One suspect is dead after a quick-thinking 21-year-old man sprang into action and grabbed his father’s gun to fend off three armed intruders and protect his parents in Texas.

The Houston-area young man and his parents were at home baking a cake Thursday night when there was a knock on the door, KHOU-TV reported.

“I see a young boy and I think it is a friend of my son so I open it a little bit,” the father, who didn’t want to show his face or give his name on camera, told KHOU. “These guys push and out comes two more, they push me on the ground.”

With the father down, the suspects went after the mother, telling her to get on the ground. She ran to her bedroom, where her son was already grabbing the gun from under the bed.

“I just hear a couple of times, boom, boom, boom,” the father said.

The son opened fire and struck one of the suspects, who died in one of the back bedrooms. The other two fled the scene, but deputies responding to the call picked up two men matching their description and took them in for questioning.

The entire attack lasted less than a minute, the family said. No charges are expected to be filed against the son, but they’re not taking any joy in the outcome.

“One young life is lost,” the father said.

Since the liberal gun grabbers seem silent on this one, let me try to mimic their mindset if possible……..Nothing in that house was worth that young mans life. Now he will never live up to his full potential. How heartless of the people posting here to say that they are so happy that this young man was killed, what a bunch of heartless, racist, tea-party, republican, conservative, nazis. This gun nut NRA member has probably been waiting all of his life to kill someone. What a hater……..Did I miss any of their routine and idiotic accusations?

This is not the attitude to take. These criminals would have not given a wit if they killed some or all of the members of this family. The proper attitude is to say, “Thank God we managed to killed at least one of them so that he won’t be doing this to anyone else again.”

“No charges are expected to be filed…” This shows the mentality, desire, and intent of today’s law enforcement, justice system, and government. It use to be that the only thing you would possibly hear after an incident like this was a description of the crime. Now however, law enforcement and the justice system immediately finds a need to pronounce that “No charges are expected to be filed”, (but they should add that they are going to look at any and every possible way to bring charges against you). In other words, law enforcement and the justice system are always thinking and looking for a way to destroy people who are involved in a self defense shooting. There is no assumption of innocences. You are guilty in their eyes until they see that there is no way that they can built a case against you. They are always coming from a negative position when it comes to dealing with good citizens.

“One young life was lost” Actually one young career criminals’ life was cut short. And maybe the three lives of the family and countless others saved. And by a GUN in the hands of a good person!! Who’d a ever thunk?

No one likes to kill another, but if we are pushed to protect our own.. then we will! Obama wouldtake your guns.. just so the outcome would be the other way around. Three dead people and the criminals laying in wait to do it again and again and again, knowing they can.. because only they have guns. Do not register your guns if you have them.. they can’t arrest us all!

If the Liberal idea of firing a warning shot, or to retreat had been implemented, Mom, Dad, and Son, would now be dead, and the perps would still be free to rob and kill again.

We live in such evil times. Looks like every home will need a gun for protection.

What? You mean the son didn’t take out a shot gun, run out onto the front porch and fire it into the air to scare the attackers? OMG! Slime bag Joe The Jerk, did you see this?

Yes, it is a shame a life is gone, but that was the attackers decision. This young man didn’t indiscriminately kill. He defended his family, as is his right. Soon it will be the government breaking in like that!

God Bless Texans. I think it’s a mind set.

I have a 69 year old ex-hippy, bleeding liberal girlfriend who lives outside of San Antonio. I was talking to her the other day and she told me she was tired and had been up all night. She told me around 2 in the morning a car came up her driveway with the lights off and sat there for the longest time. She said she was really scared because her husband was away at a hunting lodge. I asked her “So you called 911?” She said “Hell No! I went and got my gun, turned on all the outside lights, sat in my chair and waited until they left”

You could have knocked me over with a feather!

“LESS than a minute” the problem is solved.

No lengthy wait for 911 “help” to arrive OR an operator questioning the caller who is in the middle of a life and death struggle OR dispatch interrupting a union cop shaking down a local donut shop…

In these types of crime the only persons you can count on being there are you and the criminals. YOU better be armed or prepared to suffer at the mercy of evil.

The Family is probably going to have to move; adopt a new ID. The dead perps family and friends are out for revenge! See… the perps family, following a brand “new” White House Directive (personally signed for them by the “Anointed One”) to act aggressively belligerent against ‘white’ citizens who have refused to become crime victims and ‘unexpectedly’ defended their lives and property, will claim no crime was committed, Their ‘innocent kid’, and his innocent friends were just trying to sell ‘stuff’ door to door. The young man, who shot him… for no reason… never warned their son he had a gun, and besides, he could have aimed for his leg instead of killing him. Now their son, who had a promising ‘Rap’ career ahead of him, is dead….. somebody has to pay!

I don’t want to tell the home owner what to feel or think. As for me, I hope I never need to kill a POS, but if I do, I will feel NO sorrow for its loss of life. You come into my home with bad intent, I will shoot to kill, but if my aim is off, I hope you linger in excruciating pain thinking about your trip to hell.
