODY knows a damn thing about him other than what has been written by him in his own autobiography? Everyone else that has been elected to the office of President has revealed all there is to know about themselves.

    With Choom-boy, there is the matter of the fake birth certificate; the fact that he has a social security number that belongs to someone else (from Connecticut); nothing from his college days to support the fact that he is a legitmate citizen; a passport that has been effectively sealed; and a questionable timeline concerning his mother’s travels at or near the time of his alleged birth.

    If Choom-boy were trying to become a Secret Service agent with his PRESENT credentials, he would never pass the background investigation. He would NEVER be able to even get close to a REAL American president.

    The clock is ticking on Choom-boy’s deception… it’s only a matter of time before his ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT ass is fully disclosed. And it will be disclosed.

    again, the behavior of this administration invites critical investigation of just who he is and what he is hiding.

    and whether you want to admit it or not, there are glaring discrepancies in what has (eventually) been produced.

    while your knee jerk response will be ‘so what, it’s too late now,’ the very possibility emphasizes the total lack of vetting by the fourth estate and the Democratic party, OR it indicates that they are willing to subvert the Constitution in order to accomplish their goals.

    If there is nothing serious, the President has no reason not to release the records– the ORIGINAL records– of school et al. Honestly the orgy trying to find something if there is nothing would prove his detractors have no real basis for such accusations.

    Instead, he continues to behave like someone with something to hide.
    The glaring difference is merely lost on the kool aid drinking sheeple and can no longer be pursued the the media lemmings without risking a Presidential egg in the press’ face.

    Even if it were true that Obama was born in Kenya, the American people are not buying it.

    Look at it this way. When we look at our most conservative senators and congressman that may have a shot at the White House next time around, they are not preaching the birther sermon. They stay away from it. Do you not think that if there was validity in the movement, that someone like a Jim Dement would not be on the News talking about it. How about Justice Scalia? Do you not think that people like him did not look at the validity of the matter? If there is truth to it, why are they silent?

    Once again, there is just too much reality, and hard facts showing Obama’s ties with socialist, and his governing from a progressive stand point. Why not run with what is real, and leave the tinfoil hat conspiracy stuff alone?

    Yes, there is solid reason wo wonder why he did not release his school records. I would bet that he attended as a foreign aid student (even though he was born in Hawaii) from Indonesia. I would also bet that some of his old school papers show some far left wing ideology and support of communism.

    Onetermpresident – your moniker shows us that preaching birtherism is not the way to go. He got his second term, and claiming his is from Kenya did not sell so well.

    Since you are clearly an expert on the subject, please cite the provision in the U.S. Constitution in which it says that a natural born citizen must have two American citizens as parents.

    Also, please provide a reference proving Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery — and no, a link to Joe Airpaio is not sufficient.

    It appears you are not bright enough to realize the contradictions in your own comments. You acknowledge that Obama may have been born here but still claim he is an illegal alien. Tell me, how does that work? If you are born here, you are a citizen — don’t you remember the tea.****** outrage over “anchor babies”?

    I have a serious question about his legitimacy… I am over the whole birth certificate issue, although I am not convinced he was born in Hawaii. My question is this; Barack sr. was a Kenyan national, correct? Does that not mean that jr holds dual citizenship? Can a person who holds dual citizenship be legally elected president of the United States? That is my question… I know it will never change the outcome of where we are and who occupies the White House, but I have always believed that the legitimacy should be in question because of that!

    The article is on his uncle, but since you brought it up. My concern is Obama having an Indonesian citizenship. No dual Citizenship in Indonesia is allowed. Obama may have abused this Citizenship in Hawaii by using it for exchange student status and used that status to qualify for financial aid in colleges he attended. Yes his mother and step father did this to him but the courts allow by age 14, basic court recognized age of reason, to repatriate. There are no records of repatriation that I know of. His uncle is just another cling-on that paper or lack of paper has failed to remove.

    Uncle Onyango is an illegal alien, who was three times told to leave the US. He didn’t, that makes him a lawbreaker. His sister-in-law, Auntie Zeituni, is also an illegal, who lives off the taxpayers through rent subsidies and welfare. Worst of all, she believes she is owed that money. So, with her nephew doing so well, why doesn’t HE cover her living expense?

    And nice try, but that BS website you included does not support your position and the cases sited by the website doe not say that a natural born citizen must have to American citizen parents. In fact, they clearly said they were not making a decision on that topic. It seems you in fact have trouble with reading comprehension, if you in fact read it at all.

    You claim he is an illegal alien, yet you also acknowledge that he was born in the U.S. Therefore, he is an American citizen by birth and, thus, not an illegal alien.

    So, again, where is your authority stating that a natural born citizen must have two American citizen parents?

    @Rangerskippy, You are wrong about the birther issue. Here is why. The constitution, which you swore to uphold does not say to be president you must be a citizen. It says you must be a Natural Born Citizen. That is the hardest form of citizenship to attain. President was the only position in the US Government that has that requirement. Later in the 12th amendment it was added for VP. Natural Born Citizen, as defined by the founders, by international law at the time of the ratification of the constitution, and by at least 5 supreme court rulings to be a person born to two parents who are citizens of the same country (in this case the US), and on Sovereign US soil. (No the 14th amendment did not change this because (even in the incorrect interpretation) that only gave citizenship not NBC citizenship to persons born in America. So by Obama’s own fraudulent Birth certificate he released on national tv he is ineligible to be president, because his father was a Kenyan citizen (even if Obama was really born in the US). Oh and by the way the NBC requirement also eliminates Rubio and Ted Cruz from being eligible. Rubio’s parents did not become US citizens until some 17 years after Rubio was born, and Cruz was born in Canada. Lastly here are the Supreme Court Rulings on NBC: Minor v Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875)
    Shanks v Dupont, 28 U.S. 3 Pet.242 242 (1830)
    Dred Scott v Sanford, 60 U.S. 393 (1857)
    United States v Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)

However, if you are so convinced that you are correct, please cite a passage from a Supreme Court case which states that a natural born citizen MUST be born of two American citizens. The cases cited on your website do not say that. But please, cite a passage and prove me wrong.

    Great, you copied and pasted clause 5 of section 1 of article 2 the Constitution. Where in that clause does it say that a natural born citizen must be born of two American citizens?

    Don’t you find it funny that you are one of a very small group who think you understand something that everyone else has missed? Even with all the evidence against you, you still believe the opposite. What makes you believe that you understand something and that 99% of the people somehow just don’t get it? Do you really believe that you understand the Constitutional requirements better than judges and lawyers who have spent their life studying legal concepts?

    Per the on going discussion about the term “natural born citizen” and Obama’s eligibility…

    The Constitution is not a dictionary; and, its purpose is not to define words. As stated in its preamble, it was established by We The People “to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.” As you can see, there is nothing there to indicate that it must define any word or term found therein. Therefore, it would be odd if it DID define the term “natural born citizen.”

    The writers of the Constitution used words and terms that were well known to them and to other intelligent and learned people of their time. In order to properly uphold the Constitution, we MUST use the same definitions used by the its authors. The known and accepted definition of “natural born citizen” has always been “those born in the US to parents who were citizens.”

    In other words, one must have been born on U.S. soil AND to TWO U.S. citizen parents.

    That was also the holding of the Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett in 1875; as explained in the following quote from Attorney Leo Donofrio:
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    …the Court in Minor did make a direct holding that Mrs. Minor was, in fact, a US citizen. The Court established her citizenship by definining the “class” of “natural-born citizens

  we the people demanded years ago even before President Reagan to deport illegals and not give them a free ticket to citizenship. These same people had kids here knowing they came here illegally and people are saying what about the kids. well thats not our problem the lawbreaking parents need to be sent back with there kids and take responsibility by explaining to there kids they broke the law. and they will suffer because of there parents.
